Accidentally overpaid them ( Had to pay advance and then paid the amount in full while checking in ) I Realised my mistake within Five minutes and asked for a refund. They pulled out their big register, noted my comment and added rather self-importantly that the refund will be done at check-out. At check-out, they said it would take up to 24 hours for the money to credit in my account.. It has been a few days and a few reminders.The money is gone with the wind.

Close to heart of the city Surprised it was so quiet inside room as it’s on a busy street. Great for price - walkable to train and temple

But, eventually the manager of the property could not arrange any room while after reaching

Location of the hotel is the only positive feature.

Room is so small. For an additional single mattress, they charged 300, on the request for an additional bed. Toilet flush was not working, fan regulator complaint and tv channels have poor signal strength.

Staff Behaviour was very nice.

Location of the hotel as it was situated on the road, there was so much traffic noise

Smiling staff, good reception, hot water is available, no mosquitoes, clean bathroom, good lift service, close to the temple

Poor Parking facility for vehicles

We booked two rooms with queen sized bed which is sufficient for 2 people in each. One bed was queen sized but the other one was small. We ignored at first as we thought probably this room is smaller or didn't care much, as we had to stay for 2 days only. But then we came to know that room was for single person to stay not for two people. When we talked with them. They didn't accept their fault and just said that they will change the room. But we already stayed in the small ones for one day. We asked them to lower the price also as hey didn't provide double size bed at the first place. So in short, they charged equally for two queen size room but provided us one queen size and one single bed room
