We loved being able to have the entire family together to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was amazing and we loved the location. The only issue we had was the hvc units did not like to work and were a bit of a frustration. The ease and size of the kitchen was amazing and useful due to multiple dietary restrictions.

We had a great stay for our work retreat. Plenty of space to meet comfortably and walkable to everything. Look forward to staying again!

The house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Comfortable with enough rooms for several families and an awesome bunkbed layout for the kids. Being situated right next to the village is what really made our stay great.

Just go ahead and book it. It’s perfect. Bigger than the pictures. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable for everyone. The adults had a blast and enjoyed their own rooms with private bathrooms. The kids loved their bunks. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Book it!

I surprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend stay with friends/family at Franz Lodge and it was absolutely perfect! The location is conveniently close to town and provided us with an amazing view of the mountains. The house was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for: a hot tub, comfortable beds, immaculate sheets, and an outdoor BBQ to grill for dinner. We have stayed in many other places in Leavenworth but none of them compared to Franz Lodge. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, close to downtown so we walked everywhere. We loved the overall space, room for all to enjoy different activities yet be together. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms super comfortable. So nice to be able to bring our furry family members too! I would 100% recommend.

We took the managers of our restaurant group away for a very needed getaway. The kitchen is very well appointed even for restaurant folks, and the house offers the perfect layout for everyone gathering as well as everyone having their own space to chill out. Beds were super comfortable and hot tub was perfect. The proximity to town was another huge bonus, especially because during our visit we had a major snow dump and no one wanted to drive. The property manager answered our questions very promptly. Thanks so much!

Had a full house of friends for a birthday party/ day hike through the enchantments. The lodge is located in downtown Leavenworth next to a grocery store and all the restaurants and shops. Friday evening we went for a fabulous dinner out. Saturday ran/hiked the entire enchantments and had pizza delivered. The hot tub was amazing and we loved the star wars statues. Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommended for larger groups.

The Franz House is just as listed, perfectly located in Leavenworth. The house had everything you’d want for a group getaway and more! The house is beautifully constructed, airy and bright. The property manager was extremely responsive and lovely. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for our large group of 13! Plenty of room to spread out, more than enough beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and trash cans, and clean. Great for the teens who loved to walk into town.

The house, location and amenities were perfect for our family of 10! We all has our own room, bathrooms and the privacy needed to make the stay enjoyable. We walked to all the activities and restaurants and never had to worry about finding parking. Overall the property is top notch and highly recommend it!

We had a group of immediate and extended family visit this lovely town. The home was incredible. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen had every appliance and tool you could imagine or need. Beds were comfy. The proximity to the main square can’t be beat, Beautiful on the inside. Bedrooms are spacious. Property manager cannot be beat. Prompt, friendly and caring. . I am absolutely in love with this property.

This is the 2nd year our family spent a winter holiday weekend at the Beautiful lodges! We love the location, amazing bedroom suites and kitchen! Awesome for a big family, cooking and walking into town! We even received a bucket of beverages as a surprise gift from the owner❤️ Looking forward to further stays here for sure!

It was very easy to book, find , and settle in. The property is very close to downtown making it easy for walks and shopping. Each very comfortable bedroom had its own bathroom, and the bunk room was perfect. We want to know where you got the mattresses! My only thoughts are that the sound echoed through the entire house especially with our kids playing games downstairs while we tried to talk upstairs. I would suggest some safety bars in one of the showers for us oldsters. These are minor suggestions for a great house!!

The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to downtown and there was plenty of parking for us.

This property is even more fantastic in person than in the pictures. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home in the best location in town. Those of us that are WA locals will look to book this again for personal trips!

My friends and I had a great time ! No complaints, communication with Kristiina was easy and she was very responsive. The beds were super comfy and we all loved them! Location is amazing so close to the shops and restaurants. I don’t think it could get any better. If you have a large group this is an amazing choice due to all the available beds and the numerous bathrooms. Highly recommend.

we had a marvelous time at this great house, walking distance to downtown and the river, it was an unusually hot weekend, so we staying inside during the day, but had a great time! this house is amazing for the whole family!

This is truly an amazing property. Large and airy for group get togetherness Lots of privacy with individual bedrooms and en suite baths. The children loved the bunk room. It’s close to the river, close to town and close to a grocery store. We were able to walk everywhere. The property was spotlessly clean and included everything we needed for large family dinners.

He had a wonderful time staying at this vacation rental and highly recommend! It was the master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that really set it apart from any other vacation rental I have ever stayed at. My husband is one of four and every sibling has a family, so to get all of us in one house comfortably isn’t an easy task, but this rental was perfect! Each family of adults enjoyed the amazing suites and the kids loved the huge custom sized bunk beds! We have a newborn and the bedrooms comfortably accommodated all of our baby gear with room to spare. The kitchen was beautifully stocked for cooking which makes it so you can easily have every meal in. The location is walking distance to everything and Downtown Leavenworth, so a car wasn’t even needed once we were there. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

So, we loved the Franz Lodge!! It literally did have everything we needed and then some. Kristina was great and responded within minutes anytime we needed her. We got to meet her husband "Chef Jason" and he was wonderful also. Our group had booked 4 nights and they both arrived on Sunday morning to create a special bloody mary/ deviled egg treat for us. We walked everywhere in town and on the hiking paths throughout Leavenworth. The lodge was beautiful and gave us all plenty of space and privacy. The only small issue is that the master bedroom is on the front of the property facing Front St and right behind McDonald's. This was a problem because it was a bit noisy when the delivery trucks 4:30 AM arrival time to McD's. I would also like to recommend that the owners consider putting a little privacy fence up between the two lodges in the front parallel to the public sidewalk. This would be nice just to give the back parking area a little more privacy from the public that use the side walk. However, if you have a group, this is a fantastic place. We loved it and hope to go back next year!

This property can easily accommodate 14 people. When they say bunk beds, don't think of kids' bunk beds. They are custom build with full mattresses. Not only was everything perfectly structured, but the decor is perfect as well. Fully stocked with all your kitchen needs and space. Bedrooms included shampoo and conditioner, as well as sun screen, hair dryers, and even room humidifiers. I've never seen a location that has thought of everything! It was easy to walk downtown and McDonalds is just across the street if your family is in need. Kudos to Franz! I'll be renting this location again. Thank you so very much for the great place to stay.

Our family had a great stay at the Franz Lodge! The house is actually MUCH bigger than it appears in the pictures. All bedrooms have bathrooms en suite and there are two bathrooms right by the bunk room. The living room was great for watching tv and the kitchen is enormous and super well stocked. The back patio has great Mountain Views and is very large. Took us five minutes to walk to downtown!

We have stayed at both Hans and Franz and cannot say enough things we love about both homes. The floor plan and lay-out is perfect for couples and children. The kitchen is fully stocked. In the summer we enjoyed a walk down to the river. This last trip we walked into town and my oldest son and husband hiked icicle Ridge. Great location and over all a feel good property for the whole family. Highly recommend.
