We spent an amazing week in park city and the house had everything our family needed for a comfortable, relaxing, and adventurous week.

Great spot to be out of the city and enjoy the views but only 20 minutes from downtown. Plenty of space for everyone. Awesome kitchen/dining room/living room space but really could use another sofa or 2 for adequate seating. Enjoyed the huge hot tub, decks and general comfort if this home. It was clean but not spotless. The hot tub needs cleaning more frequently than the scheduled once a week. Negatives we encountered were that the downstairs bedroom is very cold and needs additional blankets. One shower upstairs was not working so that was a bummer but was okay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Great for our group of 2 families of teenagers and young adults!

There was 11 of us. Our grandkids are 9, 20 and 24. Our children and partners are 47 and 50. We are 68 and 71. The hot tub was great! The dining table was so large. We all had a chair to sit at the table when eating or playing games. The house was very spacious and was nicely appointed . We had an issue with the ice maker and the hosts had someone come quickly. We had a wonderful time!

The house was in a great location to our family wedding, but we had to clean the house upon arrival. The alarm panel downstairs would constantly beep and would display different messages then would shut off. The blinds in the dining room were broken, which made it very difficult to eat at the table because of the sun. The furniture was constantly falling apart so we would have to put it back together in order to sit on it. A blind upstairs was broken as well. The house was very dusty upon arrival and there were dead bugs in all the bathtubs, so we needed to clean before we could use anything.

We have stayed at other properties that appeared wonderful on the site, but failed to deliver. This property was beautiful. The photos were accurate in every way and the views were amazing. While there my grandkids got to see a mother and baby moose bed down on the hillside just outside their bedroom window. That alone made the trip worthwhile. The peacefulness was amazing and the access to whatever was needed was only a few miles away.

There were a couple things we didnt like about the house, it seemed very run down. Carpet was in bad shape along with the floors. But the space of the house was very nice. Very big for my family. The hot tub also was a little rundown we had issues turnign the jets on and off.

Confortable place for a big family. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were very clean and cozy. The social areas needed a better cleaning, it was very dusty and especially visible when the sun came up. We were unpleasantly surprised to learn upon arrival that there was one A/C unit and it was upstairs which where 4 of 5 bedrooms were. In the summer and with a little baby in the basement was not fun. We also missed a book with general instructions for Internet/WiFi connection, were to leave used bedsheets and towels, area information, etc. The kitchen needs more and better utensils in general and only 2 kitchen towels for 3 days with 9 people was definitely not enough. The garage door code only worked when entering the first time, we didn't have any instructions of how to close the house when leaving so one of us had to jump the garage light sensor to do that. The communication with the concierge was excellent though, fast to reply and solve the biggest issues like trash being picked up and recovery of an item left behind. We hope those details (where the difference is) are taken care of because otherwise I would have given the property a 5 stars review.

This was a super easy access property to SLC and surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fabulous and large, along with the dining room. Very easy to accommodate a large group. We would definitely come back again!
