Excellent location for us, very comfortable room with everything provided, nice swimming pool, helpful staff, easy access to restaurants.

There was a self service mini market but a bar would have been very welcome and the breakfast lacked variety and was all available only with single use plastic glasses, cups, plates, cutlery so you ended with more plastic than food. I would have expected an international chain with an otherwise really nice hotel to be moving forward more with its environmental policies.

Noisy. Mediocre breakfast

They had everything we needed while visiting a relative at the nearby hospital. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the hospital, maybe less. We were able to get food and eat in. It’s perfect for extended stays.

For the price it’s great. It’s a little bit loud but nothing terrible. The shower doors let water spray all over the bathroom. That was annoying. Also housekeeping did not visit our room.

Location was perfect for our visit to Miami.

The shower is uncomfortable because the splashes on floor . Esthetically looks nice but its not practical . I noticed water damage to floor .

The Staff was very genuine and polite. The drinks at the bar were amazing and the hotel was very clean.

Clean room, many restaurants walking distance. Good breakfast and they granted a late check out.

Nice pool. Large well lit bathroom. Very clean.

Awkward room. Cannot see tv sitting on the couch. They are level on the same wall. Can only see sitting in bed. There is no room anywhere for suitcases to be opened. No suitcase stand. Several times no one was at the front desk. They stay in the back. You have to just stand and wait. No way to get their attention.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially at the front desk, , both evening and morning.

Very wasteful energy consumption. Air conditioning in common areas is much too cold, and the hall lights are on day and night (a motion sensor or timer switch should be installed so they only come on as needed.)
