While this apartment looks good it has several basic things wrong. There was no main lights working in the Master bedroom There was no blind in the window in the Master bedroom and only a torn curtain. Light came in at dawn There were essentially no equipment in the kitchen. There was one spoon. One small frying pan and large pot. Lights not working properly in kitchen. I reported the problems and while a polite guy came round I was told that it was extremely difficult to get workmen, therefore it didn't get fixed

It is absolutely amazing place to stay in. You can find everything what you need in the flat, which is huge and very comfortable. To have two separate bathroom and extra toilet was amazing and whirlpool and sauna (didn’t use) is big plus. Place is right in the centre close to everything.

Unfortunately the 🔔 on the tower which is literally opposite is super loud and I was awaken every 15 minutes thanks to that. So for anyone who will enjoy the too bedroom (with very comfortable bed) I strongly suggest earplugs. Flat is beautifully done but there are few issues which I’ve found but two were pretty important: 1/ the pillows on the top floor bedroom have had stains 2/ there is only one key in total which is for gate, door to the house and also to our apartment (apartment has 3 entrances). As we accidentally went to the other flat below us and couldn’t get in we have noticed that those two flats must have same key for gate and door to the house but the other flat has different key from flat itself…which seems like anyone who stays in there could get into our apartment?!

Some street noise by night.

Beautiful apartment that is well equipped. It’s tastefully decorated and oozes luxury. Its right in the centre of town close to shops, restaurants, and transport systems. This is the place I only want to stay in when I visit Brno. I highly recommend this place.
