We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit.

We had such a great time. The house was lovely, beds super comfortable and scenery of the house were amazing. Could do with a couple of extra mirrors or at least one in the main bedroom but all in all the house was fab. Would definitely stay again

We had such an amazing time. Gorgeous barn with so much to do. Fantastic walks on the doorstep and lots to do nearby. The kids had a great time in the pool and playing tennis. Our dog didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend this property.

Had an excellent time at the barn, which was v well kitted out and perfectly positioned to explore Henley, Marlow and Oxford. Highly recommend (pool is an added bonus), thanks for letting us stay, Sarah, and for the helpful comms, making the stay hassle free!

We celebrated our sons christening in the barn. The location could not be more perfect and the pictures turned out beyond anything we could have imagined.
The pictures here do not give it the justice it deserves. Superb stay.

loved it - watch out for the beams though. Had a great time in the swimming pool, playing tennis & then playing on the pool table in the evening. Plenty of open space for exercising outside in the fresh air. Not far from Henley for a walk along the river & playing crazy golf.

Great property with all you need for a short or long family or friends gathering.
Maybe needs a microwave unless we didn’t understand the amazing complicated oven!!

Beautiful situation. Very convenient for Henley and for finding places to eat. Loved the kitchen and living area. Comfortable beds.

The house sits in a lovely village with lots of walks to do. The children loved the swimming pool and tennis courts which they used lots throughout the week.
A great family house where you can spend quality time together.

Well equipped kitchen, lovely fresh bedding and towels, a perfect base for our family to be together.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the property. The communication from property owner was great, very friendly and very informative. Couldn’t have asked for more. Would love to return at some point. The pool was a highlight for the children as was the owners dog!

We had the most amazing weekend at the Barn. The property is just stunning, the grounds are beautiful and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful.
Our party has come away from the weekend with a smile on our faces and that was largely down to the beauty of the house we spent tne weekend in!
Would not hesitate to go back!

3 Nights in the Country!
We had such a lovely time at the barn - cozy yet plenty of space for 6 of us + one dog. A spacious, efficient kitchen for communal cooking and a great lounge area - plus excellent walks to the local pubs. We loved it!

Brilliant Weekend
The Property was great for a family weekend. The Barn was beautiful and was as the description and pictures and was very well equipped. We made full use of the grounds and the swimming pool, thoroughly recommended

Lovely Barn conversion
Hosts were very friendly. We went as a family with 6 adults 1 child aged 4, 2 babies and 2 dogs. The games room was fun for all with a full size snooker table, dart board and lots of toys/books for the children. Swimming pool a good size and warm. Kitchen well stocked. Only a 10 minute drive to Henley. Would definitely recommend stating here.

Amazing stay
Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Sarah had everything we needed to cook with and use throughout our stay. Everyone had a great time and did not want to leave. We enjoyed the pool, tennis court and snooker table. At times it was slightly tricky with 1 toilet for 8 people however it did not spoil our stay and we will defiantly be back! Thank you for a great well needed weekend away!

Beautiful open plan accommodation in an idealic setting
The age ranges all loved the property and the facilities that it had to offer. I bought my dog who had the freedom and security to mooch around the large garden area without us having to worry about him getting out. The younger of the crowd enjoyed the swimming facilities and open plan aspect. This should be considered when choosing for a large family as age ranges meant being open plan wasn't ideal for settling a toddler down but otherwise a perfect place for a girlie weekend.

Family Holiday
Our party consisted of my dad (67) myself my husband our two children (12&9) and my Brother his wife and their two children (7&5). Plenty of space without being in each other’s way. We all enjoyed the tennis courts and the swimming pool, there are lots of nice walks and sooooo much garden for the dogs. Henley on Thames is a 10min drive and it’s beautiful, so many restaurants to choose from. The owners were lovely, and overall couldn’t fault our stay. Would return again and would recommend to friends.

My stay in the farmhouse outside Henley on Thames
The converted farmhouse is in a picturesque setting, I found the owners very nice and pleasant people. The pool hasn’t got changing facilities. Although the place can sleep up to 12 people, with only one bathroom and toilet I felt 5 would be the limit.

Fantastic stay
The barn was perfect for us in every way . We loved the use of the tennis courts, swimming pool and snooker table . The grounds and view are amazing, and everything you need to make your stay great is catered for . Thank you Sarah and James for our lovely stay

A happy weekend
Our bank holiday weekend away suited all (a newborn, toddler, young children, a 12 year old, 4 adults & 2 seniors plus a dog).
The facilities were brilliant, local surroundings were peaceful & picturesque & Henley on Thames itself was a Gem. Very happy with property itself and owners, including their dog

Perfect family stay!
The house is exceptional and it was just perfect for our COVID friendly family getaway. The kids (and Grandma!) loved the pool and the snooker table was a real hit too. But what made this property super special was the stunning open plan living space and beautiful countryside surrounding the property. The mid week break we had here was exactly what we all needed and we have made some magical family memories that we will treasure forever. Thanks Sarah and Nick!
