Oxford and blenheim were are highlights for this trip and didn't dissapoint

Guest house room a little small and walk into Oxford just to oong

The room was exceptionally clean and the size of it was just perfect for one person. Yan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice people and excellent location . Town centre is easily reached by bus. Close to shops and restaurants in Headington. Very convenient for arriving by car.

Slight drawback is the busy road (you can hear the cars). However, this is also an advantage as the bus stop into town Centre is close by.

Room was clean and organized. Host was friendly and helpful.

The down side came from the other guests. Very noisy through the night.

Room was a bit too small: access to the bed only possible from one side.

First impression is everything & on arrival the vibe in the place wasn't welcoming. We had asked for rooms close to eachother and while we we had been told the one room would be further Away we were assured it was still close it was however behind another set of doors and near an exit so it didn't feel safe. Guests above this room were incredibly noisy right into the early morning.

bed was uncomfortable and the motion sensor light was annoying, it would come on if you needed the toilet during the night which would disturb my husband.

The room and bathroom were very clean. They let us keep the car parking space for the following day aswell.

It was very hot at night without the heating on. It was a bit noisy late at night as we could hear another guest loudly speaking on their phone

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Handy location for the hospitals and for getting into the city.

There was good reception and the room was comfortable.

first night heaters didn’t work before 2:00am and it was freezing cold we have extended the stay, room number 5 is extremely small breakfast: banana were too green, hard to eat bread toaster looks greasy and not clean
