The house was everything it promised to be- a beautiful property, great location, and with outstanding responsiveness from the property manager. The vacation was just all that we hoped it would be! A favorite part of the house is the private balcony off the master bedroom- just a gorgeous hideaway. Will return!!!

We so enjoyed the few days spent at this spacious place. Everything was exactly as pictured. Had everything you needed and the home was clean and spacious. Hopefully we will return again with more family soon. And the views were spectacular! Sunrises were just beautiful and this place is right on the beach! A must stay! Loved it!

Outstanding location on the beach and close to Fort Clinch and downtown. Spacious and clean. Had small issue with drains in the tub not working and handle on one of the toilets not working all the time but these were minor.

Nice house and layout. Beach seemed to be even closer in the backyard than the pictures seem to depict. Easy walking distance to restaurants, gas station, parks, erc. north of the house.
For sure, go to the Salt Life restaurant for lunch or dinner as it is great food.
Only negative(still gave 5 stars) is that the carpet upstairs in the bedrooms is past it's useful life and needs replaced IMHO.

Needed to see the ocean after the winter storm, this place was gorgeous! Right on the water, comfy beds, nice kitchen. Booking agents very easy to work with.

The property was very updated and clean. It was right on the beach and had beautiful decks to both view the ocean and relax. The layout was well arranged and spacious. The beds and furniture were comfortable It was well equipped with linen, starter supplies and cooking utensils. I was impressed by the amount of lighting and outlets available. The communication was excellent. We really our too short stay!

Relaxing, comfortable stay for 5 adults. We enjoyed sunrise on the beach, looking for shells, sitting on both decks, body surfing and watching the land turtles. Washer, dryer, dishwasher worked great. We cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Grocery is very close as well as starbucks and dairy queen.

Great location , wonderful property, and having the pool on site was a huge bonus. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach and boardwalk was a short distance to get to the beachfront

Great getaway!
Enjoyed our stay very much! Location was great and we had everything we needed.I will say we couldn’t use the pool because two ducks made it their home but enjoyed watching them swim in the pool. Also grill was very rusty and old but would definitely go back to this duplex again!

We had a great stay our family really enjoyed the location and the home. It was beautiful and clean and had great views. We love the area and will be back for another vacation next year.

Girls' Getaway
This property was perfect for our annual girls' trip ~ plenty of room, directly on the beach, and very close to downtown Fernandina!

The location is perfect. The management company is great. The price is on the higher end for what you get. These issues were discussed with property manager. My issues were that the beds were cheap and terribly uncomfortable. Specifically, the master mattress is the kind that is super cheap and thin. You can feel the springs. The bedding is worn. The towels had stains. The furniture in the den is worn and dirty. The decor is dated and reflects the lack of attention to detail from the owner (not management) The back door wouldn’t lock. If this unit was updated and upgraded, it would be fair to rent at this price point. There are so many other properties on the island (in the vicinity of this house) that are much more comfortable and cost the same or even less.

No can opener, the pots were scratched very badly and Teflon was peeling right off the pots. The microwave was broken so another one (small) was put on the counter. There are definitely a lot of positives about this house, but it also needs to be kept up. over all it was a very nice stay.

Beautiful home on the ocean!
We loved your beautiful home and having ocean front. There were 6 of us and the home was perfect for our family. All the bed were super comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a life saver! The only thing I would like more of is cookware. We were going to make pancakes one morning but there wasn’t a pan that would work.
I will definitely rent this home again!

Perfect getaway
We loved the house location right on the beach. The sunsets were amazing and the beds comfortable.
We have pretty much everything we needed for our family of 6.

Amazing family fun!
Our tribe had a great time. The townhouse has plenty of room, all the essentials and more. The pool was too cool for us, but it was April and I am sure will be amazing in the summertime! They had all the beach gear there, and such easy access for my little ones! Would recommend again and again!

PERFECT PLACE!!!
We could not have ask for a better location for a rental. Everything was perfect, plenty of room for our whole group. Our only recommendation would be for the pool to be cleaned more often, lots of sand, but we are at the beach!!!

Beautiful property. A few disappointments.
This really is a wonderful house, right on the beach. And the owners are wonderful. Our biggest problem was with the 2nd bedroom, with is supposed to have a queen-size bed. Instead it has an extra-long full size. Our daughter and son-in-law had to sleep in the twin beds instead. A few more kitchen utensils would also be helpful for families who plan to cook at home.
