The two units worked out well for us as it gave the two families a little privacy.

This property was just what we needed for a noisy group of 7 women celebrating a milestone birthday. We booked both sides of the property, so we had it all to ourselves. The semi private pool was perfect, and we ended up having that to ourselves too. I gave this property 4 stars because it could use some updating, and better pool furniture. The old hard plastic chairs were a disappointment along with the fact that there were no chaise lounges. No beach towels or beach chairs were provided either. We purchased some beach chairs, which we left there, so the next guests should be happy ; ) . We had some minor maintenance issues that were handled very quickly. We give the maintenance/management company 5 stars! Very attentive and returned our calls within 30 minutes. We would definitely stay there again. We loved everything about Amelia Island and can not wait to come back.

Loved the home we stayed in very accommodating. Could have had a few more towels and bed clothing. Location is as amazing. Right on the beach and pool was awesome as well. Worked great for the little ones. 2 minutes from lots of shopping and great food. Got to meet the owners who were great people super nice. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely rent again.

This home was perfect for our recent stay at Amelia Island! We rented both sides of the home (all six bedrooms). The two sides of the house were adjoined through the main floor balconies and we felt pretty connected, even though though they were separate. The setup of the home was great and felt spacious. A queen bed in the downstairs bedroom on side 1 would have worked better for us (instead of full), but we made it work. Just know that if you have multiple couples staying in the home. The pool is not in front of this home, but is right at the bottom of the stairs as you walk off your balcony. The owners of both properties (some of whom we met and they were delightful :) often stay in the identical home next door. The pool is shared with them, if they or their guests are using it. It was a pretty good sized pool for a beach house. It was comfortably warm and we never felt crowded. The boardwalk to the beautiful beach is right between the homes. We’ve stayed on the southern end of the island and preferred this location. It’s more of a neighborhood, but is walkable to a few good restaurants (Salt Life...delicious), a playground, and mini-golf. Fort Clinch is close by and worth the visit. One of our favorite parts of this location was how close we were to historic downtown Fernandina. Dinner, boat cruise, ice cream, shopping, waterfront...there is so much to do there and it’s our favorite beach town! The only thing I didn’t rate 5 stars was cleanliness. All bathrooms, the kitchens, living spaces and bedrooms were very clean and ready for our arrival. The home might just be ready for a deep clean to take care of stuff that accumulates over time in any home! It is obviously well-cared for and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a 3-bedroom or 6-bedroom vacation home with a pool, right on the beach in Amelia!

We thought the rental was in a perfect location and proximity to the beach was outstanding. I feel like it needs a major renovation! The size of the condo worked great for us, but it needs new everything! We liked that there was a pool and it was very clean. The view of the ocean was also amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful trip!!

The property was fantastic. It is right on the beach with a pool, house was very clean, showers, beds, & views from the balconies were great! Location is perfect.

We rented one duplex and it was so nice that our out-of-town co-workers could enjoy the FL weather and spend more time together rather than staying in hotels. There was plenty of room for everyone!

We had a great time in Amelia. The property is very well kept, well designed. Every step of the way was simple and well documented. Listing was accurate. The weather was not that great but I am not sure the owner could do anything about it. The only complaint: The refund of the deposit could be a LOT FASTER !!

This is our 3rd stay for the GA/FL game. We love the location, the layout of the house, the ease of walking out to the beach, the garages to protect our cars - love this house!

The two townhouse layout offers lots of space for a large group. Access to pool and beach could not be better. I recommend this house and would definitely return again.

We love Amelia! And our accommodations were perfect! We rented the two adjoining units to accommodate 8 adults and two small children. Was nice for our daughter, husband and their two children, our grand babies, to have their own 3 bedroom unit for privacy. We loved having the pool close by and it was the perfect size/depth for our grandchildren. The whole rental process was a positive. Correspondence/inquiries were acknowledged promptly.

Great home with beautiful view and easy access to beach. House tastefully decorated. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bedrooms very comfortable. Lovely pool and plenty of outdoor furniture and chairs. Would highly recommend this home to others to rent.

Beautiful home and perfect location! Our group of 11 had plenty of space and rarely left the house during our stay because it was so amazing! We’ve stayed at several rental properties on the island and this one was by far our favorite.

This was a great place - Had 5 children under the age of 8 - Private pool was awesome - Just an awesome time. Close enough to see ocean and watch sunrises and sunsets.

Ten men came from the Northeast to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the annual golf trip. We couldn't have picked a better location! Even got to see the Jags take on the Patriots! Enjoyed the ocean, enjoyed the pool, enjoyed everything!

Rented for 4 nights. Was notified 2 days before rental started that the upstairs on one side was without A/C but would be fixed by the second night. Was offered a alternate 2 bedroom unit for those 2 nights. I was informed that cancellations for mechanical issues with the unit were not accepted. The ocean side bedroom was tolerable but the front side bedroom was not. The 2 nights came and went without repairs and as did the following 2 days/nights. Calls requesting updates were not answered. A week without repairs makes me believe that the owners were not being compeletly forth coming with their efforts.

The town homes were amazing and the location in Fernandina Beach was great. The items I would like to note would be: 1. The pool my grand children played in was very dirty with plastic bags and leaves and other clutter. 2. The black metal chair my sons girlfriend sat in collapsed. 3. The plastic white chair outside by the pool was already broken. 4. The beach access was blocked by an orange fence and two rather large pipes. This made it difficult to get to the beach, which is why we rented this 'beach house' in first place. There were multiple trucks and heavy equipment that went back and forth as well. We should have been notified before hand in order to make an informed decision as to whether to rent this property. We were not notified. 5. The post holding the railing to the entrance was also broken. NOTE: Please understand we enjoyed ourselves. It was an amazing time. My son is being deployed to the Middle East and our family had a wonder time. Thank You

It was very clean, and very comfortable.

This house was great for our my husband's siblings and their spouses to spend time together and relax. We had 11 people that stayed. We made one side the main area where we did everything together. It was nice to walk around to the other side via common area and not go up and down the stairs. The beach was perfect. The pool is in front of the other condo complex but in the gated area that surrounded both condo units. House was clean and was well equipped like your own house.

We rented both sides of the house for a family celebration. All ages ranging from 2 years to 67 years had a GREAT time. The 2 homes together provided lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and multiple gathering areas. Everyone enjoyed the pool too. And of course the beach access made it so easy to get the kids in and out. Thank you Brian and Apriel for all your help. We had such an enjoyable time, we are considering booking again next year.

We rented both sides of this property in September 2017. It was a perfect spot for two families. Each family had their own space, but felt like we were together. You can easily go between units from the main level decks. We enjoyed the pool and the sitting ledges. The covered balconies on both levels provided wonderful views of the beach, perfect for watching the sunrise. We were pleasantly surprised to find chairs, toys, and floats in each garage storage unit, a plus not found in all rental properties. The Sand Bar restaurant is within walking distance either from the beach or on sidewalks along the street, which we enjoyed one night. I have been visiting Amelia Island my entire life. This property is one of my favorites now! Brian, the property manager, was great to work with. We look forward to returning again next year!

Had a wonderful stay - we rented both sides of the condo for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The listing can be a little confusing - there are two condo buildings with 2 side by side condos in each - only one building is rented out. The pool is shared by all four condos and is in front of the other building, but it didn't matter at all to us. We enjoyed meeting the owners' families and it wasn't a big deal to share the pool at all. It's a GREAT pool for kids - a baby pool area, not too deep and a sitting ledge along one whole side. As for the condos, they were great - clean and well maintained. The queen bedroom is on the main floor with the kitchen, dining and living area (although private) with the master bedroom (and awesome porch), twin bedroom and a sitting area with a sofa and tv at the top of the stairs. Both condos are the same. Typical rental items in the kitchen. Linens and towels provided but bring your own beach towels. There are tons of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to use, and the condos connect outside between the porches. There are tall stairs to get to the main living area, but we liked it because we could see the beach over the dunes and our kids could maneuver them fine. The only thing we may have wished for was more and nicer outdoor chairs on the balconies, but we did fine with what we had. All in all, a great place to stay and we will be back!
