We have a really nice quiet time here. The kitchen had everything we could want, full size washer & dryer plus the garage was full of toys. The house was just great. Better then I had imagined. The host was amazing too, easy to get a hold of for any questions I had. Hopefully next time I can stay longer.

My family and I stayed here Labor Day weekend and had the absolute best time. The property is so cool, beautiful, comfortable and clean. And the location was amazing. Easy walk to everything. It also comes with an amazing garage filled with everything you need to enjoy the bay, waves and boardwalk. We loved it so much we booked it again on our way home. Highly recommend the property.

Wonderful property ! Amazing location and views and Kimberly was great - every time I texted her for something she immediately responded! Thank you we had a great time and will be back for sure! We especially loved the paddle boards and sand toys.

We had a great stay in San Diego. The location is perfect on the bayside and has lots of extras such as bikes, kayaks, chairs and boards. Kim is very responsive to any questions. We will definitely come back.

Had a great experience at the sand castle every step of the way. The views were priceless and the seamless indoor/outdoor living was exceptional.

This home is beautiful. The pictures give you the impression you are getting the entire home but unfortunately that isn’t the case. Kind of misleading but beyond that it was awesome. Your 1 maybe 2 blocks from mission beach. You have the cove steps off your back porch. Your a couple blocks from really anything you can think of. Great property!!! Wish we had known that there was 3 or 4 rentals in one home prior to going is all.

We have been staying in VRBOs across the US, Mexico and Canada since 2004, this is by far the best appointed and better-than-advertised that we’ve ever stayed at! The beds, bedding, towels, and appliances are first class; the pantry gave us coffee and spices as well as paper products and storage options. Toys (bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, etc) for the beach and water are all available as are games, books, and TV for inside. We were given clear instructions for entry and INSTANT responses when we asked for recommendations. Seriously, this place is amazing and the location is a perfect spot to stay put OR launch to do other things. Thank you for being AMAZING hosts!

Has everything you're looking for in a rental in SD. Location is ideal, great layout with the patios and open air concept doors, and close to everything.

Our family loved this house!! We stayed here in early November. Great location and a very short walk to the beach side. It was on the bay side so not as busy but perfect for our 3 year old. The house is very well stocked with everything a family could possibly need - towels, chairs, beach stuff, bikes, the best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced! We made cupcakes for our mother’s birthday and there were 3 cupcake pans! I would definitely recommend this place. There were 9 of us and it was plenty big enough. We really enjoyed running along the beach and riding bikes. We opened the garage doors every day and it was very enjoyable!

We stayed for one week in July 2018 with 4 adults and 3 children. It was located perfectly in a quieter area of Mission Bay right on the beach. We had plenty of space. Don’t go buy any beach toys because they have it all ready to go in the garage. Rowena, the property manager, was quickly available and I have never before experienced the level of service she provided. She even dropped off skewers and supplies for s’mores. They have a fire pit to use on the beach too. The kids loved it. The busier beach location is just two small blocks away. There are many restaurants and coffee shops close by (but they supply the coffee too). It is a few minutes from Sea World and very close to the zoo too. We were in the second floor unit and never even heard the guests staying above and below us. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms so the communal living area does get warm during the day and opening the cool living room garage doors let a lot of flies in. We had to have the fly swatter handy and make sure to not leave any food out. They did provide a couple fans which helped some. Overall it was one of our favorite trips. We are planning to return next year because there is so much more to do in that area-we just did not have enough time.

Loved staying here! It was private enough for our large family. The Master is on one side of the home with two secondary bedrooms down a different hallway. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils/pots/trays you could need (or walking distance to several restaurants). We enjoyed paddle boarding, swimming and the fireworks show at sea world from our porch! Highly recommend!
