Very nice property. Beautiful views. Fairly well appointed. Could use more coffee cups and more assorted barware, mostly stemware provided- we had a group of seven adults and maxed out the mugs and drink glasses pretty quickly. Just a couple of games -- bring your own if you want them. No toiletries provided - shower gel, etc. would be nice to have. Other places we have stayed provide this - very nice amenity to consider for the future. Also, some throw blankets around the downstairs would be a nice touch - we had some cool evenings! A printout of basic info like trash schedule, closing duties would be nice on site for guests not wanting to constantly find phone and check an app. Overall very nice place. We would stay again.

The property would work great for a large family or groups of friends. We didn’t use two of the bedrooms, but there’s plenty of room. Beautiful updated kitchen with all amenities. I wish the weather had been a little warmer and less windy where we could have enjoyed the beautiful views from the back deck.

This is a beautiful and well-equipped house. Very spacious and comfortable, with the most wonderful views. We hope to return.

House was older with renovations, lots of sloped floors. Downstairs was open and nice to have different sitting areas. Upstairs was disappointing. Beds in two of the four rooms were not for adults, and dangerous if you had children. Did not have the basic supplies when we arrived..no soap for the dishwasher or to bath with. One roll of TP in each bathroom for the week. 2 garbages bags for the week. Never had this with anywhere else we have stayed. When we called the Property Manager she was a little defensive, but once they realized the lack of essentials, they provided more than expected.

Large common spaces and deck offering lots of opportunities to watch wildlife and boats. Pretty front and back yard in charming neighborhood. Short trip to town by car, bike or on foot.

Beautiful property, room for all, with a workable kitchen for all cooks to share! The house is very clean and the view from every room will make you want to stay put and enjoy this lovely home with friends and family. Pretty Picky Properties made our reservation, arrival and departure very easy. The hardest part of this vacation was getting everyone out of the house when it was time to leave. We all left wanting more.

We loved this property and its location. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the narrow staircase was a bit difficult for heavy suitcases but we managed. Excellent communications with Picky Properties on the management front.

This house was the perfect location for our family attending a wedding in Chatham. The kitchen is large and bright. There is plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms are comfortable. The master bath is a bit small, but well appointed. What makes this house is the spectacular view. The sea, the sand bar, the changing panorama when the fog rolled in. Bring binoculars to see the abundant seals. And we had a resident red tailed hawk making its home literally outside the back door. In addition it’s just a short walk to town or the beach.

Treat yourself to this beautiful home with outstanding views! Spotless clean, quiet neighborhood. Get up early and catch sunrise, it’s gorgeous. Great communication with property mgt. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cape Cod…so did our pooch 😂

Great Chatham house for family - convenient to Chatham (15 minute walk to Main Street) and easy drives to other parts of the Cape. Beautiful view. Quiet and exclusive neighborhood; private and safe. Easy check-in (lockbox); communicative management company. Good laundry and fridge; decent Weber propane barbecue. Just to be aware: No direct beach access; narrow staircase may be tricky for the very elderly (all bedrooms upstairs).

I love this house! Beautiful architectural touches, spacious, with modern bathrooms and gorgeous views. The grounds are breathtaking. And a short walk to the pier for a delicious lobster roll!

We had our spring birthday family vacation and it was one of the best experience in a long time. The property is very beautiful and the kitchen was so well equipped it’s felt like I was home. We definitely want to come back in the future provided the property is available.
