We had a great stay at this Vrbo, a few things that could’ve made the visit go smoother was to have the kitchen a bit more stocked, such as a baking pan or cooking spray ect. The bedroom with the full bed gets really hot at night unless you keep the door open, also parking was pretty expensive. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a very unpleasant experience, the beds are super small and the sheets smelled horrible. We had to sleep on the floor because it was more comfortable.

Site appreciable transports bus à proximité. Commerces et lieux de vie proches.

Great price for a large group. If you’re using this house for a NYC vacation just be prepared to pay $60-80 a day for parking and driving. This will still be cheaper than riding the subway/bus to get around.

Although the outside of the building looked a bit foreboding, the apartment was spic-and-span. It was very close to our work venue, and the bus transportation into New York was really convenient and really reasonable. Teeny, tiny kitchen, but adequate for our needs. It would have been nice to have a dresser or some shelves or something to store our clothes since we were there for 2 weeks, But all in all, I would stay there again for the convenience and the cleanliness.

Overall the stay was great. The only thing was the water pressure in the kitchen but it wasnt anything major. I would definitely stay here again. The bus to go to NYC was nice and close. One bus came every hour and then multiple ones came in between. They all go to different locations in NYC but still easy to find your way around. I believe the elevator shuts down at a certain time because I got stuck in it for about 20 mins. Lol. I would most definitely recommend this place. They respond promptly to messages and very friendly. 10 thumbs up

Had a great time staying here. Claudia is very responsive and the location is great to go back and forth to New York.

Where to start ? The apartment building is run down. The apartment had a strong odor of gas. The owner is all about money , charged us for parking which should’ve been included in the stay because it’s a apartment building . Also she charged us for wash towels because they had dirt stains from soap scum and body dirt. The WiFi didn’t work I reached out to her and no response. Charged more on my card than we agreed on . SCAM DONT GO HERE !

We found this property to be exactly as advertised. The apartment was very clean and very reasonably priced for a trip to the area. We were visiting our oldest child who lives in Manhattan, and chose to stay in New Jersey to save on expenses, and have a large enough place for the family to spread out. We have stayed in urban apartments before and found that noise from the hallway makes it uncomfortable. This was not the case with this location. The bedrooms are Tucktaway towards the back of the apartment, and aside from some general street noise at times, it was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay at locations hosted by Claudia in the future when we visit.

The place was nice it was near everything we needed, Claudia was very nice and had everything detailed prior to coming. Only problem we had was the oven didn't work for us but that was no big deal but Claudia said she will get it fixed, also the elevator was outdated so we got a stuck a couple times for not closing the door hard enough. I will definitely stay here again because of the customer service that was provided
