I loved everything from the location, modern touches, and 24 hour store downstairs!

Location. Washing machine/dryer. All facilities are excellent. Great room.

Curtains/blinds. They fell down and I put the pole back… but the 4 sets blinds and curtains do not meet in middle and so room is light at sunrise.

Our room was spotless and came with everything we needed for an extended stay. Close to the various transit options made getting around the city seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

The floors needed a good cleaning.

I liked the layout of the apartment and that the bedroom was separate from everything else. The staff, security, and clientele were all very friendly. I liked the view.

Wifi wouldn't allow me to run some Zoom appointments that were really important. There was no cookware to prepare a meal. I had to clean a little bit in the kitchen when I first got there. I would have preferred the window into the bedroom could be blacked out for better sleep.

Very convenient location to walk to destinations or catch the bus or Q line. Reasonably priced and clean property. I liked the window view we had of the building across and comfy bed. I liked having access to cooking and refrigeration in the kitchen as well the more eco-friendly approach with dispensers for soaps and diish cleaning supplies.

There wasnt really anything. Just had to be careful when you walk out due to the homelessness in downtown Detroit but I felt the city had a strong police presence on the weekends

Where to start. At $295 a night, I had a bed that looked like someone sat on it before I got there. The lamp shade was damaged and crooked, one drawer was damaged and wouldn't even close. There was damage to the entry door and a closet door due to how it was designed. The refrigerator looked like it came from Goodwill. The record player didn't work. The room looked like a low end Holiday Inn. As I filled out this questionnaire. it said my score didn't match the ratings when I had four with the lowest score and only one for an employee that was kind the whole time I was there. I didn't feel safe as so many homeless or shady men were always right next to the keypad to get in. The AC was either full on and freezing or it was hot. I took photos and I can tell you this was not even an OK hotel. Detroit is not NYC< Paris or London and yet Sonder feels they can get a premium for such a low end run down place. You really should be embarrassed.

Everything was bad except the one employee that was nice. The rest was a run down hotel with shady people right next to you when you are trying to get into the hotel. I have traveled all my life and I can tell you, this was a horrible hotel and not a good buy at $100, and you charged almost $300 a night.

It was a very nice alternative to overly priced hotels. I usually stay at the athenium, but service has gotten less and less there. This was definitely no Athenium, but I also didn't pay Athenium prices and it was comfortable.

The toilet seat was broken and the refrigerator went out. The toilet seat ended up being fixed the next day by the nicest repair lady ever! I was very disappointed in managements response to my accommodation request. I didn't want money, but did ask for a late check out of one or two hours. My request was rather brusquely and I would say rudely dismissed. They kept querying me asking if I was asking for money. I said no and further explained that I was seeking a non-monetary accommodation that wouldn't cost Sonder money. It seemed that they were pushing me to ask for money. I basically said if that's what you insist, sure. They said they'd give me a $50 refund in 7-10 business days. If I wanted money, I would have asked or asked that half or all of a day be taken off, especially for the inoperative refrigerator that I had food in that I threw away, This is a corporate misstep in my opinion.

It was clean and in a very good spot Downtown for walking distance to different restaurants and bars. I will definitely utilize Sonder the Randolph again for sure.

I really liked the location. It was a nice easy walk from Ford Field

The doors are super thin and you’re able to hear everything in the hallways. The back of the Roku remote was also missing and there was a lot of dust gathered up behind the TV

There were no sheets for the pull out couch bed. The floors were dirty and needed washed.

Perfect downtown location - very accessible to restaurants, amenities, and attractions. Well thought out apartment.

Nothing. I only wish I had known the kitchen was so good so I could have purchased some drinks or water to store.

Great location, safe and clean

It was very convenient to get to the convention center, restaurants, and the people mover.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was broken so the girls had to pull that mattress onto the floor to sleep. Also, the floors weren’t as clean as I would have liked so I swept them, and wiped the dirty spots, especially under the table.
