We had amazing stay and it was perfect for a large family gathering.

We absolutely loved this home. We celebrated Thanksgiving here with dear friends. The house was a great size for our two families. Wonderful sized rooms but still warm and cozy, great for kids, tastefully decorated and well organized. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. We hope to return and highly recommend!

The property and host were great. House was a good size, very clean, and had all needed amenities. Pool was especially nice being heated. The host was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Definitely will rent again in the future.

We had a great stay at Jeannine’s house. The house and the grounds are functional, large, and well-maintained. The pool was a focal point of our summer visit. The solar heater keeps the water comfortably warm, without supplemental heating. Jeannine was very thoughtful. When we were running out of Tide pods, she had an Instacart shipment sent to replace that product, and threw in some treats for our daughter. Children will be very happy in this house. There’s a playroom on the first floor and another on the third. There are toys and children’s books all over – not to mention pool toys. And, yes, TVs in several rooms, including a very large one in the great room. The neighborhood is excellent for walks: quiet, shaded by abundant trees, and with many striking houses. We appreciated Jeannine’s hospitality and hope to return.

Our trip was fantastic thanks to an amazing host! The home was perfect for our group and we enjoyed every minute of it!

Spectacular house with all of the amenities! Jeannine thought of everything including craft supplies for the little ones. Everything in the kitchen is labeled and she has EVERYTHING you could need. Jeannine is extremely responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this rental!

We had an awesome weekend and the house was perfect. Even better than it appears in pictures, the property was amazing, the house was stocked with toys and balls for the kids, the pool was heated, and the house was really beautiful. The host was very communicative and helpful and willing to assist with any request. We had an awesome weekend, everyone was comfortable and felt at home and happy and we hope to make it back soon.

Our stay was a birthday / reunion event... 10 old friends who meet every ten years for a surprise birthday celebration. The 5 en-suite bedrooms worked perfectly for us. We can be a fairly rowdy bunch but there is such privacy surrounding the house that we disturbed no one. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for the making of meals and the beds were comfy and the towels in every room were soft and fluffy! The owners were lovely and very helpful and we had a terrific time!

The house and property are gorgeous and incredibly well organized. The kids were engaged for our full time there with all the TOYS, happily doing fooze ball in the top floor playroom, dress up with the dolls and all the clothing in the playroom on the first floor, two different types of blocks for building in the family room, karoake in the top floor playroom, musical concerts in the family room with a guitar and piano... That was an above and beyond treat that there were so many toys for them to engage and play with. Plus the host thoughtfully left toys for each kid as a welcome gift - the science experiment kit was a real treat for not only the kids but their scientifically oriented Dad. Then we made use of every second the weather allowed us to be out in the pool. Days started with breakfast in the lovely huge kitchen, moved outside for swing/playhouse time, all aiming toward hours of fun in the large pool, again with dozens of swim toys for the kids to enjoy. The adults were similarly engaged - we had three folks who loved to cook, so the big kitchen easily accommodated their separate and joint creations. Coffee and tea on the patio to enjoy the morning sun, great family dinners in the evening - it was truly a magical time.

The property is beautiful. The resort-like setting provided the perfect backdrop as we disconnected and relaxed. The house is lovely. Immaculate. So comfortable. Everything is wonderfully appointed in all of the rooms. Multiple fireplaces. Fully equipped kitchen for making family meals. We had a fabulous vacation and highly recommend this property. Jeanine was gracious with her time and details in making us feel at home.

We were looking for a comfortable house for multiple families with children to use for a getaway from the city and this property was PERFECT. In fact, it exceeded our high expectations thanks to the house being so well equipped. The owner was so easy to deal with and responded instantly to our questions, but we really didn't need much since the house had everything covered! She even left a wonderful personalized welcome basket for our crew. So thoughtful. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we can't wait to come back!
