This is a one-of-a-kind property with wonderful amenities. It is conveniently located near stores and restaurants and the Coronado Ferry. The views from morning to night are always inviting a beautiful. It was a great place for a 75th birthday reunion.

We just spent the most amazing week there! The rooftop patio and views of the bay were highlights. We loved eating dinner on the patio and watching the sunset. Christy was a great host who responded quickly to questions or concerns. The house was outfitted well with lots of towels, toilet paper, soap, condiments, games for the kids, and there were lots of fun beach toys in the garage. There were also 5-6 bikes in the garage but they were adult size so we didn’t end up using them (our kids are 4-9 age range). We were within walking distance to several grocery stores, restaurants on the bay side, and the ferry that goes into San Diego. In the summer there is a free shuttle that goes to the Del every 15 minutes with a stop close by the house. Otherwise it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach which is lovely with the beautiful weather! 2 families stayed for most of the week but a couple of nights we had 3 families. Still enough space for everyone! It was so nice to have a beautiful place to relax.

Great location. Loved being able to walk to the park facing San Diego and local restaurants. Views from the house are great as well. Got lots of good exercise in by walking the paved trail that starts at the park. The Coronado Hotel was amazing as well.

This was the perfect place for our family of adult kids and their partners to stay the week of our son’s wedding. Everyone had a space to retreat to and recharge when needed. The dining, kitchen, living floor was perfect for full family meals. Easy to walk places and enjoy Coronado!

The property is located in a wonderful location. Close to town and the beach. We rode bikes around the island. The views of San Diego are wonderful.

Coronado is wonderful destination, the unit has a lot of bells and whistles. The island can be expensive.

This is a fantastic property. It is close to everything. I was amazed at how quiet the property was given that it is located between two restaurants on a busy street. Note that the bedrooms are up 2 floors and the kitchen and living room up 3 stories.

The house is very spacious and has all the bells and whistles you could want. Excellent views of the City. Central location is a plus, parking is tight, but the unit had a dedicated parking space. The property manager was very responsive to any questions/issues and left us a wonderful welcome basket of treats. Our comfort and positive experience was a priority for her. The house does have numerous light switches that take a moment to figure out; but, once you do, not an issue. If you are looking for a hidden gem with a good view, this is the property for you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the glass house. The location was perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We were able to cook & serve our traditions Thanksgiving feast and enjoy dinner with the beautiful views of the San Diego skyline. Christy was very responsive to the questions we had. And we appreciated the extra touch of a welcome basket that included snacks, coffee & an apple pie that we included in our Thanksgiving feast. The location was so convenient to shopping, restaurants & the beach. We hope to visit again.

On our day of arrival I was informed that my son’s Naval dinner was much earlier than I thought! Thank goodness Christy was able to let us check in a little early which gave me extra time to prep and make my son’s arrival at the house special. We made the dinner and there was no way I could have gotten everything done without Christy. The location was great and Everyone was comfortable. Another renter though had just destroyed 2 of the pans, I worked to clean them and when I informed Christy she sent over some new pans, so nice! The place was expensive but it was perfect for what we needed and everyone had a good time! And my son really felt special, such a great weekend!!

Can’t beat this magical location. The place is indeed pricey, but is one of a kind place and if you want to really treat yourself to something special go in with a couple of family members and split the cost and you won’t be disappointed.

VERY NICE PLACE CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN CORONADO

Home nice with great location but still looks as a rental. Parking is horrible as your only allowed ONE car for a 13 person rental home. Your constantly moving cars to avoid citation. Neighbor has a dog with free range of parking courtyard that just barks and jumps on you if you bring your pets so you have to carry them in. AC didn't seem to work as house was hot but when I reached out to owner about it she changed it so it's definitely controlled by them for whatever reason. Master bathroom sinks and shower drains were backup. No TV remote in master room. Glass floor corner was peeled up as you could hear every time you walk across it prior to arrival and owner blamed us even though it looks as it been like that for a while. Water/rock area dry and or broken with no plants as pictured. Trash cans were already half way full with boxes so made it hard to throw trash out for almost a week stay. Again great location but not worth rate for these issues.
