Easy to access the keys from the little shop Two lights were flicking in the unit, one in the main bathroom and one above the door to the second bedroom. Smoke alarm was beeping as if it was starting to go flat. Overall unit was very clean, great location for where we needed to be.

Location was beautiful with the proximity of everything.

Towels were not of good quality at all with furs kept coming out. Also, wrong password was given to collect the keys. Very bad beginning to the trip with parents.

Location was great. Great views. Apartment comfortable and clean.

Make sure there is cleaning items available. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash dishes. Pool wasn’t available for use which was one of the reasons we booked.

The location was fabulous with easy access to Melbourne CBD and Southbank. The Apartment was very comfortable with amazing views. Enjoyed the stay.

HOUST.com was involved in the boooking and did not provide details for gaining access to the apartment because my "payment had not been received", althought deducted from my bank account! Following a phone call to the Booking.com Sydney office, all the details for access to the apartment were provided. An email from HOUST, with details for access to the apartment, was recieved some 28 hours later (the stay was almost over)!

The height

Should have informed us that it was byo tennis racket and balls.

Swimming pool enclosure was like a greenhouse. Unbearable heat.

I did enjoy the ease of picking up the keys and getting to our room. The pool was great and the host was very helpful with my request of arrival time and check out. They were easily contactable at any time when I called and happy to help with any request
