The check in and check out process was easy. On arrival I parked and was directed to the reception who confirmed my booking, gave me my key and directions to my room.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing that was unusual is that the reception is situated behind a mirrored window so you cannot see the receptionist. No big deal but a little unusual.

Very large modern room with comfortable beds. Good food in the restaurant.

Reception was strange as it had a one-way mirror and you couldn't see the receptionist the other side, only talk through a small opening. The room was a bit cool with no way of heating it. The bathroom was very good except that the shower leaked water that ran around the toilet.

Cold rooms, not enough blankets

really nice hotel, close to volcanos, very big bed and the room is spacious. :)

We didn't per se expect much comfort and are used to sleeping in less touristy places, but we do like to see some basic level of cleanliness. Unfortunately that could not be said of the beds in the hotel room. The bedsheets were stained and damp with obviously sperm stains. Really disgusting. When we pointed this out to the staff and asked for new clean sheets, the lady denied it was sperm or even dirty at all, but nevertheless changed the sheets. Seeing that this hotel can be rented by the hour during the day, it is pretty sure it was sperm. Changing the sheets should be basic cleaning!

Persons who are running the hotel/ motel are hidden all the time invisible behind a mirrored wall - quite strange.

very clean. forgot my AirPods under a pillow. after two dyas coming back. I still got them from the receptionist.

big rooms good location for starting the volcano hike

no personal contact with the personel. the reason is beacause it’s a love motel.

It is not a nice place but for us it did the job of being relatively close to the itza popo national park and being one of few options in Amecameca. Daily room cleaning. Big room.

It is not really cozy, bed is hard, room is cold. Food in the restaurant is really bad 🙈

Clean. Beds comfy. Rooms facing main road very noisy (forget about solid sleep), restaurant serves good meals for low prices including room service.

Terrible staff on reception - absolutely unhelpful, ignorant. Even storing bag for few hours was a problem for them. Staff in restaurant is ok.

Cheap and clean

You can rent the room per for a day or for 8 hours only which tells you that this hotel is used mainly for people who want to have some fun. You can see that also in the room arrangement and decor. However despite that (or because of that?) the hotel is actually pretty good choice - comfortable, clean, with a decent on-site restaurant and private parking.

it is well located to go to the volcans if you want to go for a beautiful hike. the rooms were clean

staff was not welcoming (actually would not talk to us give advise about anything). during our first night their were some people in the inside court drinking and screaming until 5am, made it very difficult to sleep. The shower has no pressure nor hot water!

Great place to stay if you interested to see different México and hike in the Itza Popo park

Lovely staff. Nice rooms. We stayed here as a staging location to climb Iztaccihuatl.

Location isnt super close to the center, breakfast, though good, had us wondering if it was meant for the flies.

This is a typical car motel, so at least you can expect enough parking space and easy drive-in/out. This property also provides rent-by-hour services which are mainly used by couples - these are sometimes loud! Okaish WiFi, clean (even though my room was not cleaned even once for these 5 nights, not even the garbage bin was emptied).

It was ok, except for occasional loud people in the hallways at the strange times.
