Spectacular view and great property in safe and clean gated community

We were so impressed with this home. Great floor plan, comfortable beds, great showers and bathrooms. Nice quality washer and dryer. Decor was tastefully done and furniture very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the golfers on Par 3. Bikes were available too. The complex is very safe and easy to get some exercise. We loved it and will be back.

The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated and good location. We were two couples and were quite comfortable. Both bedrooms are en suite. Centrally located to downtown Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm desert (about 15-20 to each). Located in a beautiful gated golf community. The view from the kitchen, LR and patio is fantastic. House sits on a par 3 with a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. We enjoyed watching the golfers play the hole. We didn't get a chance to play the course, but I believe renters get the same discount as residents, which according to the website is reasonable for the area. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Palm Springs!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was a great size for cooking, and this place was beyond clean! The location was perfect and close to downtown Palm Springs and it was very quiet. The pool and spa were comfy. Patio furniture was perfect. Overall lovely stay! Would come back again and again!

This place was awesome! Perfect view, clean and great location. Close to so many things. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived and Winston responded immediately. Will definitely be booking again.

We enjoyed our much needed vacation here at this beautiful home. We spent most of our time on the patio or in the pool. It was very quiet and private. The house has all the appliances and amenities that anyone would need. Diffently will rent again if available.

Can't say enough about this home, it was amazingly clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew they did a fabulous job. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful backyard, pool and spa. Whether you want to lounge, eat, read or sunbathe there is a perfect spot set up so u can comfortably enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the dining table is perfectly set up infront of a large window so u can dine with a view of the mountains, golf course and lake. It was so quiet and peaceful. Wonderfully appointed master bedroom with a King bed and in suite bathroom with a walk in shower was great. There was even a small office great for getting a lil work done. Can't wait to come back again!

This house was very clean and the perfect size for two couples. Plenty of room for two couples and the floor plan is perfect with both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The pool is a great size and the view is spectacular. Beds and living space were spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again!

We spent hours and hours looking at villa's before we found the perfect one for our needs, we originally booked this villa for September 2020 to relax after our son's wedding. Because of covid it was cancelled and rebooked for 2021 then cancelled again. We finally managed to come this year and boy was it worth the wait. The villa was amazing,really clean and well presented, with everything you would need during your stay. The view's looking over the lake , golf course and mountains was fabulous ,and the estate was very peaceful and well maintained. With plenty of shopping, restaurants and places of interest to visit near by there's something for everyone. The scenery is breathtaking especially from the top of San Jacinto Peak. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast by the pool in the morning's watching the golfer's trying not to hit their ball into the lake! We can highly recommend this villa as it is absolutely perfect.

It’s our third stay in this home. The view is spectacular. And it has everything you need to just sit back and relax. The pool is a plus. Looking forward to returning.

This is my first time booking through Vrbo. The home was perfect for my family of four. My 6 year old twins loved the pool and it’s depth. The home was immaculate clean and had a book with instructions. We enjoyed our time cooking and bbqing. We had many amenities avaible and the owner provided luxury bathroom toiletries. The beds were comfortable with luxury linens. The home was a perfect stay and we got to enjoy the back patio in the morning with a dragon brewed keurig coffees. We will definitely come back. Lots of security outside so we felt safe staying here.

We were looking for a few days of rest and relaxation, and we found them. This property was exactly what we wanted, peaceful, safe, clean and full of amenities. We had a great time at the pool, barbecuing and enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets from the garden. Winston was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

This is our 2nd stay at Winston's home. We stayed this past January and decided to book again last month & it did not disappoint. Winston's home is, all around, a fantastic property for a trip to the Palm Springs area. The view alone is unbeatable, in addition to the direct access to the home's private pool/hot tub and the several courses/driving range the club has to offer (to include the clubhouse). You are also a very close drive to shopping, restaurants, downtown Palm Springs and the surrounding desert cities, like Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert. The home is spacious and impeccably well maintained, which reflects the surrounding gated golf club community. Another wonderful visit & we will be back!

My family had a wonderful 4 days. This house is very clean, it had everything we needed. We barbecued, swam, played games all while enjoying the amazing view of the mountains and golf course. An extra treat were the geese that visited us every morning. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Winston!

This is a lovely house in a Gated Estate, Great views of the lake and grassy golf course in the back, the house has everything you need and is very comfortable. I loved the spa and was in it every morning and every night. I Highly recommend.

Clean and in very nice neighborhood.

This is a wonderful place to stay. From the moment we stepped into the house and out onto the patio it was like heaven. The living room is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool is perfect for lounging on a pool toy or swimming a few laps. We used the pool every day and the hot tub every night. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. This is the perfect house for a trip to Cathedral City and Palm Springs.

This is a beautiful residence to stay in. Well equipped and cared for. The host, Winston, is very available for any concerns. The location and the view of the mountains is spectacular you will want for nothing but relaxation. We plan to return in the next year.

Our family of five (kids aged 12, 8, and 5) loved our Thanksgiving week stay at this property. The kids were in the hot tub or pool every morning before breakfast and all day long. We all enjoyed the quiet beauty of the golf course setting, and gorgeous views of the mountains. The house was very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Well situated for easy drives to lunch and dinner reservations in Palm Springs, the Zoo, Aerial Tram, etc..

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert on Saturday night. While the concert was great, the time we spent at this property was the highlight of our weekend. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the fairway, mountains and desert sunset. The kitchen was fully appointed. The beds were comfortable. This property provided a wonderful respite from our city lives.

Being with a newborn child I was worried if the property wouldn’t be clean , but it was Clean, Cozy and obviously the view is amazing . My baby is happy , We’ve already planning to come back !

Would totally recommend this property! Very beautiful, well maintained, and a great restaurant within a 10 minute walk! Definitely will be coming back! Great owner that responds very quickly for every and anything!

This house was a great place to relax and enjoy down time…the house and pool were just the right size. Great vacation and well worth it!!!

Area was quiet and calm, very relaxing. Family enjoyed having a pool all to ourselves. Beautiful sunset views. Grocery store near by many other cute restaurants within short driving distance. Felt safe with security gate to enter premises.
