Is close to the central train station and downtown. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very comfortable and modern facilities.

The hotel was very accessible and close to the city centre. We ended up not using transport and just walked around. The view from the room was really nice, and the staff were very accommodating.
The only misshapen was that the shower didn't have a door that closes fully and we ended up with wet bathroom floor.

Perfect location for my needs and easy to get into town centre. I will be using this hotel again.

Electricity in my room didn‘t work (I came back at midnight and had no light). But the reception quickly gave me a new room!

Shower drain stank!
Do not use the underpass from or to the train station - use the over road crossings. Avoid arriving or leaving in the dark, the immediate area of the hotel is unsafe. There was a large group of people there constantly dealing and doing hard drugs (people injecting in open view - I am a solo female with a child and I felt unsafe) I altered staff who said police are aware and do nothing.

Central location and okay-ish price per night
We didn’t really feel welcome on check in, it was more like “sign here, there’s your keys, good night”. As we arrived late at night we didn’t really realise how dirty our room was until next morning. There was a lot of dust all over the floor and long hair in the shower. Soap and shower gel were completely empty. We notified reception when going out for breakfast at 10am and when we returned a few hours later these issues were still not rectified until some time in the afternoon.
