Bearadise Bungalow is a charming, very clean and cozy vacation rental. The bungalow had everything one could want or need. It is centrally located to all things in Waco. The neighborhood is very quite at night.

Four teachers stayed for teacher conference in Waco. The accommodation was just about perfect, perfect size, appointments, location convenience - and lots of bears!

I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals and I believe this was the cleanest and most comfortable rental I've booked. Even the twin bed (usually uncomfortable in rentals) was very comfortable. Everything you need is available. The manager responds promptly to texts. I would definitely stay again.

Great amenities, and we absolutely loved the enclosed front porch with heater as well as the security system for peace of mind during your stay. Plenty of areas for friends and family to sit and chat or eat together. Beds are comfortable and the bear theme was great since we were there to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Baylor. We had everything we needed and more. Every drawer and cabinet is labeled so you don’t have to search for items. Very well organized and made for a painless stay. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We loved how organized everything was and the decorations! We were so comfortable and decided to stay in for the whole night on Saturday than going out! We want to come back and stay there again one day!

Bearadise Bungalow was perfect for a cousin trip of three girls! The home was very clean and organized. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, the property manager was there within 10 minutes to let us in. Highly recommend for a nice quiet stay in Waco.

They have thought of everything from white noise machines to clips for the blackout curtains to keep the sun out in the morning. Everything is clearly labeled and the porch was a nice place to listen to the birds and enjoy the established trees in the neighborhood.

Great location and the porch is wonderful! Owners have thought of a lot of things that are so helpful for travelers. Just wish we had access to laundry while we were there.

Lovely home, great location, extremely clean and sanitized. We were not able to drink coffee since all the half/half creamers were spoiled . Tried 7 of them and all were spoiled. Left the rest behind. You may ask cleaning staff to throw and replace . Pillows in the master bedroom are way to flat . May want to have a few more options . Other than those two issues all was amazing . Hope this helps .

Bearadise Bungalow is absolutely ADORABLE. Our group consisted of two aunts (72 and 65), my sister-in-law, and myself. We were able to do the things we wanted to do and relax too. It could not have been more perfect.

This is an adorable home with the theme of (Baylor) bears all over. Everything is labeled so things are easy to find and there are easy to follow directions for check in and check out. We were very comfortable and cozy during our stay.

This property was perfect for us. Beautifully renovated house close to all attractions. Was perfect size for 3 of us. It's definitely the prettiest house on the block. Kitchen and bathroom are perfect and the front porch is amazing to sit outside and catch a breeze. Highly recommend.

I left some earrings and our host let us know right away and mailed them to me. We felt pampered at Bearadise and We recommend the house for sure. Thank you for making our trip one we will remember!
