Very well maintained home and beautifully decorated in South Venice. Pool very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Stores and reastaurants within a 10minute drive.

This rental is in a perfect central location with quick easy access to the beach, Wellen park, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounge area. Fully equipped garage with beach chairs, cooler, tennis rackets, etc.

Very neat and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful pool and patio area. EZ the property manager was very accommodating. We had a relaxing and fun week!

We spent 2 weeks at this home. Very well provisioned which was so nice to have all we needed. Beach toys chairs etc. were all good quality. Beds, linens, towels all good quality and the best part was pool was heated and salt water! Home was exactly as presented and owners did a great job preparing everything you could think of for a pleasant stay. Very well located for short drive to beaches of Venice, Caspersen and Sharkeys pier.

This house is wonderful! Thank you for allowing my husband and I and our dogs to stay. The Kitchen was very WELL stocked as was the cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels. I was impressed. Everything you need to enjoy the beaches are right there for you just pack and go. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. If I had to say anything negative it did need more beach towels as there were only 3 and the beds were not very comfortable. If taking dogs the back yard does not have any grass. The pool was shaded most of the day so you only get a few hours of sun. I would definitely stay again! And make sure you go to Tony's Chicago Beef.

3rd stay, still amazing and somehow gets better every time. Perfect neighborhood and the master bedroom bed is the most comfortable you will ever find.

We really enjoyed our stay! Communications with the host/manager were prompt & very pleasant. This house is comfortable, clean, & very well stocked with household necessities. Loved the pool! Neighborhood is quiet. Location is great. We will definitely come again! Thank you so much!

I would buy this house
My second time staying with my wife and dogs. This neighborhood is amazing and the house has everything you could ever need. Zero complaints. I'm always tempted to review lower to keep others away lol. We will be back again in the fall !

Absolutely Perfect
This house made me want to buy it because it was so perfect. Absolutely incredible from the moment you open the door. My wife and dogs enjoyed every second. My wife couldn't speak highly enough of this place and she might be one of the pickiest people out there.
The location is central to so many things in the area, we went to a different beach almost everyday and they were all within 20 mins max. Plenty of places to find food, shop and even go to the movies!
My dogs enjoyed the nearby paw park as well as walking around the super quiet neighborhood. I am not sure we saw even one person out in the 12-15 walks we took
I can't wait to go back

House is wonderful but the coffee pot did not work. We reported it and it was NOT FIXED
The private beach ferry will Not be available next year as only residents will be allowed to purchase the pass

This house is delightful. The warm salt water pool was a bonus .the area was central for shopping and restaurants . We’d rent it again without question .

We loved our three weeks at this property. The house was as advertised clean and very well stocked. We loved proximity to dog beach and all the local resturants

Fantastic Vacation!
We loved the home & pool. Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. Kitchen is well equipped but we ate out each night. The pool was lovely, we had a lot of rain & it was a bit cool but great when sun was out. The lanai is perfect and such a treat to spend time there. Thank you! We didn’t ride bikes or play ping pong but it was available. Great home. Thanks for letting our fur babies come!

Absolutely loved our time in Venice, and a big part of the stay was this beautiful home. It is in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes to the dog beach, Sharky's, and downtown.
We spent a majority of the time on the patio and in the pool. There is direct sunlight on the pool about half the day, from mid morning to mid afternoon. The covered patio and furniture was a wonderful place to relax out of the sun.
We also enjoyed the ping pong table, beach chairs and umbrella, and bikes. We went on several bike rides around the neighborhood in the evenings.
We hope to make it back and I would certainly recommend this house to anyone!

wonderful oasis
It's not often that rental homes are just as advertised, but this one was! It was well located for our visit with family in the area and the outdoor space was perfect. We opted to heat the pool for an additional fee, and were glad we did. The home is very well maintained. It was spotlessly clean with all the little quality details that made it feel like a private resort. The kitchen had anything we could imagine needing. We didn't begin to use all of the recreational items that are available to guests. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, which added to the relaxation. The only drawback was the occassional intrusion of the "Nest" system. It sometimes set of chimes in the middle of the night that alarmed our dog.

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was perfect minus the cold pool. We expected the pool to be warm and swimmable this time of the year considering the weather was in the 80’s so we didn’t pay the extra fee that’s required to have the pool warmed. Other than that, the house is super cozy and has many amenities like 5 bikes, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, etc. would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Accomodations in the Venice, Florida area
We so appreciated our stay in this rental home. Everything was clean, the home well stocked with toiletries, towels, soaps, etc. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, cooking utensils. The heated pool (paid extra) was worth it. Loved the quietness of the neighborhood in which the home was located. The mattresses in both bedrooms could use replacement in the near future, in our own subjective opinion as we realize mattress comfort differs for everyone. We would rent this place again if it is available when we are in the area.
