The interior design being “the ocean” was amazing! The theater room is very comfortable and accommodating. The beds are comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful! The pool table and piano gave us shared family entertainment while onsite. If you are thinking about staying here, do it, you will not regret it.

The property is an attached unit (converted lower level home) accessible with your own access through the side and back. The owners live upstairs and therefore are very accessible and responsive. They’re happy to welcome you and give you the tour. Loved the unit itself. Had fun enjoyable things for my girls between board games, ping pong, movies and open backyard with swings and playground. We came to skii and would very likely rent this property again next time we visit SLC for more skiing

Will definitely have to stay here again if we just visit and don’t actually move here. Great location and restaurant suggestions too! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Hope to see you again!

Von & Sue are the ultimate hosts! Respectful of space yet highly responsive if needed and very kind. Would absolutely stay here again with my three kids. Excellent location, clean, and every amenity we could want.

The hosts take pride in their home and enjoy hosting. We communicated with both Von and Sue. Everything was well organized and clear. Von gave us a nice orientation/tour despite our late arrival around midnight. The large well-designed fully equipped suite is a walkout basement of a large house in a quiet residential neighborhood with completely separate rear access from the upstairs. The space is functional, funky, and fun with pool table, separate home theater room, games, outdoor patio with grill, and more. You won't be bored. Our only regret is not having more time to try all the amenities. Looking forward to next time we visit SLC..

I can’t help gushing over this place. Great facilities good location. Helpful hosts. To that add a totally unique mesmerizing artistic rendition of an undersea scene painted over all the walls, with a POOL TABLE in the middle of the main room, Not to mention a separate media theater room. Amazing home away from home. We were sad to leave.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The place is amazing & the hosts are the best I’ve ever had renting. Top notch hosts who really care about the smallest details of your experience & willing to help anyway possible. From the construction of the rental space, to the amenities, you’ll be impressed. Located in a good/quiet neighborhood, I got incredible sunrises sitting on the patio, enjoying coffee while watching dogs play at the dog park next door with mountains in the background. Also close to the cottonwood canyons which we were there for the skiing so the quick access was fantastic. Von & sue were there to meet me to give me a quick tour which was very helpful. They told me about the smart tv & their free apps, how to use the movie projector/surround sound & tips about the fireplace, appliances, etc. the info they gave me in person for the theatre room is invaluable to make using the equipment easy. Sue’s piano was also recently tuned which was great for me since I play a little & made it extra fun not being out of tune. Place smelled fresh & was very clean. Construction was tight & my favorite thing is they clean their coffee maker! I’ve stayed in many Rentals & a common overlooked item they don’t clean is the coffee maker, but Von & Sue are all about the details & was happy to find it clean & ready to use. they even supplied us with a lot of coffee for the week too which was thoughtful. They also provide laundry detergent, dishwasher soap & a gift basket with snacks, popcorn, chips, cookies, etc. the kitchen has tons of cooking utensils so you can chef it up, can even use the grill out back. The fridge has condiments which was nice & they were clean & recently new. They wipe down everything after you leave which I can tell is true from how clean the inside of the fridge was & the condiment bottles. Not only does Von & Sue respect your privacy & leave you be, they are also so helpful, one guy in our group tore his acl skiing, once Von found out he brought us a wheel chair & a pair of crutches! Another night we had a friend visit & he locked his keys in his car, Von offered us a ride to wherever if we need. We have friends/family in the area so we had some great times shooting pool after skiing & my buddy’s kids loved the kids area & toys/games they also provide. Beds & couches super comfy, extra blankets and pillows. Thank you again Von and Sue! See you next year!

We enjoyed an incredible stay in the Salt Lake City area visiting our sons and skiing in the nearby mountains. This property was by far the most unique and entertaining place we have ever stayed at. The property hosts were most accommodating, friendly, and eager to make our stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. We always prefer to cook at home during vacations instead of eating out and this property was well equipped to accomplish that. I even grilled steak and salmon out on the patio on a very nice gas grill. The location was perfect for us; close to the airport, close to our son's residence, and very convenient to access the canyon roads up to the ski areas. It was also very quiet. It also had a very nice bonus theater room for watching family movies together, as long as you can stay awake after a long day on the mountain. Overall, a great worry-free property that we would definitely return to.

This was an excellent home base. I was able to access roads easily for work yet it was convenient access to fun and food! We did ski and went snowmobiling too. The Perry’s are good people!

We stayed at Von and Sue's rental. It is clean and spacious, a great location for skiing and has great amenities! They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay with them again!

First time going to SLC for a ski trip. We were a small group of friends and this place was roomy for all 3 of us but could comfortably fit 3 couples. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, theater room! (tip bring an extra cable if you want to connect your phone) pool table! There was very little need to go out in covid times. The owners are the friendliest ever! Super responsive and nice. They even cleaned the snow off our rental car a couple of times! Location is ideal for all the mountains in the cottonwood canyons and even Park City is a short drive away. If you're thinking about this place don't waste more time and book it! It's awesome!!

Great place, very clean and well maintained. The grandkids came over for visits and play. Loved the sea motif and the alcove with young kids toys. The yard had lots for kids and the kids loved feeding the ducks at the nearby park. The host were great and responsive. Would stay again and would recommed it without hesitation

We stayed here for 3 weeks while we adopted our newborn son. It was the perfect place for my kids (11,10,7,6) to enjoy- swings, trampoline, yard games like Kubb, garden, etc. The property backs up to a park with trails, fields, and playground. The theatre room was also a favorite and lots of toys and board games. Kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. Von and Sue are amazing hosts and make you feel so welcome- just like family! And to top it off- they love to bake! We loved their zucchini bread and cookies!! Thank you for making our Utah trip so special in so many ways!

We had such a great time staying here! We were on a family ski trip and it was about 30 min to the Canyons for skiing. This has everything you might need and a little more! The owners, Von & Sue were very friendly & went out of their way to answer questions & ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed playing family pool tournaments in the evenings. Can't go wrong!!

Homeowners and property managers, Sue and Von were both excellent with communications and went above and beyond while we were there. The space is great, our teenagers had a great time with the ping-pong table and theatre room setup. Beds were all comfortable, and kitchen was well appointed. I'd highly recommend this location and rental option for any family, or small-to-medium sized group.

From check in to check out, Von and Sue were extremely easy to work with and extremely accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend sea and ski for anyone with children and it was extremely close to Brighton (which is better for skiing and boarding in my opinion than park city). The movie room was awesome, the pool table was great entertainment, and the fire place was relaxing. Will most likely be a repeat customer if my travels take me back to Utah.

When we saw the pictures at first, we thought it was a bite and switch ad, it just looked too good to be true. However, the property is exactly like shown on the pictures, very cozy, with lots of lights and the walls do have dolphins and turtles on them. My daughters were amazed when they first walked into the place. Not only everything is beautiful and new, but you get a whole floor to yourself, with your own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washer and drier. Nevermind the number of bedrooms, the place is huge. You get a living room with TV, a dining room, a movie theater room, and a pool table, a ping-pong table, a piano and a closet full of board games. There is plenty to do there rain or shine. Perfect for winter vacation with short days and long evenings. We arrived just before Xmas and the room was beautifully decorated with socks on the fireplace and a lit-up Christmas tree, making the experience even more magical. The owners stayed upstairs, but we never saw each other, except for brief encounters in the driveway. They respected our privacy, but were there for us when we needed something, like when kids left the lights on in the car and we had to jump start it in the morning, or when we ran out of paper towels... Thanks to Sue and Von for sharing this place and making our stay enjoyable!

Quality place to stay with a washer/dryer nice kitchen. The only negative thing I could say was that the pool table was a little out of level .

Von and Sue were fantastic hosts, the place was great and the location was situated perfectly for access to anything and anywhere you wanted to visit. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting in the Salt Lake area.
