My husband and I and our two boys, aged 17 and 22 came in for a long weekend. We met some family there as well. We used our condo for a family dinner and it was perfect. Nice big kitchen table and plenty of barstools. Great kitchen with everything you need. Two king beds, and a wonderful Murphy bed. We use the fireplace and thoroughly. Enjoyed our time here. The unit was a pleasant surprise given others we have used. It is spacious, very well appointed and very comfortable,. It had everything we needed and more. We very much appreciated how well equpped/stocked was the kitchen. That made meal preparation much easier than anticipated.

great condo but resort food options too limited

The convenience of this condo could not have been better. Down one floor to the included ski lockers and then we were right there at the lifts. The place had everything we needed. Really a great stay!

Wonderful vacation! This place is perfectly placed with Lift 4 right outside your door. The amenities were great with the ski locker, pool/hot tub/workout center access, parking garage access. Had an excellent time and will be back. Thank you Purgatory! You did not disappoint!

Our family of five went to Purgatory for our annual ski trip and loved our stay in this condo. We felt spoiled by being on the slopes, had all the kitchen items needed to make our own meals, loved the open layout of the kitchen / dining room / living room and thought the unit was well updated. We'd recommend this unit to others and could see us renting again in the future.

Immediately upon arrival, this condo exceeded our expectations. It was spotless and well taken care of. We LOVE staying in that Particular Village Building, as it is soooo convenient to literally ski-in & ski-out. We appreciate the family allowing us to stay in their lovely home-away-from-home. This was our second stay at this condo and we already booked our third! The location is great and the owners are wonderful! If you want ski in/out you can’t find a more convenient spot.

Very nice unit, manager responsive and helpful, hot tub was great, outside pool with slide great, but a bit too cold outside mid-Oct. We would stay here again.

We are frequent VRBO users and think the cleaning fee was far too expensive at this property. Additionally, the condo wasn't totally clean at check-in: sticky stove top controls, cobwebs in lamp shades, dusty frig top. We appreciate that the photos clearly showed the view of trash cans, but we didn't expect the view to include construction equipment. There was very loud road work noise right in front of the small balcony. We discovered the rooftop sun deck on our last afternoon. Had we known about it, we would have taken advantage of its pretty views and used the hot tub. Plus there's an ice machine on that floor which we wish we'd known about since the unit had no ice cube trays. At this time of year, no restaurants were open in the Village and very few could be driven to closer than downtown Durango which is 22 miles away. The condo's floorplan is very nice for 2 couples and the condo is well supplied, with very good beds and towels. We almost failed to get the oven turned on, so stove instructions might be recommended.

This trip was a ladies get-together after a year of isolation, staying away from the virus, where we wanted to re-connect together and experience the outdoors and new sights. This resort location and condo checked all out boxes. We found the resort a great place to relax and unwind, while offering a little city atmosphere (in Durango) just a short road trip away for more entertainment. We'd definitely recommend this option to anyone trying to find an escape from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives. There is lots to do (steam engine train rides, rollercoasters down the mountain or exploring local mining towns) or nothing at all (relaxing by the pool or at the Durango Spa). There was fun for everyone and a large relaxing condo to come back to!

This is located right at the base of the mountain at Purgatory Resort. It was easy to ski in and out of the mountain. The resort offered many amenities. The only down side is Laundry wasn’t available. Typically this isn’t something I worry about on vacation. However, I had an incident where having this available would have benefited. Fortunately, a friend was staying in a condo at the same resort and was able to help me out.

My family stayed here for 6 days over spring break. The place was reasonably clean but was in need of a deep clean and updated furnishings. We spend over $3400 for the six nights and the owner didn't even provide enough toilet paper or paper towels for our stay AND no soap for the shower!! The facility did not provide enough luggage racks so plan ahead. There were no luggage racks available when arriving/leaving which caused us to be late checking out, at the non-typical checkout time of 10am. The cleaning service arrived at 10:15am, immediately gave attitude and got into a verbal spat with my wife. The cleaning service then charged us an additional $100 for the inconvenience (not the owner the cleaning service). Talk about ZERO customer service. We watched as the cleaning service re-used all the bed blankets, DISGUSTING! One even has a previous stain we mentioned to cleaners and they responded the owners have a washer and dryer in the rental unit but no one is allowed to use them even the cleaning service. So they only have one (1) community washer/dryer to clean all the rooms. You can see why checkout is 10am and they cut corners on cleaning. DO NOT STAY HERE. GO TO A HOTEL THAT HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEAN BEDDING.

This place was hella legit! Very close to the lift, which made it easier to shred the gnar after getting plastered the night before. 10/10 would stay again

This property was a great home base for all of our activities in the Durango area. Unit overlooks the parking lot so not a great view for sitting on the patio but overall a good location.

The condo was perfect! Very clean, comfy and had all the amenities you would need. There is a lot space for a family in the living room and at the dining table. Property Manager was very professional and quick to respond to our question. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends and will be staying here again in the future !

You could not ask for a better rental space! Updated condo, very clean, spacious, and perfect location. Two king beds make it great for two couples with plenty of room for kids in living room. Convenient Unloading/loading space with carts. Locker to store ski supplies! You won’t regret booking this space!
