SUFFOCATING PLACE. NO AIR CONDITIONNING IN THE DAY. FALSE AD IN BOOKING. 2 friends of mine left the the place and the receptionist didn’t want to reimburse them.

El sitio es muy acogedor, muy tranquilo y en una zona céntrica de la ciudad. Las habitaciones muy limpias, al igual que las zonas comunes. El personal muy atento y respetuoso

En la habitación donde nos hospedamos, el calor era insoportable, tanto que ni con el aire acondicionado se podia disminuir la temperatura

Nos agradó la atención prestada por el personal. Fueron muy abiertos a nuestra petición de añadir una cama extra en la habitación. Además se encuentra confort en la habitación, algo que por este precio y en temporada alta no es simple en la ciudad de Cartagena. El desayuno es simple pero por este precio no se puede pedir más.

La zona no es demasiado tranquila, sin embargo, es cerca al centro histórico. Moverse en uber/taxi en Colombia no es costoso.

The hostel was clean and in good location.

They said that there is breakfast included, but they weren't I had only coffee on breakfast.. you have to beg for everything. not recommend.

Se acabo el papel higiénico y nunca lo repusieron pero es algo minimo volveria sin duda como dato adicional queda cerca bazurto y de hay salen rutas para todo lado no es necesario taxi

Great location of the property, it was not difficult to reach the centre on foot. Everyone working there were lovely and it was a really pleasant stay.

Unfortunately only the lower bunk beds have plugs and it makes it difficult to charge phones as it felt there was a constant fight and lack of free plugs.

Not the most sociable place 30 minute walk from the main attractions

Its in the safe area, which is good for solo traveler. Two supermarkets around, easy shopping stuff. Breakfast is not a buffet/prepared, there is a lady preparing in person, advantage is that breakfast is fresh, disadvantage is that you need to wait a long time if many guests in the hostel. The first night I stayed was full of guests and I waited my breakfast for an hour, but the next day I waited for just ten minutes, so if you plan to catch a flight or join a tour, please give yourself time to have breakfast.

one toilet… well, it might be not a problem at night, because lots of guests hang out, but in the morning, waiting is necessary.

They tried them best- but they changed my bed (because they mixed lockers, yes lockers) and then somehow they decided to move me in other bed…they removed my stuff from bed twice… Shower glass and floor was not clean for many days, I stayed 6d there… A/C was working , sometimes did not work -and somebody from the room had asked them to help to turn on…

One of those perfect hostels you find once in a blue moon. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Good AC! Friendly staff (especially Julie). Great breakfast.

It’s a little out of town but easy to get an Uber or you can walk (half an hour).

It is a cosy small hostel where they make you feel like home :) Nice and clean, the people (especially Judy) are lovely, chatty and helpful. And Judy's eggs are the best, creamy and yummy! Safe and calm neighbourhood, and the most comfortable beds, my spine is finally happy!

Only one toilet upstairs, and the rooms are pretty small. Something to be aware off, but nevertheless the hostel is so worth of the price, so can't complain on anything!

Perfect hostel for those who likes silence and a calm environment. Away from the oldtown walls, in a very comercial and residencial area is not a party hostel, which was amazing for me because I needed to work and could easily do it. Staff is really nice and kind and create like a family vibe. Wifi signal is also really strong. Bathrooms are always cleaned and I didn't struggled waiting to use them. I made really good friends there.

You need to walk 20' to get to Getsemaní, and in the night this necessarily translates into taking a taxi. Temporary leak from air con in the room. One more bathroom would be ideal, but generally ok.

Nice areas to relax on ground and second floors. staff are really nice and helpful. breakfast is good!

location is a bit far from the main tourist area but depending on your tastes that can also be a plus because the tourist area is irritating

The crew knows very little about touring the city which was weird. Also, they should implement writing food and dates on kitchen items - someone stole my oats

The positive attitudes of the staff, breakfast, and the atmosphere of friendliness and cooperation. I enjoyed the singing and humming of the cook she was a delight. Perfect location for my needs on this trip.

The shower in room 2 needs to be fixed so the guests don't have to mop up the water after we shower. The lockers need to be secure - the latch on #6 wasn't even reaching the strike plate (high quality lockers would be appreciated)
