We had such a good time. Red River is a great mountain for kids and a great town to hang out for a week. Lindsey is a gracious host. We will be coming back!

We have stayed in various locations and rentals, but this one was by far the best one yet!!

Three-story Townhome on eastern side of Red River. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. There are only two parking spots. Kitchen was FULLY EQUIPPED! We found everything we needed! Upstairs bedrooms were a bit stuffy, but opening up doors and windows in the evenings helped cool down the rooms. All rooms included fans, which were helpful. The Master bedroom bed was UNCOMFORTABLE, hard, spring mattress that shook whenever my husband moved. My mom and sister raved about the comfort of the queen bed in the second bedroom. The front porch light was out, so walking back at night was difficult up the steps. Great water pressure in showers. I had to reach out to Lindsey a few times prior to check-in and she was responsive and helpful! We did not need to use it, but the washer was full of towels and water when we arrived, then we found a handwritten note that it was broken and repairman had been called. Wi-fi was slow and glitchy.

Found a few things that needed attention. Reported them to the host. Overall, we enjoyed the property and had fun.

Lindsey was a GREAT host! Very responsive to my questions. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and accommodating. The property manager was quick to answer questions and super helpful.

This condo accommodated our whole family and it was within walking distance to Main Street and just a 3 min drive to the main ski area. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances although the microwave did not work. The beds were not very comfortable and the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain very well. The bathrooms had a mildew smell and the shower with the sliding doors had mold growing between the doors. The master bedroom also had a large spot in the corner from a water leak. Other than those minor issues we enjoyed our stay and loved Red River.

Red river has a small town feel with everything within walking distance from the property, even the ski lifts! The property was clean and had plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were even spices and coffee. The basket of snacks was a big hit with my teenagers thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip to the mountains for a quick getaway. The whole family had a great time. Condo was a great location to the town. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo we will choose the same one again the next time we make a trip to red river our property manager Lindsay made it very easy and was always available when I had any questions Thank you for all your help

My literal only complaint would be that the mattresses are all extremely firm , and that’s just not my preference . Other than that great place to be holds heat well so good for a winter stay , summer might be too hot , would recommend.

Loved the location. The condo carpet was updated and soiled with pet stains. I know it was a pet friendly condo but for the amount you pay for your pets to stay plus the house keeping fees, the carpet should be cleaner.

Spent a lot of time in town at the festival but when we were in the rental it was clean, quiet and as described. Upon arrival had a question for the property manger and the responded immediately and answered my question. A+ review.

The condo is perfectly located. I’ve stayed here twice and I feel that it is time for a deep cleaning. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. The kitchen is remarkably stocked. I would definitely stay again

The host was great and everything was as it is advertised. Comfortable seating and bedding and nicely decorated (although I would have been fine with less antlers). This could very comfortably sleep 2 couples with up to 5 total kids in bunk/futon beds - although bathroom sharing would require some pre-planning and cooperation. It is great to be able to walk to pretty much anything you want to do in RR. The front porch is next to the parking lot and overlooks the backs of some retail buildings but if you look beyond that, you can see the rise of the ski area across the road.

I would definitely stay again!

This property was impeccably clean, and the manager was very responsive. It is in a great location, in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and 3 bathrooms. My son especially loved the kids room on the 3rd floor and the cabinet full of games.

This property was a really nice place to stay. Is is very well furnished. LOTS of pans, dishes, pillows, bedding etc. If you cook and could not find the right pan or baking sheet then they do not make it. We stayed the full week of the 4th and had everything we needed. Really nice place to stay. Will be back.

We enjoyed being one block off Main Street and walking where we needed to go. We did not cook much at all but the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the art and wine festival and the Bull O’ the Woods Saloon. Have to go to Shotgun Willie’s for breakfast! Very nice condo!

Awesome property Dog park in walking distance. Very nice appliance’s Perfect conditions for a fire, big TV and comfortable seating. Loved staying there.

The house was beautiful and perfect just like the pictures portrayed it to be! We had everything we needed and more! Looking forward to coming back!❤️

The townhouse was clean, roomy, stocked with good cook ware all the appliances were newer and worked perfect. I would highly recommend this property for any family wanting to stay and see Red River. No need to use a lot of gas the local restaurants, shops, and parks are within walking distance. Love this place and would stay again.

We were very pleased. The property was in excellent condition with all that was promised on the web site. It is located within walking distance of all local activities. We highly recommend it and will be returning for a second visit soon.
