Key pad entry therefore no chance of losing a key made it simple

Check lights work before renting out otherwise excellent service and maintenance in a fast manner was great!

Great location, comfortable room and spacious.

A little out dated. Ceiling had damage from leak.

Clean and good water pressure. Lots of towels. Kitchen had enough pots, dishes and utensils. Convenient for our needs

Needs updated and some repairs. Stove had a burner not working and paint is needed to freshen up. Some basics in the kitchen would be a good idea - salt, pepper, sugar etc… would go a long way.

There was no breakfast served. Free breakfast would have been appreciated.

The location does not have good dining place. The resort does not provide dining option either.

It was clean, not far from village

The heater did not work in the condo,it was cold. The door lock needs to be fixed,we couldn't get it to lock

Beds were comfortable and we liked the fact that there were two full showers. Enjoyed the little balcony and view from it. Location was good. Free shuttle to the village included. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

Check in code didn't work, we waited for 45 min to get into our place after our check in time. then the AC created flood in the living room space. Had to call customer service twice and spend my time resolving issues. The place wasn't very clean, cleaners need to pay more attention to detail like dust, dirty walls and baseboards (bathrooms). We had to move the couch in the living space due to flood from AC and there was a lot of dust and hair underneath , it was gross to clean up :( There was hair on my towel and in the tub. Kitchen space very tight/small.

Location, was close enough to the village to enjoy but far enough away to be able to relax quietly.

The unit was not fully cleaned. There were cob webs along the walls and huge thick ones which were obviously not cleaned in a long time. I paid for a clean unit. I don't live like that at home so for me it was a downgrade.

Loved the location and it was quaint.

A lot of the appliances were outdated. The bed frame of the bed in the 1st floor was broken. There were left shorts on the floor by the loft bed. The place can really use a makeover. The couches were also very old and looked like it can use some cleaning.
