We had no hot water for days and even a day without water period. The management company is horrible and have yet to respond to me.

The home is very spacious. Lots of stairs but we knew that from the photos. We were a group of 4 women so loved that the townhouse has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Lots of hot water! Also loved the table and chairs on the balcony. We spent a lot of time there! The unit does have laundry machines and hair dryers. But no kitchen towels or potholders/oven mitts. So, bring your own! Otherwise, the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. We did rent a golf cart for our stay and we used it a lot. The pools and grounds are beautiful, although we often had trouble finding 4 chairs together at the pool. We had some issues with a toilet and electrical outlets not working. Maintenance did come promptly to fix them. Unfortunately, someone had to be in the unit when they came to do the repairs so that was a minor inconvenience. The unit is in need of some TLC, things like light switches coming off the wall, door handles not working properly, walls are scuffed. Yes, we could have asked to have those things fixed but didn't want to spend more time waiting for maintenance. We found out from other guests that Pacifico has a beach club, with shuttle service. As a renter we were able to use the beach club. It costs $25US per person for the day, but the $25 is applied as a credit toward food and beverages. There were lounge chairs, umbrellas and a very nice pool. It's unfortunate that Vacasa/VRBO didn't tell us about it, we had to discover it on our own. I would recommend going at least once! Overall, we had a great stay and would go back!

The townhouse was OK, although it needs a lot of TLC...outlets that don't work, ceiling fans that don't work and missing simple things like pot holders for the kitchen. We had a VERY difficult time trying to reach the management company and even had problems getting a QR code to get through security! Finally got the code after several days. Also, there was only 2 bath towels in each bathroom for 8 adults. The grounds were beautiful and we may go back, but not to a property managed by Vacasa.

There are many things to like about this unit. It is nicely furnished, well laid out, and in a convenient location. The grounds are beautiful the pool area is fantastic. There are, however, some maintenance & management issues. We had a poor experience in communicating with the local manager (took him over 6 hours to respond to my initial questions, and I had to reach out to him two times to even get a response). There were no extra linens for bedrooms, no extra towels and zero wash clothes in the bathrooms. Two of the ceiling fans did not work, although I had inquired three weeks ahead of time with the manager to have them check on the fan in the first floor bedroom (I had read a review from December 2022 which triggered my concern. I believe it should’ve been fixed). Quite obviously they did not bother to check on it. The paint needs refreshing and the floors and trim are scuffed and beat up. Maintenance could be better. Other than that, the A/C worked, there’s a well-equipped kitchen, and a nice big dining table. The beds are comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk to town which may be an issue for some.

Hot water heater did not produce hot water, main floor bathroom needs attention, runs on after flushing and lower bedroom fan did not work. Also the front door lock does not work, misaligned lock and loose mechanism.
