We never stayed at the location. Never got a contact from the owner, I Got scammed!!!! I got charged. No more Vrbo scams from us.

The only fault is the A/C didn’t work properly and needs better kitchen utensils for cook. Other than that everything was good.

This place got a lot of potential to be a perfect getaway BUT not as it is right now. AC units NOT working properly; broken windows, clogged air filters and some other surprises 😔

Clean. Great location. Beautiful scenery. Quiet. Great property Manager. If I had to give a bad remark, it would be because of the bed and living room furniture. They are rather uncomfortable. I would still stay there again though because of the Property Manager and location.

This place is outdated and doesn't look like the pictures. The AC doesn't cool off the apartment because it's so old. Had it on 62 and nothing, still felt like 90 degrees in there. It was so hot and uncomfortable in there. Lost power few times and it took them hours to get it back up and running. I contacted owner regarding AC not working properly and was told to contact the realtor. I contacted her and it took her all day before responding. Then when we lost power again for the second time and we contact her again regarding trying to get a refund for the last 2 days to get a hotel. Still have yet to hear from her. Very irresponsible and inconsiderate. I had my 2 and 7 year with me who had to suffer in the heat. Should of known it would be an issue when no one ever got back about changing our booking. Whatever you do also be careful with washer and dryer. It's very old and rusted. It ruined and shrunk our clothes. Beach is not walkable or enjoyable due to it looking abandoned and infested with mosquitos from all the sea weed. Don't waste your time here. Find a hotel with a back up generator.

The condo was nice but very hot. The entrance stays hot at least 85 degress no air. Then the second bedroom has no a/c, and is not acceptable as the temps reached at least 90 degrees, and the a/c in living room did not help at all. Great place for couple, the second room should not be used for sleeping, way too hot.....

This property was amazing. Very clean and easy to find. The only downfall is the second bedroom does not have AC so we did not use that bedroom. Other than that my family and I enjoyed ourselves.

Good property for a party of 2. The smaller bedrooms does not have an AC. Great location. Priced well. It's a good place to relax.

This was a convenient location from which to scout Palmas del Mar for a week. Easy access to all the apartments I looked at, the golf club, restaurants, etc. to get a feel of what it would be like to live there. Property manager was very nice and responsive. Check in/Check out were easy with the keys being left at the gate so no waiting.

The unit was clean and comfy, and the location is excellent, the only down side was that the "second bedroom" doesn't have a/c....

Property has an excellent location, steps from the beach. Apt. is comfortable and very clean. Owner was accessible and interested in making the stay work for us. Pool is nice and Palmas del Mar is always a great place to be. Master Bedroom is comfortable and kitchen is very nice. Extra room does need a/c as it can get warm. Sofa needs some TLC. For the price it is a good value. All in all, would come back, and might do so.

Their was a gap in communication between the owner and key holder, key holder said we arrived a day early, immediately texted owner he was able to fix problem.

The property was right on the golf course and easy walk to the beach
