Theresa and Rod are incredibly nice, accommodating hosts, and have a great place to stay right near Sunapee Resort with comfy beds and enough room for all 5 of us. It only takes about 12 minutes to get to the mountain about 6 miles away. There was a hill out back that our kids sledded and skied on and we had everything we could have needed! And if we didn’t, we knew that Theresa and Rod would have taken care of us! We loved it and will hopefully be back! Our only suggestion would be to move the king bed into the master bedroom- as my husband is taller, we couldn’t fit in the bed that was there (I think it’s a queen, but a small queen) and we ended up sleeping out in the main room with our kids. But we had a great stay- and saw deer and wild turkeys right out back! Thank you!

Very close to Sunapee, great hosts, and the spa was perfect!

We came up for a long weekend and had a great time. The rooms were perfect for family and we had lots of space for everyone. Hot tub was a great extra for us too. We will definitely return the next chance we get.

We had such a lovely time! The property owners took such good care of us. They were there to welcome us to the property and show us around. They were very responsive with any questions we had before and during the trip. Theresa went out is her way to make the trip extra special for my daughter for her Birthday that occurred during the trip. The house was so comfortable and immaculate. My favorite part was being able to see all the beautiful birds enjoying the bird feeder right outside the window. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was so much flexibility to enjoy the property with room for all our party. We were a party of 7 that included three children. We all enjoyed it so much and can’t wait to visit again.
