Very spacious, lovely high ceilings and very quiet.
Beds where comfy, we all slept great.

The apartment was very nice, beds were very comfortable, in a good location not to near the beach but not to far away.
We booked this apartment for 6 adults and 2 teenagers, there were only 2 double beds and two small single chair/beds. Not enough beds for us all.
The sofas were very uncomfortable.

the location was ideal and in walking distance to the town centre. The local shops were a bonus and the free parking space a godsend. the property was comfortable and spacious enough for four adults and an eight year old child.Contact with the vendor was pleasant and helpful.The location is also handy for the Scarborough Spar Tram lift to the beach a boon for me as an oldie with walking problems
I cannot find fault with the property or the location.
Nothing comes to mind that I could say annoyed me.

Beautiful place too stay very spacious and very comfy beds! Beach is around 15 minute walk! We'd definitely come back to easby Hall!!

It was very clean and tidy
Just one toilet paper roll for 6 people, not as expected, and no shower gel or any soap for shower, only for hand wash. In rest, everything was fine

The location was good, it was comfortable
The button to open the front door didn't work so we had to go down to let people in,
I think it was overpriced our friends stayed in a apartment around the corner it was much bigger they paid £120 less than us.
The key box was very awkward to open luckily when I returned the key a member of staff was there to help.
The property met my expectations because I viewed the photos, however after seeing my friends appartment I was a little disappointed.

Location excellent.
Convenient flat with reasonable facilities
The condition of the facilities had deterioriated since we stayed 2 years ago.
The fridge wasn't working properlyy, the toilet seat was loose and the louvre blinds were fixed shut and couln't be raised. The property managers knew about all these things - I feel we should have been forewarned and offered an alterantive. The toilet seat was fixed after some days

Very Clean and great location, about a 10min walk to the seafront downhill and a 20min walk back uphill with nice views over Scarborough. Lovely apartment with plenty of room, two nice size bedrooms.
The fridge freezer did not work so could not keep anything cold. Also the shower riser rail was broke and would not hold the shower head, someone had made an unsuccessful attempt to repair it with tape.

Nice location with all the necessities close by! A really nice chinese restaurant close by if you are so inclined. And the Sainsbury's local of course. And the beach and a park right close by!
The walls and floor were on the thin side. You could hear people closing doors and stepping above you, and people under you could hear the same. Beware if you are an overly noisy person or like extreme quiet.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was only a short walk to the beach, making days out easy.

Well stocked with equipment. Comfortable seating. Friendly building manager. Good location, although the uphill journey after a long day in town was a bit much for one of the party.
Confusion with key pick-up and drop-off. No combination for lock box. Had to collect the key from location away from property. Did not reply to text messages regards access.
Very little toilet roll, no dishwasher tablets, but otherwise well stocked.
Sofa beds were not very comfortable.

Leaking bath meant we couldn’t use the shower/bath for the entire stay.

Absolutely lovely apartment. Great kitchen facilities. The rooms were really comfortable and the shower was fantastic. It was close to a cliff tram so at the end of a beach day we hopped on it to save the walk up the cliffs. The location was great. far enough away from.the commercial side of Scarborough but close enough to walk to the beach. It's a big place though so it's never a short walk anywhere.
It was a bit of a pickle having to walk definitely more than just round the corner to collect and drop off the key at the lock box.
Only one parking space. When I enquired I was told we could park on the road but you cannot as it's all disc zones so our other car had to be moved between 24hr car parks each day.

Location was very good. Only a couple of minutes walk to sea view. Then loads of paths to walk down to seafront. Nice outlook from apartment, over a little park with leafy trees. Nice buildings in the vicinity. Communal areas of building very nice. Nearby takeaways.
Toilet seat was broken (but usable). Strange leaky tap until we worked out how to stop the leaking. No DVD player (didn't mind, but it was in the booking.com list of facilities).
