We enjoyed our stay. Great location. We loved it so much, we're coming back next year!

The owner only provided the entry code. No information on how to set the door lock. when exiting. No code for the side gate to the pier. No written instructions on where to find the WiFi ( on a board hung on the hutch backwards), pool entrance key fob, local amenities, etc. Only his info on the frig.

Great location; pool 75' away from patio door, beach 400'. Sofas made great sleeping beds for teens. Walk-up pizza place next door. Felt safe walking to nearby gas station at 9 pm. Splash park within 5 minute walk. Quiet at night. Karine was terrific resolving a little issue when we arrived.

The entire complex is definitely dated!! The owner of this unit has definitely done nice upgrades, which made the stay much nicer for the property itself being so old. The beach access nearest our unit was nonexistent, which was a real bummer! Had to walk down to the next access instead. I didn't like the walkout patio....it smelled gross. Not very inviting to just sit and enjoy the outside. And the patio does not face the beach; it faces the pool directly. The pool was nice, though, and the little keyfob to enter the pool was very easy to use. There are 4 decent beach chairs to use, along with several boogie boards. That was nice. There's also a toybox full of different beach toys for the kiddos. The entire patio, along with the toys and chairs and boards, could all use a good showering off because everything looks dirty. The kitchen is well equipped! Beach towels are provided. This location is only about 10 minutes from St. George Street. We found everything to be relatively close by. The custard place next door is good but expensive. A one-size only concrete is over $9 and they're not that big. The pizza place right next to the custard place was REALLY good. Plenty of places to eat near this condo, a couple within walking distance. The beach was SO NICE. Flat, no seaweed, a few shells. Very rocky when you first enter the ocean so be careful riding the waves all the way in or you'll scrape your knees! Hope this review helps!

The condo was great! My parents stayed in the master bedroom, we stayed with my two children in the guest bedroom on the full bed and trundle. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. We cooked several nights. Large living furniture for all of us. The pool was amazing. The thermostat was programmed and the owners quickly fixed it for me when I reached out. We had a great time. The only negative thing is that due to erosion from the hurricane, there isn’t direct beach access anymore.

This was our first time in St. Augustine and we had a great time with Family and Friends. The Pier Point Condo complex is very convenient. In total, we had 6 units rented between different families and all the condos were very close which made connecting easy. The condo itself was great for our family of 5. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a little tight for 5 of us to sleep, but for a family of 3 or 4 this would not be a problem at all. Pros: 1) Steps from the pool 2) 200 feet from the beach via the public beach access and will be even more convenient once the condo beach access is rebuilt from the Hurricane 3) Clean and well maintained 4) Location: Restaurants are within walking distance and the grocery is 5 minutes away Cons: 1) Bedding for 5+ people (again 4 or less and this is no issue) Great stay would absolutely do it again.

The condo was extremely clean and felt like being at home. We loved the closeness to the beach and pool. Will definitely recommend and be returning!

We love St Augustine.....we had never stayed at this location before. But the condo was nice love the location. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our time here. You can walk right to the pool from the patio in just a few steps, or you can take a short walk to the beach. Very convenient to drive to downtown historic area, and plenty of places to walk to from the condo for a bite to eat, or a drink. The place was clean, updated, and had all amenities I needed. Thanks for hosting us! We would love to come back

The location was great. The beach is just steps away. And there are plenty of restaurants, ice cream, and coffee shops within a short walkable distance.

Good overall experience

My daughter and I stayed here during spring break. The property was at a perfect location. Right by the beach and 50 steps to a beautiful pool. The condo was beautiful and light and airy. It was a safe and quiet area. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything Restaurant we’re walking distance I would definitely come back

The owner allowed us entry a few hours early which was very appreciated. It’s an older property but a fantastic location. Able to walk to many restaurants, shops & ice cream places(omg…. Rita’s frozen custard was right next door… sooo good!!). We did have a bit of an issue with some sort of small flying insect when we got there…. But it was very clean. Maybe an issue that the screens to the slider aren’t the best (few areas with openings?). The master bedroom and bathroom were great, comfortable bed, with a beautiful immaculate bathroom & fantastic shower. The other bathroom was great as well. The back bedroom needs some work ( paint, better (taller) bedside table with a real lamp). The pool area was great… loved it! Left the cleaning service a note with a couple of minor things to pass on to the owner. Would definitely stay there again!!! Love the island!

Property was walking distance to several restaurants, pier and beach. Condo was comfortable. Great pool area. Very quiet. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

This location is perfectly situated on the beach of St. Augustine. We were close to both the local restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops as well as all the downtown offerings. Having a first floor unit was amazing and so convenient for the week. The unit itself needed some minor updates but these were discussed with owner who is already on top of them. None of them being issues that would cause me not to stay here. The owner was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The grounds and pool area were well kept.

Location is perfect. Decor is light and beachy.

This is our 4th time at St. Augustine and definitely the best location. Steps to the beach & pool and restaurants. The host was great at communicating. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Things we brought that made things easier: a stick vacuum because I read reviews about not having something. Beach Towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent. Things that can be improved: The twin beds probably should be replaced. They were lopsided and really old looking. The King bed wasn't too bad but did feel like it was tilting in on one side. The dishwasher was not anchored in so it would slide forward and scare the mess out of me. The hot and cold water are switched in the hallway bathroom and the tub was not draining which was fine for us because we just used the master bath but would have sucked for someone who was needing it. The chaise lounge was broken and probably beyond repair as it looks like it has been repaired a few times. Overall our trip was great, we would stay here again if we came back to st. Augustine!

This was the perfect Location for our St. Augustine stay! Close to everything! The property owners were extremely helpful and kind. There were several mishaps during our stay, but the owners were quick to resolve. Just a few suggestions for future: -Ensuring there are adequate trash bags. We had to empty our one bag we were left for the week out and reuse. Ended up getting extra from management on property but they did make sure to let us know that wasn't their responsibility. -The twin bed in the guest room leans very far sideways in one corner(a repair needed to the bed) - beach towels for the rooms would be extremely helpful (we purchased and left ours, as we were flying, so hopefully they will be used for future) -the chaise lounge in the dining room has several legs broken. I had sat a light bag on it upon arrival and it wobbled. When I looked at the legs, they were lop sided and out of the actual chaise. The maintenance guy said it had been broken for some time. -a broom would have been helpful. Sand was getting all over the floor and we just would have liked to have had a means to clean it up so it wasn't strung throughout the condo. Overall, we did have a great time and loved our time at St. Augustine. Thank you for having us!

The stay was great! We were hardly in our room at all. We love the beach bc we’re from Fort Wayne, IN. We spend most of our time there and RELAX and enjoy waves and just the sound! The room was clean and nice for what we needed. Thank you

Decor was themed for the beach. Loved all the pictures on the walls. Layout was good. Very easy to walk to the beach, pool and some good restaurants. Wish I had something to sweep up the sand daily but other than that we enjoyed the condo and it’s convenience to everything..

We stayed here over spring break. The location was prime. Easy access walking distance to the beach, pool, restaurants, and desserts. The more permanent residents at the complex were very kind, helpful, and welcoming to our family. The condo itself had everything we could have needed. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

This condo was perfect for a family with active kids. Our 5 1/2 year old and 2 1/2 year old loved having the pool right out their back door and it was so nice to have beach access. The restaurants near the condo were great places to eat and easy to get to and Rita’s ice and custard next door is a must! Karina made check in super easy and there was no long checklist when we were leaving which made it so much easier to pack the kids up and get to the airport. Definitely recommend if you are heading down to St. Augustine!

You can't beat a nice stay in St Augustine. There's so much to do with the fam, and this wonderful place had everything we needed and more.

This unit is in a great location. It’s steps away from the beach and restaurants. The pool is wonderful-clean and warm and protected by the buildings. The owner was responsive to our questions. We would definitely return.
