Overall, a nice place. A little dated but clean and convenient, especially the very short walk to the beach. Good location, friendly valet service. Enjoyed our time here. Recommend!

I don’t know where to start. The pictures on line don’t show the actual property. It’s tired. Needs updating. Can’t get service. Only way is a phone call to someone. The pool didn’t exist. The twit at the desk just kept saying call that number. I have pictures. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone. I don’t know how you can support this place. We needed toilet paper and I was told it would be delivered the next day. We bought our own. Can’t wait until the next day. The kitchen well I don’t know what to say. I can say the beds we’re comfortable and clean. I know one of my friends was upset because the front door wouldn’t lock. The person she called kept talking and she wanted to talk and she wouldn’t let her and kept hanging up. It was weird. Any way if this is the type o place you recommend I don’t think I will be using your services.

Great North Beach location. There were 8 of us and everyone was comfortable. We hung out at the pool, walked to the ocean and we were a quick uber ride back to south beach. Would definitely stay again.

Good experience. No issues. It is kind of in between the action of North and South Beach. Not many restaurants close by walking distance. Property needs some upgrades to the pool area; but beach is nice.

We had an awesome stay for my bachelor party! Easy access to the beach and pool, along with convenient location for boat rentals (right across the street), Citi bike rental (2 blocks away) and right in front of the free trolley. Comfy stay for anyone looking for a classic Miami trip!

We stayed at The Castle at the end of January 2023. The ocean view from our balcony was awesome! The unit layout was good for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The beds were good and the kitchen was decently equipped. We had adequate towels, TP and soap for the 4 days we were there. However, the building is older and the unit could use some updates - the workmanship was poor. The floor was definitely not clean. The kids' white socks were black on the bottom after the first day, so we all wore shoes the rest of the time. If you're looking for luxury, you might want to look elsewhere. But, overall, this was a fair, affordable unit for our group to be able to stay right on the beach.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and could sleep quite a few people even though there were only 4 of us. Property was decent but definitely lacking in some maintenance. Check-in process was clunky and didn't even really seem necessary except for the valet service. Not enough pool chairs but the tiki bar was good. Beach was under construction so had to walk a ways to get on the beach. Most restaurants a bit of a walk but uber was easy and there was a Publix about a mile away.

The location was perfect. The views were beautiful. The property was very dated and several things were visibly worn or damaged. There were roaches that got into our food that sat on the counter in the kitchen. Waiting for valet was a pain-It took 5 to 10 minutes to get your car. But overall it was okay. Being close to everything was a plus.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Not the fanciest place, but it worked for us!

Good location
It was an overall pleasant stay. The building is a little run down as a whole, but it wouldn't keep me from staying there. Especially since that's pretty much all the buildings in Miami. We did have issues with our air conditioning but Vanessa was quick to respond and get it taken care of.

Bachelor Weekend
The place was really nice! Overall 5 starts the only issue we had was that the power went out & AC stopped working but ended going to the beach until it came back. The location is in a nice area but a drive from a lot of things. Convenience store in the building was super nice. Honestly we had a blast regardless of all the little things that happened.

Marks on walls, chips on cabinets, dressers and furnishings. Master bathtub needs replaced. Windows and stove were dirty, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in a while. Pool, chairs and tennis court very dated and not nearly as nice as photos make you believe. Beds were at least comfortable, clean sheets and bug free. Overall, disappointed,

Solid place to stay!
The view was amazing from the property. Vanessa was usually responsive when I had to ask her questions. There were some slight cleanliness gaps (we wore shower shoes in the downstairs shower, mainly because the flooring of the shower didn’t necessarily feel/look clean and there were some pieces of trash behind a couple dressers when we first came in). Other than that it was overall a great stay. Access to the beach was easy and again the view was amazing. We’d absolutely book again.

This 2 story apartment has cleverly been set up to allow for 3 roomy bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ocean view. Apartment was clean and well furnished. While high enough to get clear views, we liked that we could walk up to the apartment or take the elevators. Very nice price for the space, number of beds and mid Miami Beach oceanfront location.

Clever Apartment at a Nice Price
This 2 story apartment has cleverly been set up to allow for 3 roomy bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ocean view. Apartment was clean and well furnished. While high enough to get clear views, we liked that we could walk up to the apartment or take the elevators. Very nice price for the space, number of beds and mid Miami Beach oceanfront location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt the rental property was in need of updates. The handle on the washer machine also frequently broke, making it very difficult to wash our clothes. I did not feel the property manager was very attentive. We would not return to this property.
