Room is neat and comfortable bed.

1. No lift facility. 2. Intercom is not working 3. Complimentary breakfast is very very limited. Can't offer more than 1 plate. Pathetic hospitality 4. I can't even imagine how come the management upfront say that if you're asking more than one plate food costs extra that too in complimentary breakfast.

Yes rooms were goods but no staff i saw evening for tea snacks they dont have staff to provide i stay 2 nights but eveing i called for tea someting there were no staff aftrer 10 30 no breakfast.they dint call n inforn also thts the time to ask for breafast which i paid it also breakfast. No time of call n tell breafsat time or dinner time or etc. We need to call n ask.

I like to saty rooms were goods but staff n all swrvice which could b better . Need to train the staff to call the guest for dinner time lunch tine or breakfast tine. Atleast they should know it before ordering breakfast or dinner. No calls for any guy in reception.

There is nothing to like in this hotel.

I hated that I had to spend my money for such an awful hotel. The entrance stinks. The rooms are so unhygienic. The staff stinks too all the time gutka stuffed in their mouth. Breakfast sucks.

Food was Ok, service was ok

Cockroaches in the room, room not at all clean, smelling like a hell, pool was too small, food was okish.

Nothing I liked not the food nor the rooms

Nothing to like. Only the location is a somewhat relief

My stay in this hotel was extremely poor. Hotel rooms were in a shabby condition. The glasses of the toilet windows were broken. The rooms were reeking of cigarettes. The hotel entrance was pathetic. It was covered with pan spits. The entire checkin process and hospitality at the reception was not up to the mark. The receptionist was so cold and rude. I had to cut short my stay in the hotel from 4 days to a single day that too because the fab hotel wasn't immediately refunding my money. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone
