Mia's condo is nicely furnished, very clean, has everything you could ever need and Mia herself is very helpful and cares deeply about her client's stay, making sure everything is taken care of. The pool/hot tub area were great to relax in after a busy day and the condo is conveniently located for golf, shopping, hiking, restaurants, and also close to the airport. Would stay again - thanks, Mia!

Great location in Palm Springs. Condo has everything you could want! We like to cook a fair amount of meals and this kitchen was very well equipped. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway in Palm Springs!

The property is so clean and well kept! Just a few steps away we often enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a big day of hiking or golfing! The grounds are gorgeous and we enjoyed tennis and pickle ball as well! The views in Palm Springs area with hiking and golfing are spectacular!! Mia was so helpful and responsive to all our requests and questions! Thanks Mia for all of your help in making our stay a great one!

We had such a great experience here. Mia was such a great host and we can’t say enough good things about her and the property. We travel quite a bit and have never had such a thoughtful host - everything a traveler could need was available at the house. She even provided recommendations to fun things to do and great restaurants to visit. We can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend this property! Thank you Mia!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and well taken care of, had a parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about street parking, plenty of hand soap, towels, kitchen supplies and most of the other things we have at home. It was in a pretty quiet area and the neighbors were considerate. The small touches like spring water for the coffee pot and bottled water for excursions were thoughtful and appreciated. Mia went the extra mile to ensure we had a good visit and we would stay here again. Thanks for being a great host!

We had a wonderful stay in PS and throughly enjoyed Mia's condo! She was always available for questions and information and had a very kind way about her. My husband and I will definitely be back in the near future and are thrilled to call PS our home away from home!

We enjoyed staying in this clean, spacious condo. The condo is well stocked with towels, tennis racquets, and kitchen accessories. There is tennis, a pool and hot tub and nice hills to hike in right across the street. We felt really safe in this community. The owner was flexible about the check in check out time as our plane came in early and flew out late. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was as advertised, and we found the condo to be well stocked, with good labeling and instructions to help us settle in. Pool was nice and just steps away out the back door, and we often had it nearly to ourselves. We appreciated small details like water and coffee pods/creamer and other condiments available upon arrival. And the office space in the master bedroom was a great add, which allowed us to easily cover a few work calls we had during our vacation week. Overall a great stay and we hope to be back in the near future!

The condo development looks old & a bit run down. The condo itself is nicely furnished & comfortable. It was very well stocked with necessities & the owner was a pleasure to work with. Overall, more than adequate but not great.

Mia was such a great Host. She met us onsite for check-in, explained everything and truly was a text/phone call away with immediate responses.
Best well stocked VRBO we've ever stayed in. Everything from Kitchen spices to Pool Beach towels/chairs were there.
Condo was nicely decorated and so convenient to everything we needed and did. Even better than the VRBO pictures!
Don't pass up this Gem - we will be back to celebrate another Christmas there for sure!

We stayed at Mia`s condo for 8 nights during our visit to Palm Springs in November. We have a family of 5, my husband and I and 3 kids ages 8, 6, and 5. The place was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities we needed, including inflatable toys for the pool which the kids loved! Pool access was very close and was perfect- there was barely anyone else using it so felt like a private pool for our family! Location was great, only 10min drive from palm springs downtown area and 7mins to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay here and very comfortable, it felt just like home!

We had a wonderful time in Mia's condo. It was clean and well stocked, and we loved the Palm Springs glam furnishings and decorations. The development was quiet, and we enjoyed the pool that was just steps from the unit. We had not stayed in that southern part of Palm Springs before and we found it was close to many of the things we wanted to do and convenient to many of our favorite restaurants.
Mia is a great host and was very easy to work with. Overall, it was a very great stay.

Comfortable and peaceful
Comfortable and oh so quiet for our quick trip to Palm Springs this week. Condo is clean and cozy and convenient to all PS has to offer. Host is most gracious and responsive and that is appreciated. Ever so easy to reserve, check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was AMAZING. We had such a relaxing stay. Mia is an excellent host, was easy to reach and very helpful with local tips for entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

Most outstanding feature was the pool and accessibilty to the pool just 50 steps from the condo.
Owner very responsive to any issues that we had.

Fun in the sun and warmth
Mia was a super host. Meet us right on time with very little notice as we were driving in.
Answered all of requests promptly and dealt with issues immediately. Had a replacement washer in one day.
Location is excellent within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
Well stocked unit with all we needed for our months stay.
Hope to be back in future.

Everything was sparkling clean and very well-appointed. Mia was so accommodating and accessible, and I love her groovy style. The pool was nice, the palm trees were nice, but for us the main thing was the total comfort this apartment provided. Especially for my little dog who loved the fancy mini-chaise lounge.

The property is quaint and quiet. Very well decorated and kitchen had what we needed. We came down looking for long time winter rentals and felt very comfortable here. Owner is over the top available and helpful!

Quiet and Relaxing Stay
Beautifully decorated condo. Much larger than I anticipated. Really enjoyed the gorgeous pool area. I had everything I needed for my stay. Property manager extremely accommodating and available at all times to meet your needs. Hoping to visit again.
