Wonderful home and great host! The house is exactly as described and in a very convenient location. We were within 10 minutes to all the main attractions and areas. Chad was great! We had an issue with the door lock and he came right out to fix it. The basement is significantly cooler than the main floor, but there were space heaters in every bedroom which worked perfectly. We had eight adults, a teen, six year old, and toddler, but never felt over crowded. My only minor suggestion would be the pots/pans could use updating, but we made it all work. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this location. Had 2 families-one with a 2 year old, they took the upstairs. My family with way older kids (25, 24, and 23) took the basement. We each had our own space and the game area was a hit. Loved the also. We hung out there when the 2 year old was sleeping. Great walkable area for some movement and super close to the main area we were hanging out in. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome setting with plenty of space for my best friend’s bachelor party. There are activities and plenty of space inside, as well as the awesome yard outside with room for games and a campfire in the fire pit. Absolutely amazing experience!

Place was great, especially the basement with games and a pool. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family and plenty of seating around the table and island. Also. Loved the bait shop theme, super cute signage around the whole house!

Easy check in and out. Damp, musty smell especially on lower level. Towels small and stained. Close location to dells and lots to do in area. Over all clean, but could use some attention to the dampness and some new towels.

This place was a great rental for my crew of 12. We enjoyed the firepit out back and games downstairs when we weren't experiencing what Wisconsin Dells had to offer. Thanks for providing a great and safe place to rent.

We had a great stay! Super close location to all the fun downtown stores! We loved the fire pit and all the space! The bedrooms all worked perfect for what we needed and was comfortable!!

The whole cabin was better than expected. We would definitely stay there again. The rest of our family stayed in Knots Berry pines 2 houses down and were very pleased with the property.. The only thing I would say is that there were a few baking pans that were not clean and had to be scrubbed before use. There was a towel with spots on it. We enjoyed the fire pit. .I would recommend this to anyone.

Had a getaway for my brothers birthday with his friends and some other family members. This house had all the em entities that we could use to celebrate when you can’t go out in the snow! Also made it relaxing.

When we arrived at the property to check in the code did not work for the door and we had to search the listing site to find a contact number for the owner to let us in. On day two we tried to go to the pool and we’re told by management we could not use the pool because the owner was not a full member of the resort, this was not disclosed in the listing or by the owner. We reached out to him and his response was they usually let you pay $5 a person to use the pool. They would not allow us to do that, therefore our family had no access to the pool or any other amenities for the duration of the stay. Also this house is listed as a five bedroom home but the 5th bedroom is merely an office with a bed, as we found out because it has no air vents which does not allow you to close the door for privacy. Overall the property was nice but sadly it did fall short of what the owner lists. We loved the community but will most likely not book with this owner in the future. If you are looking to stay in Springbrook be advised this owner does not have access to amenities and may not disclose such in his listing.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bait Shop. The house is very clean, cozy, and perfect for entertaining! We had issues accessing the house at first using the keypad, but Chad was quick to contact me and resolve the issue. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to come back. We definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this property! Very clean and spacious! Worked awesome for six of us to stay during our golf outing weekend. Didn’t have to go anywhere as there was plenty to do hanging out at this place! Would stay again! Had a code issue when checking in but Chad was easy to get a hold of and solved the problem right away! Thank you!

This property was perfect for our 8-man golf outing. The accommodations were excellent and the owners were very responsive! We will book this again when our golf trip makes its way back to the Dells in a few years!

Perfect spot for our family get together! Property was well taken care of and bigger than expected. It provided more than we had hoped for and we would definitely stay here again. One recommendation would be to improve the internet connectivity.

Our whole family was impressed right from the beginning with this lodging. It was clean and well stocked for any of the cooking we did, and nicely divided spaces for people to spread out. The pool table turned out to be the big hit of the vacation, and was well used. Both the owner and housekeeper were responsive quickly with several minor questions, a burned out light etc. We found the location excellent and within 5-10 minutes drive from any of the major attractions, yet it was a quiet and relaxing setting. Our youngest grandson enjoyed the playground just down the road. Internet was somewhat spotty, but we knew this and didn't go to the Dells to be on the internet! We have nothing but positive things to say about this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and recommend it to friends.
