Returned to this very well-equipped property and had a great week! Weather was perfect and the location is the best! The owners are very accessible and thoughtful!

The location of this house is absolutely perfect. It was right on the beach and was clean and well decorated.

We had an amazing time! We loved all the updates the owners made in the offseason. They take such good care of the property and it really shows. Can't wait to return in August!

We have stayed in many homes in EI. This was among the best. It is in a great location , comfortably furnished, and with all the amenities you could ask for. Communication with the owner was great.

What a treasure. After a tough year for our family, we were looking for a place to relax, unwind and break away from the chaos of the day to day. When I say Dunecliff East delivered that and more, it is not an exaggeration. It is exactly as pictured, and more! You simply cannot beat the location - not only for proximity to the beach and the incredible view 24 hours a day, it is also conveniently close to everything you need including groceries etc. It is easy to spend the entire day on the beach, or take short trips down to the water to entertain little ones (having 4 kids; 3 of which are 4 and under, this is essential) and spend time under the awning overlooking the water for a small break from the sand and sun. We probably spent more time on the deck than inside! The home was clean, inviting and the hosts were very communicative, flexible and sent fabulous suggestions for food and local places to check out. They left a very kind note and welcome bag as well. The kitchen was well stocked and it was SO helpful to have tons of beach toys for the kids provided and not have to bring those with us. Even the internet connection was good, which in our experience at beaches is somewhat rare. Unfortunately, a few of us had to work while we were away and having that was very helpful. We had an incredible time and hope to come back in the future!

This property was amazing!!! The house was perfect for our family and the views were incredible. The house was well equipped with everything we needed… stocked kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. Christy communicated throughout the process to make sure our stay was great. Will definitely return!!!!

We have found our new favorite beach house! They have thought of everything and the added extras and well supplied kitchen made our stay one of the best. Beds were all comfy and bed linens were not scratchy. Some of the bath towels were a little worn but there were plenty of fluffy ones mixed in. Supplying beach chairs was a special treat. We will bring some grilling tools next time and leave the chairs at home. How wonderful to have the coveted beach tent tag too. Hoping to be in the same house next year for our annual trip to one of our favorite places!

Best beach house we’ve ever rented! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra touches, like being welcomed by wine, chocolate, and toilet paper. We spent lots of time on the deck watching the ocean. Location was great. The house had everything we needed - we’ll be back!

This home is located in a wonderful neighborhood. It is close by to most everything you need. Stunning beachfront right outside of your door! The home is beautifully decorated & very well stocked. We had a restful vacation and would love to return in the future.

Location, location, location!!! This oceanfront house has great views from several rooms. We saw dolphins and beautiful sunrises and then spectacular waves when the weather changed. What really sets it apart is the owners' attention to detail!!! The house is very well equipped from the kitchen to the outdoors. Well done!!!

House was great!! Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. Amazing location to just walk on and off beach. Gorgeous views. Property very comfortable, kitchen has new appliances. All around great stay for large family reunion. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The house is amazing, situated right on the beach with excellent views! Owners were easy to reach and very helpful. Bonus there is an awning on the back deck which is perfect for those of us who can’t take a full day in the sun!

Everything from start To finish , has went great! ! Just wish the wind had not been so Bad!, but no one can control that!!

We loved staying at this property. The location was great and the beach was just beautiful. You could walk to shops but yet you are on the beach. The house had everything we cook so we loved the kitchen. The owner Christy was wonderful. We have already booked the house for next summer.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The place and amenities are just great and I can’t say enough for the location and the views. They minimize what you need to take with you and for our large family, it was perfect. Would recommend to anyone but it is perfect for large families.

This was the nicest place we have ever rented in Emerald Isle in the last 30+ years! Wonderful amenities and lovely owners who have showered love on those who rent here.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with the owners, house was fully stocked with Everything we needed. Very short walk to the water. Loved that I could sit on the porch and see the waves crash. Loved that I could hear AND SEE the waves while in bed! Perfect in every way.

2022 is our second summer in a row to rent Dunecliff East for our annual family reunion on Emerald Isle. It was great to return to a familiar property that we knew well and enjoyed and were very surprised in a good way to see that they had just done a major renovation on the outside deck - enlarged it and added an awning and new steps to the beach. We were blessed with great weather the whole week and Dunecliff East because of the outside deck space and picnic table and large dining room table inside as well became our gathering place for family dinners each night. For inside or outside cooking/grilling/serving it is equipped with everything you will need. The layout of the house is wonderful with tasteful nautical decor throughout and the bedrooms/bathrooms are perfect sizes for different family needs. Beds are all super comfy. Our family loves games and the huge dining room table became card game central every night. Christy and Scott are great hosts and very responsive to any need or concern. Thank you both for another memorable and fun beach vacation at your home on Emerald Isle.

We had the most perfect week staying at Christy and Scott’s home. We were staying with two small children and it was ideal to be right in the ocean with a large deck that was completely child friendly. The house is so well equipped in every way it was perfect for us relax and have a very special week. Christy was always straight back to us with any concerns or questions, all much appreciated.

The property was great and we had a wonderful time. We did find some roaches and ants so you will need an exterminator.

A group of college friends from many years ago have met at this beach house for 10+ years and we love it. The five bedrooms allow plenty of space for each of us. And the beach is awesome. The owners could not be any more accommodating. Love it!!

This was the perfect beachfront for a family gathering that included young children. The top floor has tons of beds which is great for kids or young family to stay together. Every room has an amazing deck for privacy when needed. We loved our stay and the hosts were very nice and communicated quickly (even when one of our kids locked the pantry on us). Definitely stay here!

Everything was just as advertised. This is probably the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. Amazing views and direct beach access. The owners were very responsive and quick to take care of any problems. This was a wonderful place to enjoy the ocean!
