Great location, size and setting. Quiet neighborhood with activities and restaurants within 15 minutes.

This was the perfect house for our family of 11. Our grandkids loved the game and movie room.

Great location. The neighborhood felt very safe. Close enough to the market, restaurants, Sedona, and The Grand Canyon. The size and layout of the house was great for our party. The kids enjoyed playing in the fenced and private backyard. The house was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. A few items were missing from the home, including a blow dryer, extra linen for the pullout couch, shampoo and conditioner missing in the shared bathroom. A few items needed repair, including the kitchen trash can and toilet paper roll holder in the shared bathroom. None of these things would prevent us from renting this home in the future. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We had my parents, my father-in-law, and our 9-year old son for a family trip during spring break. Plenty of room, host was wonderfully responsive, and all the amenities were perfect. Our son even enjoyed the little snow in the back with the sleds Mason left for us - we will definitely recommend and return!

This is a large home which accommodated our family fine. However, the minimal provisions offered were a bit of an inconvenience. 1. No kleenex (have to use toilet paper, which is cheap and only 1 spare roll per bathroom). 2. No dish cloths. 3. Two dish towels. 4. 1 set of silverware per person (10 sets) which means you have to do dishes after ever meal in order to eat the next one. 5. Since there aren't any kitchen linens to speak of, paper towel had to be used to wipe down counters, stove, clean any spills, etc. And with only 2 rolls of paper towel, grocery store runs are necessary. 6. The cleaning fee is hefty and more than we've paid with any VRBO rental, but since you can't clean up after yourself, I guess that's why. 7. One extra trash bag per receptacle. 8. Mother-in-laws suite gets super hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. 9. We were so worried of being charged a late if we checked in 15 minutes before 4:00PM, that we waited in the car (after driving for 2.5 hours) before we went in. 11. No foil, plastic wrap, paper napkins, etc... 12. It's a big home, but feels like the owners have either had bad experiences in the past with renters or are not that vested in the comforts of their renters. Plan on bringing ALL of your own provisions and/or spend your vacation time running to the grocery store.

This was a great spot, centrally located between Grand Canyon and Sedona. Good for families (fenced yard, lots of space, no road traffic, Instacart in the area, restaurants near by) with big kitchen and comfortable beds. Host was very responsive when I needed extra towels. Would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend this home. It sits in a beautiful location and the home is large enough to accommodate a large family! The home is very close to downtown Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, and various attractions in the area. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The house and property was gorgeous! There was plenty of room for all of us and the amenities were very nice. The kitchen and bathroom in the main bedroom were exceptional.

We stayed in the house like we owned it! Cannot say enough good things. HUGE kitchen, giant rooms, beautiful decor, very clean and well kept. Lots of elk sightings in and around the neighborhood. Central location with easy drive to GC National Park and Sedona. Super easy check out process as well. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Home, spacious, and great location. Did a quick weekend trip with the entire family and this home was Perfect. I will definitely look to stay at this home for future dates and hopefully get a chance to stay longer next trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this home! The moment you walk in you smell the clean house which we very much appreciated because my granddaughter was crawling all over the floors! Everything was spotless. We had three families staying here and we had plenty of room for everyone. The back patio is so beautiful facing the forest, we enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the patio. You are about 1 1/2 hours to Grand Canyon, 2 hours to horseshoe bend and 1 hour to Sedona. The home looks exactly like the photos, very nice. I highly recommend. Thank you to the owner for opening up your home, we really enjoyed it and hope to return in the future.

Very easy and great communication.

This beautiful cabin was an unexpected surprise. The pictures do not do it justice. It is huge, even though it only has four bedrooms. For our large family, there were closets for babies and a pull out sofa for kids. The back yard is simply beautiful and backs up to a beautiful wooded area, where you will see many deer. We wanted to get our Christmas portraits done early and had planned to do them in Snow Bowl, but our cabin area was so beautiful that our photographer chose to do them in the front and backyard. The backyard is gated and so we could let our kids run freely. There was plenty of parking. The house was immaculately clean and there were many very nice amenities. Our only suggestion would be that the kitchen utensils and equipment be placed in one area, for convenience. The only other thing that would make this place perfect would be a gas fire pit in the backyard for those wonderful chilly evenings. We highly recommend this amazing property!

We loved the Lone Oak cabin! We would request again! Much more than a cabin. Home everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay!

For the most part all was well. Could use a little extra bedding for the pullout couch in one of the bedrooms.
