Our winter break stay was amazing.
The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. It’s in a perfect location, close to restaurants, a grocery store, a short drive to the natural Hot Springs, and to the Ski lodge where we spent most of our time.
The host Marie was fast to reply back and answered all of our questions. She’s a sweet women and we look forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything Marie.

Property is right behind the local Walmart, which was super convenient. Kitchen is roomy and well stocked. Easy access to the highway getting us to Wolf Creek. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo and Marie made it extra special making sure we had everything we needed. She dropped what she was doing to help with a broken appliance. Excellent instructions. 10/10

We enjoyed our time here very much. The home and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Our only minor complaint was that the wifi is quite slow. Would stay here again.

Birthday trip
We had a great time in Pagosa and the property was very nice and as advertised. My only concern is that I am still waiting on the return of the $3000 damage deposit.

Perfect Vacation get away
This corner town home was perfect fit for 5 adults! 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms was perfect. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you would need for a home away from home. The hostess Marie is fantastic and responds quickly to any messages.
I would highly recommend this property to any family who needs a safe, clean place to stay during their vacation.

Easy access to the town of Pagosa. Place was cozy and very clean and updated. Parking can be an issue though as we had two cars and no street parking allowed.

We were in Pagosa Springs with family and needed a place for 6 adults. Marie was gracious and let us rent the property for just one night since that was all we needed. The property is VERY NICE! We were able to have all of us under one roof rather than getting 3 separate hotel rooms. Also since restaurant availability was limited sue to covid regs we were able to order take out and eat at the property. I have stayed in several VRBO properties over the last 5-6 years and this one outdoes all the rest. Thank you to Marie for having such great accommodations available!!!

We were a 3 generation family staying in this beautiful condo. Perfect amount of space!
We've stayed in many vacation rentals but this was our favorite by far. Plenty of space to host extended family for meals and play. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet & convenient location! We enthusiastically recommend this condo to any Pagosa visitors!

The property is beautiful, the location great, and the owner very friendly and accommodating.
We had a great time. The property is in great shape. Very nice kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Easy to get to downtown Pagosa Springs and plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. Marie is super nice and so friendly. We highly recommend staying at this property.
