Spacious and feels like home

I wish there was a gated parking It would have been far better Even if we would need to pay extra :)

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to restaurants and there was also a7Eleven nearby.

The water system was directly behind our unit (Unit 1) which was a bit loud at times. It's not a big deal if you're a deep sleeper, but if you easily wake up from the littlest noise then it could be a problem. Maybe bring an earplug or something.

Facility was clean. Check in and check out process was very simple.

The room had very limited lighting. It would be better if the lighting fixture was strategically positioned . The dressing table needs a separate light. Suggest a representative to check on the guests.

Very slow Internet access

So much better than getting a hotel for a week in Laoag. Right off the main road, good food near by (The Food Cartel), great corner store (Cinco Mart) with excellent selection of liquor, and a lot of tricycles available to take you downtown. Great stay, definitely coming back when in Laoag.

Wifi was available, super weak in the apartment but strong outside. No refrigerator or microwave in case you need it

It was a blast, very clean/quiet place, accessible to most places to visit, water was not an issue, will definitely choose riton on my next visit...highly recommended...tatay was so accommodating and very sincere...I will be forever grateful and thankful to the owner/management..

Ants were in some corners on my 1st day but very manageable...not really an issue though, no need to ask assistance from staff..
