View from the terrace

Have nothing but praise for this accommodation! The penthouse unit was clean and comfortable, and Ate Rhoda was such a VERY charming host! No hassle checking in and out whatsoever - they had no issues allowing us to check in early and were even open for us to check out late, all free of charge. Appliances and kitchen equipment were very useful and a huge plus. There was no WiFi throughout our stay, fault of the internet provider and not the property - but they went the extra step to make sure we weren't wanting, even offering to provide us load for mobile data. I'm no early riser but waking up early was a must to not miss the beautiful sunrise view from the penthouse or the rooftop. One of the best properties I've ever stayed in, and for such a price! Definitely will be my go-to when in Baguio. Looking forward to coming back.

The staff named Camille is nice because she waited for us since we checked in very late and to be fair, the owner offered us a free upgrade to compensate the inconvenience.

The initial room is unpleasant, the room is stinky and not clean, the blanket and pillow smells bad and has dust and it's so obvious that the bed cover, blanket, pillow and pillow case was not changed. We also inquired about the internet before hand and we requested to give us a room with good internet connection since we're working remotely unfortunately, signal is bad on both mobile and wifi connection. I would like to commend the staff because they are nice. We we're transferred to a different room which is a lot better that was only done after I complained and after mentioning that I am a genius member. We travel a lot and this is the very first time that I experienced this.

La qualité de service n'est pas à la hauteur, Je fais 1m75, je dépasse presque du lit..., peut être que c'est la taille standard aux philippines ? Logement trop petit, une chambre pour deux où l'on ne peut pas se croiser.... Il y a bien une kitchenette mais impossible de cuisiner car la table, le plan de travail et tout simplement le logement sont beaucoup trop petits, idem pour la "terrasse", De plus pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur en fin de vie qui tient à peine debout Le propriétaire à de réelles compétences en photographie pour mettre en valeur ses logements...

Good location, close to the main road and just few minutes to the city centre. The place was clean and the staff were very accommodating. We mistakenly booked a room which was not in our preference. The owner who could be easily reached out to even he was overseas upgraded our room to a bigger unit complete with kitchen equipment and utensils without any additional fee. There was also a secured parking which was a little bit challenging.

Cats were dating at night and a little annoying.

As a foreigner this was the perfect location for some local flair. I reserved the penthouse which gave me the entire floor and amazing unobstructed views & sunrises. The location is 15 mins from Bagiou Plaza. Lots of Jeepney or Taxi to get you there and back. And the service was extremely responsive.

No warning that it had to be a cash transaction. Local Gcash was accepted, but as a foreigner, that's not a service I qualify for. I ended up doing an amex cash advance through a DBO ATM @ SM mall.

Bedsheets are dirty , cushions dirty, the bed itself needs to be changed. The room is not prepared for guest. It had bad smell.
