Our group loved the cabin! It was as advertised in the pictures and descriptions. The cabin was clean and all the furniture was in good shape. The pool was great for all the kids and allowed the adults to rule the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

Beautiful property great views and sunsets, great beds, the only thing is that there is no guest bathroom on main floor and no door on lower level, I should have brought a gate but didnt know there was no door. All and all I would stay there again

Our softball team and parents stayed and it was amazing. There were a few things that came up during the week but communication was great and issues were resolved quickly. Location was perfect, cabin was fantastic and our group had a great time.

The rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was not. Water wasn't clear and was too cool to swim even though it was supposed to be heated. Could only stay in for a few minutes before becoming cold. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen needed pot holders and a kitchen towel. Plenty of glasses and dinner ware. Overall was good stay but kids were disappointed in pool. Heated pool was reason we selected this place so it was disappointing to not enjoy it.

Aside from a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately, to the extent possible, the property was clean, well stocked & roomy for our multi-generational family, aged 4 - 73. I would recommend this property & would consider visiting myself again in the future.

This cabin is in a great location just far enough away from the Gatlinburg noise. Amenities are awesome and views are spectacular. Wouldn’t recommend putting adults in the queen bunk room (particularly on top bunks that squeak) - but everything else was super comfortable

We had a small military reunion with 12 guests. The views were beautiful and we really enjoyed all of the amenities. The location was perfect for visiting local attractions. Lastly, communication with the host was outstanding.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Dreamy Views!! A group of us ranging from 12-70 rented the cabin to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. The location was perfect. Easy to find and very close to downtown Pigeon Forge. We walked in and the cabin was very clean. They put a balloon arch up and left a Happy Birthday card which was very nice. We couldn’t wait to see the view and it did not disappoint!! We also liked that the cabin was on the end so that there was only one “neighbor”. I was concerned that the pool water was going to be too cold for my 12 year old when I read the other reviews, but it was a great temperature and she loved the pool…everyone enjoyed time in the pool. The hot tub, video games, and karaoke were a big hit!! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the media room because we were on the go and there were so many other things to do in the cabin. The cabin was very well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc. So many times we’ve rented a place and had to go buy more of everything because they just give you a starter pack, but Stay Minty was great about what they provided. It was such a great trip!! The cabin was perfect and we filled our days with activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We can’t wait to return!! Oh, I have to add that all the beds were comfortable and everyone got good nights of sleep. That’s always a good thing for big groups so that you aren’t hanging out with grumpy people

Great location, closer to pigeon forge downtown. Property as describes, Not big complains but couple concerns needs to pay attention-indoor pool little cool , Jacuzzi jets not power full but Best view. Quick respond from management. Really enjoy family reunion.

Perfect fit for our party of 17! Kids and teens enjoyed the pool, hot tub and movie room! Plenty of space to spend time together or retreat to another room for quiet time. Highly recommend the Stay Minty team and this property!

I rented this cabin for a family vacation. The pool was to cold to use which is why I chose this cabin. We had a few other issues blocked drains and the washer and dryer did not work right. Minus those things we enjoyed our stay but I probably wouldn't book it again.

Nice place to stay

Loved the large rooms, the mountain views, location. But the boys LOVED the pool and games!!!!!

The property was well set-up for a large group of adults and children, with comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms. With the pool, karaoke room, movie room, living area, and multi-level balconies, there is also ample space for a large group to spread out and enjoy time together without feeling crowded. We chose to spend some days visiting the local attractions and some days just enjoying the house and the company. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed the property. The property was clean and well kept. Everything worked and we really enjoyed everything! The owners were also very responsive if we needed anything.

View was spectacular. Close to Pigeon Forge but not in the center of all the attractions which is what we wanted. Big rooms, plenty of towels, comfy beds, game room, theater, indoor pool, etc. Owners very responsive.

The property was beautiful and had plenty of room for the entire extended family. The ONLY issues we had (and the owners had no control over it) was there were two cabins being built nearby. There was no chance to relax on the decks because of the constant hammering and saws right outside. Again, no fault of the owner. After reserving I did see where this was mentioned on the site, but I didn't think much of it until I got there and saw how bad it was. Other than that, the place was beautiful and clean. You couldn't ask for better communication from the owners!

The cabin was great. The karaoke room was awesome and our kids enjoyed it. The pool and hot tub were nice, we just had to move some chairs in to the area where the pool was. The rooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The kinks during our stay was the lack of kitchen accessories needed to cook our meals. ( pot holders, clean pots and pans, sheet pans..) We had to wash a lot of the dishes before using them. The internet wasn’t the best either. We had poor service and it was a constant battle to stay connected or connect to the WI-FI. The bedrooms on the left side of the house were hit and didn’t cook well. Also, be prepared to hear construction at 8:00 am in the morning.

This was an amazing little get away, so much to do right there. We couldn't get the TVs to work at all but we found other ways to stay busy! And the wifi is sketchy.

Overall our experience at this property was awesome. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool and theater room were fun and fully functional. The location was great! We had a spectacular view of the mountains and we still were very close to stores and attractions The only areas for concern were minor damages to the furniture (broken lampshade and dinning room chair) we also had quite a few lady bugs on the windows of the kitchen during the daytime and quite few dead lady bugs near the pool but they didn’t bother us that much.

Great property, great hosts

There was 9 of us from age 1 to 62. The driv e to the cabin was BEAUTIFUL, the roads were hilly but not to steep (no 4WD) & we did fine. There was no check in we pulled up put in the code & went right in (which I loved). We were 4 hrs late because of traffic accidents & host responded quick and told me to be safe! As for the cabin, it looks exactly like the pictures. The only bad thing I could say about the cabin is the housekeeping was not the best. There was a earing on the couch, the grill was not cleaned, sheets were stained(I'm sure they were washed but needs replacing), wood floors needed sweeping, & there was a big bag of trash in the kitchen left by the maid. There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $499 & I felt we shouldn't have had to clean anything upon arrival. Even with the issues I just mentioned I did not complain about this because the cabin was so great and we had such a great time, it just wasn't worth it, we just fixed the few little things not Cleaned and decided not to use the grill. If you read the rules before your stay it will have you scared to make a peep lol so I was giving my kids that mom look everytime they got too loud, but in reality there were a lot of neighbors having a good Ole time and not being too quite, but they weren't too loud to where they affected our cabin. So I would just say use common sense on the noise level lol. I never heard from management after arrival, they didn't hound us, they didn't pop up, didn't hear a peep unless I messaged them, which was AWESOME I have stayed places which was a nightmare, because you felt you had no privacy. The cabins are close to each other but this one is kind of on a cul-de-sac so you only have one neighbor directly beside you, so it was private! My husband is black and a few family members that stayed were as well so we had a good mixture of race, none of us were given looks, or treated any different which was great compared to some past vacations. I did complain about the maid showing up at 9, being rude saying checkout was 9 but host handled that perfectly and apologized (ITS AT 10). WE DID SEE 2 BEARS (1 while unpacking and 1 on check out day) it was looking for food in the van lol we left it open while unpacking (it was awesome). I recommend to management to invest In a few baby gates that would have made our stay so much more peaceful, the stairs are steep and with babies its rough. So moms bring baby gates in case the host can't accommodate Overall a GREAT STAY!

I really hope this house is not owned by SO called “Stay Minty” group and really hoping they are just Managing this property. If I own this and I will fire them from managing my house. We booked a three-night stay paying 4.5 k with out friends hoping to be a great get relaxing time. I received a call from Stay minty ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL saying that there is a Wasp nest under the second-floor deck visible from the first floor. I was told not to use the Hot tub on the first-floor deck because of the active nest until cleared. As per them their cleaning staff got stung from it that morning and there will be an exterminator coming to clear it the next day morning. The next day morning we saw a scattered Wasp nest on the first-floor deck but realized that the nest was only partially removed, and I got stung by wasps because I checked it as per the stay minty office instruction. We also noticed a leak from the second-floor bathroom that is coming to the main kitchen floor with sewer water dripping all the time. We believe the leak was already there and the management company was aware of it because the uncovered hole in the sealing. The house was managed extremely poor with molded bathroom tiles, clogged drains and bugs all around. There were 100s of small MILLIPEDES (we have pictures of everything) were crawling on the bathroom floors and on the bedroom floor. We were forced to keep all the luggage because of these “small Millipedes”. I got more to write, but no space. The response from the management was extremely poor including they were arguing with me that the wasp's nest was already removed and forced me to go to the deck to take a picture. They never cleared wasp nest properly and we were forced to abandon using the hot tub because of wasps flying all around. All these incidents completely ruined our vacation and kids were so scared to even go outside. I am still getting nightmares because of the pain caused by the stung. It was like got stabbed with a knife and leaving it there. I don't recommend this house unless it's managed by a professional company. They don't even know basic house keeping

Spacious enough for 5 families! Private pool was wonderful(water temp was a little cold). Great view and close to town. No instructions for things like seen in previous cabins. Parking was not great for that many people. Large hornets nest under bottom deck. Smoke alarms chirped the last night we were there. Great communication with property manager. Not the best experience but not the worst either! However we did have a bear in the back yard and a raccoon right on the hot tub steps!
