Nice location but pictures were a bit misleading. Had to cross a busy street to access the beach. Would recommend more pots and pans in the kitchen and some storage containers. Was very clean. Check in was easy. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was amazing! The views and location of this property is what we wanted! Property was clean, lots of rooms for everyone sleep in. The best part it was right by the beach and it was just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be visiting beautiful Destin once again!

Location of the property was perfect. Just were we like to stay in Destin. The door lock is dumb and kind of difficult to use. The property has an ant issue. Hopefully they get that taken care of.

Traveling with friends. Needed a peaceful time at the beach. Meditations every morning. The balcony was perfect for the 4 of us. The condo is super spacious and decorated nicely. We loved it so much we added an extra day! It was simple. The had someone checking in the following day but accommodated our request. We could have fit many more people in the condo! Right across from the beach! Great location. We will be back!

Review I recently had the pleasure of staying in this location and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The furniture comfortable.The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare some meals during my stay. One of the highlights of the apartment was the balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables for guests to enjoy. The location of the apartment was another major plus. It was conveniently located near shoppings, restaurants, and entertainment options. I was able to easily explore the surrounding area and take advantage of all that Miramar had to offer, including all water sports like banana boat, parasailing, paddle boarding and jet skis. Overall, my stay in the apartment was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miramar Beach.

The location was great, right across the street from the beach. Great view from the balcony, and on the second floor, so we looked right onto the tops of the palm trees, which we loved. Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels. Great floor plan. TVs were nice. Pool was nice and never crowded, although there were no lights in it, so we did not try to swim at night. Keypad deadbolt was easy to use and we felt secure, plus it was nice that we didn’t have to deal with a physical key or keycard. Kitchen was well stocked except for a saucepan, but I find pots and pans are an issue in any rental. One toilet did run after you flush it, and the microwave door was a bit tricky.(You have to punch up on the door after you close it to get it to run) Closet was stocked with a great selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Walking distance to several good restaurants, and a short drive from several shopping centers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and easy walk to beach. But Would love more places to hang things like towels hooks, over door racks for towels & swim suits. More places to unpack clothes & keep things - needed a dresser in the one room, over the toilet shelves.

We were pleased with the accommodations for the most part. One big negative was that the handicap parking was not located near the elevator. It was all the way in the back of the lot which made it difficult for our family member who has a handicap. Almost never was able to park near the elevator. Had to drop her off and then park the car. Very inconvenient. Also several minor things were in need of repair in our condo (ceiling fan didn’t work, door jam loose in m bath, no exhaust fan in m bath). Kitchen was also lacking in measuring devices & bowls. Great location, & clean.

We absolutely loved the location and it was very nice and tidy. The only thing I would recommend for future is there be more abundance of dishwasher tabs, washing detergent or pods for laundry and dryer sheets and toilet paper/paper towels. Also if you know there is going to be a family larger like ours more bathing towels please. I’ve never stayed anywhere where they were not provided already. With as much money as people pay to be on vacation having to buy all those things also then having to find places to strore on the way home is difficult. But other than those small inconveniences id definitely stay there or recommend to others!

We chose this place due to the close location to the beach. It was truly steps from the sand. We loved everything about our stay. Comfy beds, large living/kitchen area with a wonderful view of the water from the huge balcony. We will definitely be back next year!

Took a few minutes to figure out how the lock to the unit worked - some more detailed instructions might be helpful. (Maybe we're just slow!) Condo has some mileage on it but was clean. Plenty of space with three bedrooms and nice to have three full baths. Kitchen could use some potholders, teaspoons, and new pans - some are pretty scratched up. The unit had many small beach chairs which was convenient. Also lots of toys, pails, etc. if you have young kids. Location is great regarding distance from the beach - only need to cross the street and you're there! And you have a private beach with private access through a coded gate. You also have a view of the ocean from the large balcony. Public beach parking and access are right next door so there can be a lot of traffic. Unfortunately had some noisy neighbors in our building who decided to crank tunes one evening in the middle of the night! But overall we really enjoyed ourselves, the weather was fantastic, and the white sand beach and emerald waters were beautiful!

Property was just as listed. I went with my sister and our kids ranging from age 4 to 14. All enjoyed. We definitely recommend. Loved how close the beach access was and how "safe" the area felt.

The condo was clean and was a great place for our vacation!

Checkin was easy. Condo super clean. Even had beach chair/ sand toys! Bed was firm, but cozy. PERFECT location! Love that it was pet friendly too. Cannot wait to go back!

My husband and I just needed a couple weeks away from the cold. Our stay was fantastic. Loved having happy hour and the sunset each evening right across the street. Our adult children came for a visit too - plenty of privacy. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations and would stay here again. There were some minor issues, but the maintenance team and company took care of them immediately. Location is fantastically close to everything and the beach superb.

2nd time to stay at this property and once again had a wonderful time !! Convenient to many restaurants, shops, and of course the private beach.

Great location!

Every morning at 8:00am we was woke up to loud, excessive construction. Banging, beeping, power washing and construction workers standing on our balcony looking into our room. My wife was seen getting out of the shower by one of the workers….absolutely unacceptable as the room should of never been rented out. When I told management about this they did nothing to compensate for it. We will never stay here again, balcony completed or not. We were staying in a construction zone and should of never been rented the room.

Overall really a great experience. The balcony is still under construction but this was not an issue for us. Only a few minor issues were parking can be tricky at night and there needs be be some clarification if this condo can use the chairs setup at the beach or not because there was confusion with this. Overall very good and will book again someday.

First, this condo is in a fantastic location. You have to walk across the street to get to the beach but you do have private beach access which is incredible. We never had an issue of being around tons of people. The major bummer was the lack of deck. When we rented we were under the impression that it would be fixed by the summer. They did give us a $350 refund, but it did get kind of annoying. We did spend one night just out around the pool to get outside. It’s kind of hard to go down to Florida and be cooped up inside as soon as the sun goes down. The place had tons of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. We are on the second floor so it’s two short flights of stairs to get up with all of our stuff, but this wasn’t a problem at all. We had nine adults and were all very comfortable. Amazing, kitchen, living and dining room. The construction on the balconies did start every morning around eight, which might bother some people. We were allowed to visitor parking passes but to be honest, I saw some cars parked without any sort of pass. We also rented a boat and went out to crab Island which ended up being one of our most fun days. We thought it be really touristy, but it was actually amazing. Would definitely stay here again especially if they finish the balconies.

My only complaint is regarding parking. While both our cars showed the required parking sign, the parking was always full of cars w/o permit and construction equipment. Both of these forced us to park one of the cars illegally due to lack of available spaces. Other than that, it was excellent - would rent it again if I return.

The location you cannot beat. You’re across the street from the beach and have your own private access! Check in was easy. However, for what we paid a night you would expect the place to be more clean. The dishes were dirty. The king bed in the room with the bunk bed had staining that looks like blood on the pillow case and mattress pad. In the bathroom hair was all over the walls. The guest bathroom has mildew and mold on the shower curtain. I microbanned it in hopes of killing some of it. In the bedroom with the double full beds there were used contacts left on the dresser (they are still there) and a wad of hair left on the bedspread. Thank goodness for the washer and dryer because we weren’t so sure that any of the linen were cleaned. We were able to wash them and sleep in peace. The place is spacious. The beds are comfy and every room has a tv. My family and I weren’t on top of each other. The cleanliness just really put a damper on our stay.

Perfect location, right across the street from beach. The street is very easy to cross. The place was very clean, great furniture, very open and easy for all to hang out and enjoy the space. The only thing that was frustrating was checkin. I got an email a week before the trip stating that in fine print checkin info would be sent by 6:00pm, but checkin was supposed to be at 4:00. It would’ve been nice to just get an email updating on what time the room would be available, letting me know all was well. I got the email with passcode info at 5:51. It made me worried that we just drove 12 hours and may not have a place to stay with the no response from any number or email or messenger I tried to get info from. It would’ve been more appropriate to get an email at 4:00 stating that the room would be available at 6:00 so I knew what was going on.

Travel problems caused us to have to leave a day early but overall rental experience was very good

Property was very clean. Directly across the street from the beach still have pretty great ocean views. Plenty of parking. The beds where also comfy. Great for a family. We will be booking again with this property!

This place is really comfortable for 10 people. My family had a great time , we enjoy the location because it was very close to the beach. We enjoy morning walks, enjoy close by restaurants and stores. Night walks are also very pleasant ☺️ . On the other hand the pool was not well kept and also the valcony was a down fall since they were not available. Overall if your planning for a beach front place this is a nice location.

The property is located in a great part of Destin. However, actual address and the directions made it difficult to find. For what we paid to book this rental, there should have been more essentials. We had to buy toilet paper and there were not enough trash bags, no laundry detergent, not even a small sample. I just thought more essentials could have been left for guests to use. Finally, it was unfortunate that the balconies were off limits.

We had a great time staying here. Soooo close to the beach and a beautiful condo.
