We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It's one of the best equipped places we have had the pleasure to stay at. I think Julie has gone above and beyond with this unit. We will definitely put it on our favorite places to rent. Very short walk to Mercado shopping and restaurant area ... we have discovered multiple restaurants here over our last few trips. Julie is easy to reach and a caring owner. Our only concern was how stained the carpet was but Julie is going to be taking care of that. We certainly would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely all and more of what we envisioned. It was indeed home away from home. Will definitely return there again.

This condo is in a great location, walking distance to some lovely restaurants, coffee shops and miles of walking/bike paths. The beds are comfy and the condo is well stocked. I managed to even cook most of a Thanksgiving meal :). The complex is quiet and friendly and the pools were lovely. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return!!

We loved the heated pool and hot tub so much we were there everyday!! The 2 bedrooms were so comfy with lots of room for the 2 of us!! Will return for sure!!

Everything was just as promised. Clean, accommodating, stocked well with all needed supplies, the pools were warm and inviting, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed 2 weeks in warm Arizona.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and a fun place for our daughter and kids to come visit us while we were there. It was spacious, with a nicely shaded grassy area for the kids to play on. The pool was close by, and we used it every day...very nice! We were mostly impressed by the beds though! The comfort of the mattresses, and the feel of the sheets were heavenly...we even took pictures of the labels on them to see about getting them for our own bed at home! Julie was great to work with...very responsive, and was able to extend our check out time for us. We would highly recommend this condo, and will look into returning next time! 👍

We were happy with our rental but it needed a couple of more chairs on the balcony for guests.No shade areas & no sun umbrellas at the pool was disappointing. The owner was very attentive & informative about the area.

We spent a month at the property and were very pleased with it. The condo was pristine and well appointed. The location can’t be beat. Close to restaurants and shopping. Julie is very responsive should you need anything.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit for very clean and provided everything we needed. Communication with the owner regarding checkin/checkout, etc. was very easy. Flexibility with our stay was also accomodated.

I stayed in this condo for 12 days. I traveled from out-of-state to have and recover from surgery, about half of the time by myself, so I wanted something clean, quiet, comfortable, and safe. This condo was all of those things. The space is very nice -- light and bright and spacious. It was very nicely appointed with paper products, linens, soap, kitchen items, etc. The towels were very nice and the bed very comfortable. I wanted a recliner because of surgery recovery and this had two, which was great. The TV had cable and streaming services and the Wifi was strong. My husband had to work online for part of the trip and he didn't have any problems with using Zoom. As a bonus, it was close to really good restaurants (Twisted Grove, Grassroots, Andreoli Italian Deli to name a few), Fry's grocery store, and easy on/off to the freeway. For anyone traveling to and from Mayo, it was about 12 miles and took about 15 minutes -- very convenient. We didn't use the pool or grounds but they were nice. This complex is QUIET and I felt very safe here. I only needed the owner/manager's help before we got there but she was very personable and easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again.

It really felt like being at home. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The wifi was excellent for working remotely as well. Most importantly, the AC worked great when it was 115º outside! The condo is centrally located in Scottsdale and is surrounded by great restaurants within a few minutes' drive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This is an outstanding property! We rented for 1 week to serve as our "base of operations" for a trip to drop-off our daughter for her Freshman year at ASU in Tempe. The owner is a pleasure to work with. The property is fantastic: washer/dryer; modern kitchen stocked with every appliance you need; extremely comfortable beds; great living room layout and comfortable furniture; easy to use TVs & WiFi. The condo is quiet as it is on the top (2nd) floor; the covered car spot is at the immediate bottom of the entry stairs; and the trash disposal is only 20 yards away. Location in Scottsdale is so convenient: 22 mins to ASU; down the street from the wonderful town walking/biking paths; close to numerous restaurants (nearly all supporting take-out/physical distancing due to Covid-19); grocery stores and shopping also very close. We took a day-trip to Sedona, less than a 2-hour drive. And don't skip the short drive from the condo to see the sunset at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve! Highly recommend this wonderful property; we absolutely will book again on our next trip!

We stayed at the condo in June when it was 110 degrees and Arizona was on shutdown. The air conditioning worked great and there were 2 pools to choose from to relax in. The condo was very nicely decorated and I really liked the Arizona artwork. The beds were very comfortable. It was within 2 minutes of the 101, 2 blocks from a great pizza restaurant and cute shops. It was also within walking distance of the path around the lakes at McCormick Ranch. I would definitely stay there again.

This exceptional property is 5 stars. The furnishings, bed, linens, dishes are very high quality. The condo is clean and comfortable and true according to the pictures. We felt safe and the home is quiet. Julie is quick to respond to any questions or email. Great owner to deal with. We would definately stay here again.

My husband and I, along with our 2 year old son stayed at Julie's property this past February 2020 for a family vacation. Our stay was absolutely amazing. Julie made our stay very easy, ensuring that we were able to access the property on our check-in day. The condo was very clean, well-stocked with all our cooking needs and conveniently located to many attractions, restaurants and parks (for our little guy) within a short drive. We would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

My wife and I stayed 10 days and were very pleased with the condo, amenities, and location. We came on a visit and wanted to stay in a central Scottsdale location. This location put us close to old town as well as close to the north Scottsdale area. The condo has new furniture and many modern amenities. The VRBO information is accurate and correct. We would certainly stay again when we come back.

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays so we could be near family. It turned out to be our best decision for the holidays since it provided my family with our own commodious and restful place to stay at the end of the day. Julie was extremely responsive to our questions and the place was spotless. There was ample room in dressers and closets for our belongings and the beds felt very luxurious and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again for our next family reunion. Thank you Julie!

Unbelievable experience..I cannot put it in writing how beautiful this location was it was beyond our expectations as we have stayed in other locations before. I will never stay anywhere else when in Scottsdale but here. It was absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need plus more..Already made plans for next year. Julie who is the owner has been a sweetheart to talk to.
