My Fiance (now husband)and I found this adorable place to stay for our elopement. Turned out to be perfect. 5 out of 5

We had a great time on our first visit to the beautiful state of Maine! The weather was nice and we were able to get in a lot of hikes in Acadia National Park. This VRBO was a perfect location for us... away from the busy Bar Harbor area, but still close enough to explore Acadia and the downeast area. The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we wanted for our week-long stay. What an excellent trip!

We had the perfect stay. Great location, pristine interior, all the amenities we needed including beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, yard games and food/water bowls for our pup. My husband and I don’t typically sleep well on vacation due to poor mattress quality. This was not the case here, we slept like baby’s and so did our 3 and 6yr old!! We grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful yard and also had a fire and roasted some marshmallows. Highly recommend, we would absolutely return.

We had a great time, house was very clean and had everything we needed. We went into Acadia almost every day to hike, about 30 minute drive. We also hiked and explored the Schoodic Peninsula which is very close by and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from a 5 night stay and we could not be happier! We arrived about an hour early and the home was ready for our stay. Everything was wonderful, from the location to the rooms to the peace and quiet we were looking for. Tiffany was most helpful in helping me pull together a few activities to keep us busy during the day, and helped us navigate the wonderful places to eat. All In all it was simply perfect. Our daughter was delighted to have her "own room" and slept like a champ every night. Having stayed in a few different locations in and around Bar Harbor, this was far and away the best experience we have had. Thank you for the hospitality and we wish you continued success with your property!

The house was meticulous, comfortable and convenient. We wanted to go to Schoodic Peninsula, Acadia and Bar Harbor. All were easily accessible but we avoided crowds and noise back at the house as we wanted down time with nature and the chance to relax after multiple long hikes. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable with all of your basic needs included. I would highly recommend it, we would stay here again. Great hosts!

We stayed two weeks and had a very good time! The house is exceptional! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything! The host was very responsive and made sure to check in to ensure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay there again and recommended the property to family and friends!

Organized, Clean, Relaxed, Convenient, Allergy Free... This was our first time using VRBO and it did not disappoint. Tiffany and Richard are excellent hosts. They have thought of every comfort for a relaxed stay in their home - whether you are a family with young children or teen or anyone with allergies (like me) there are no worries. For us, it was truly comfortable, clean and I did not need asthma meds to sleep. The home was easy to keep clean with products and implements provided. I wish all of our away from home stays were like this one. Thank you Richard & Tiffany, we will be back again!

As a military family we have stayed in a lot of rentals while traveling, and this by far has been our favorite. It is super clean, everything looks brand new, the rental has everything you would need, even a drying rack for clothes! They literally thought of everything! The backyard is beautiful. The hosts were wonderful and had great communication. Would love to stay here again!

This was my third stay at this lovely home-away-from-home. Already planning my fall return. Inside and out, makes my DownEast visits cushy-comfy, spaciously cozy, relaxing and easy. Just THE BEST!

We loved this location as it was between Acadia/Bar Harbor and Acadia/Schoodic so we were able to explore both parks and areas just as easily. Ellsworth is only 15 mins away and makes for great options for getting food and supplies for the stay. The owners are fantastic and equipped the house with everything you need. Thank you!

1st off, the cleanliness is outstanding- top notch- the location was perfect- took about 45 min to get to the park, but an easy drive. Tidal falls is a nice surprise juts right across the street. Everything we needed was available and there. Tiffany also left an air mattress for us to use since we have a son and daughter who aren’t keen on sharing a room. Lol it was perfect and we wouldn’t even think of staying anywhere else!!

This house was immaculately clean and the owners have included every possible amenity. Relaxing and uncluttered. A great place for couples with a toddler or dog. About a 40-minute drive from Mount Desert Island and very near grocery and other shopping in Ellsworth.

Great place to stay about 40 minutes from busy Bar Harbor. It was nice to be away from the crowds. Easy communication with the renters. Easy check in and out.

Expectations were meet. Very clean and new. Well stocked with kitchen essentials including lobster pot. Centrally located to all our excursions. Would stay here again.

Tiffany’s place was just a great place and we were glad we found it. My wife & I enjoyed it along with our 5-month old baby girl and her two paw sisters. Close to nearby attractions, restaurants and most of all a Walmart. I would only suggest to have a better/bigger address (sign). We missed the entrance once or twice and hard to see at night. Please don’t take it as a negative for this place because it is not, only a suggestion. I highly recommend this place and we will surely rent again when we return to Maine. Great location to see both Acadia and Winter Harbor areas. Thoroughly enjoyed the firewood and pit after a long day of hiking. Extra plus was being pet friendly. Overall great experience!

The house was nice

Perfect little place, we truly felt at home. Plenty of space and well apportioned. The firepit was a really love touch. The location is a bit out of town. Which is good if you want to be separated from the crowds, but I personally got a little bored with the drive into Acadia.

We had an amazing time at Tiffany’s place. Everything is fresh and new, just as described on the site. The check in/out process was very easy and our host left a personalized note, plus a jar of jam and a bottle of spring water for our use- which were very thoughtful and useful as we were getting settled. We also brought our dog and she enjoyed her stay as well. The tiled floor throughout saved my sanity about scratched floors!!! The house is very close to Ellsworth to get groceries and food. And about 30-40 minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We also went to Winter Harbor and checked out the Schoodic point. It’s nice to come back to a peaceful place after a long day of hiking. I enjoyed the amenities and the house very much and will likely come back the next time we are in Maine!

This home is exactly what I look for when booking rentals for a vacation. It was very clean and included all the amenities. We were only a short drive from many of the beautiful sites Maine has to offer yet the home still had a private and secluded cabin feel. We received excellent communication from the property manager and check in and check out were a breeze.

This is a great house on beautiful grounds. It is impeccably clean and had everything our family needed.

We stayed 5 nights with our 2 small dogs. The owner, Tiffany who left dog bowls and cookies for them which was very nice surprise. We all enjoyed their beautiful house and yard very much. Our dog had a wonderful time running around the big yard. The house was just perfect for 4 of us! We drove to Acadia NP everyday, about 40 minutes to Hulls Cove Visitor Center and 30 minutes to an entrance to Schoodic. The both drive was very pleasant and many restaurants/cafes are on the way to the park. We had a chance to meet Tiffany who is super helpful and keep the house very nice! We strongly recommend to stay here if you bring dogs and would like to avoid large crowds.

Great stay for a week at Acadia. Much nicer than the crowds in Bar Harbor and there are good local places for dinner. Very dog friendly and a nice fire pit. We would book here again.
