We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo was great. The location was great. And the amenities were superb. If you are looking for somewhere to make memories as a family, this is the place to stay. The host was approachable and easy to work with. Hopefully we will be back next year.

The garbage disposal stopped working on the last night of our stay. I would recommend more bathroom towels, a normal size ironing board (that one does not stand up), and a mixer for the kitchen. Other than that everything was the perfect. Thanks so much.

Great property for our family gathering. There was a mix up with our reservation and the condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival but the host was very quick to rectify the problem resulting in no down time. Very responsive. Beautiful views and property. All of the furniture was new and gorgeous. Will stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Location is great. Everything we needed was close by. The condo has great amenities. We enjoyed them all. Larry was very quick to respond to our questions.

I wish I could give a full review of this property but we didn't get to stay here. This is the property we rented and the one we paid for but not the one we stayed in. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. to this property, after a 14 hour drive, to every bed covering having a stain of some sort. Every bed. The condo also smelled a bit musty. We call the property owner, who was very easy to get a hold of, and he said he could send a cleaning crew out or we could stay at his other property down the street. It already being a long day, having no place to go while they cleaned, we opted for the other location. Though the other location was fine (it was clean and smelled better), it wasn't where we wanted to be. We have been coming down to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for 10 years after every Christmas and know the area very well. I would have never rented our second location due to the bed configuration, location, and the beach view being obscured by the hotel next door. The property owner didn't reach out later in our stay or make an effort to make the situation right besides giving us, in our opinion, a step down property. The Phoenix Orange Beach is our favorite place to stay and I am sure once the issues with this property are handled it would be a great place to stay. The lack of making the situation right (with compensation or even a check-in) by the owner rubbed us the wrong way.

Clean, neat, and enough room for whole family. Awesome week at the beach! Great property and owners were easily accessible if needed. Would definitely recommend this property. Hope to stay there again!

Great for family

Gorgeous condo with equally spectacular views of the gulf. We enjoyed the brilliant sunrises & sunsets on beautiful & super comfortable patio furniture that accommodated our family. I will book again it’s a very nice Condo. Everything was updated, clean, beds sleep good, and everything you need is in walking distance.

Views were gorgeous with nice patio furniture to enjoy the views. The pool and bedroom layout was perfect for our family and extended family. Very few bathroom towels and minimal extras that you may need. You have to bring and purchase everything you may need for the week.

Clean condo, with gorgeous view! Beds & pillows were comfortable, bathrooms generously sized. Had anything you'd need to work with in the kitchen; plus games & books for you to use during your stay. Cozy couches and chairs. Reached out to the owner about an issue we were having and it was remedied within the HOUR! That is an A+ all the way around in my book!

Beautiful condo…. Location is perfect. The owner was very helpful. Beds were comfy. Balcony furniture was very nice and enough seating for us to enjoy the outstanding views.

We were all so impressed from the moment we walked in the door. Beautiful ceiling-to-floor windows with impeccable views from the corner unit. Large balcony and spacious rooms were all decorated with very soothing colors / decor and super comfy furniture. One week was definitely not enough! We didn’t want to leave! I’d also like to give a shout out to the super sweet and attentive property manager. Thank you so much for all your help and for making our stay perfect. ❤️

This is a beautiful condo. It had everything that we needed. The view is specatacular. You can see out to the ocean and all the way along the beachline. There is comfortable seating on the balcony for everyone, and comfortable seating inside as well. It was easy to get anywhere we needed, lots of shops nearby if you need anything. The unit was very clean and the host was very responsive to a couple of issues we found--none of which impeded our enjoyment of our stay. I would highly recommend.

The weather was not very cooperative the week we stayed. Lots of rain and storms. Double red flag days! Only 2 sunny beach days. But, the condo was wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed it....

This condo is beautifully furnished and has a wonderful setup with 2 beds in each room other than the master and this makes for comfortable sleeping for all! The end unit keeps a steady breeze on the balcony and the balcony furnishing is real furniture - not plastic junk. There are nice extras like a large refrigerator and a separate ice maker, too. Just for a note to prepare for packing - the mattresses and pillows are high end, but very firm. That is not a negative in any way - I only post so that someone coming might know to bring softer and squishy pillows from home if that is your thing!!😊. The condo was so convenient to stores and restaurants that we walked almost everywhere we went.

Easy, convient and very nice

This was a beautiful property!! You cannot beat the views when you wake up and see the ocean there. We had to call Larry for a quick hiccup when our door didn't open (but we were in the wrong building) and he was urgent, professional and very empathic. The property comfortably fits 10 adult ladies. Such a good time!

The condo was clean, pretty and well kept. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. Having 6 queen size beds and 1 king bed was amazing.

The property is what you see in the website. It is spacious with plenty of room for my family of six to stretch out. Communication was excellent. Once I booked the condo a message was sent from the owner with all of.thw details for our stay with lock code, wifi password, etc. The only thing that needs to be done is the living room furniture needs a good steam cleaning. Don't get me wrong they have very nice, high quality furnishings that just like at home you have to clean. I would definitely book again.

Second year have stayed and continue to enjoy the property and location.

Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. One of nicest condos I have stayed at in the gulf. The owner, Larry, was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely would recommend it.

Our stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend this condo. I was traveling with a group of 6 other adults and to find a condo that has multiple rooms with queen beds instead bunks or small beds was not an easy task. This listing was perfect for us. The view is SPECTACULAR. We sat for hours on the balcony in the comfy furniture looking out at the water. We were even able to spot pods of dolphins as well as devil rays playing in the waves. The lazy river was also a relaxing feature. Plenty of tubes for everyone. The convenient location to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops was great too. We went across the street to Publix and Walmart and when we got back with our groceries we were able to use one one the carts that are provided at the condo to take them up to the 18 floor. I would also highly recommend Moes BBQ across the street. When on vacation we rarely eat at the same place twice but Moe's was worth the 2nd visit. I would give this condo a 10 out of 10 and I would stay here again.

This condo was exactly as pictured! It had everything we could ask for inside when it comes to appliances, kitchen gadgets, bedroom and bathroom setup, etc. The views were 100% the best and the location right across the street from grocery, food and shopping was great. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back!
