House seemed bigger than expected. Spacious. Loved the front porch!

This house was perfect for the 12 of us. Close to the ark which was part of the reason for the trip! Good location to do a short walk in the neighborhood. Made our meals for breakfast and lunch. Had enough chairs as well for the 12 of us as well for our meals. Very clean and they are very organized and stay in contact if needed!

House was very clean, beds were comfortable, coffee supplies was so kind, very close to The Ark. Indeed very spacious. Our family of 10 loved it. There was room for even more people.

Five minutes to Ark Encounter, accommodations were perfect! Definitely would stay here again. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 10 teenagers.

8 of us from a church in FL came for a conference and visit at the Ark Encounter. It was very close to our event, the house was very roomy for all of us to have a comfortable stay. We loved it and want to come back next year!

Very nice place. Very close to the Ark and lots of room for our large group. Appliances were nice and new.

We had a group of 16 adults, teenagers, and one child, and this was probably the best house I have booked on a reward trip. Of course we had to arrange rooms and sides of the house, but it was so spacious, we had no problems fitting the group inside. We were able to spread out throughout the house, we were all able to sit in the living room to hang out. Double washer and dryer was very nice for washing clothes, as well as a kitchen with at least all the utensils we needed. The front yard is fairly small, but the road in front of the house isn't too busy. Also, if you pull a trailer, be careful about pulling into the driveway, it's pretty narrow and steep enough grade that your trailer could rub. As far as location, for those who wish the visit the Ark Encounter (highly recommended), it is only five minutes away, and there is an amazing Mexican restaurant very close by. The town is just up the road, and though we didn't visit it, it does look like a nice place to walk. There is also the Williamstown lake. It could have just been a not-so-great experience, but I would not recommend swimming. As someone who grew up swimming at lakes, we swam next to the Williamstown Marina and the water was very dirty. For those who wish to visit churches while on vacation, if you're willing to make the hour drive, visit Clay Mills Baptist Church, outside of Lexington. It is well worth the drive.

We loved the home. It was very spacious and clean. It is perfectly located next to the Ark Encounter and a convenient drive to Creation Museum. A great place to relax on a family vacation. Great communication with the host. Overall, very pleased. Recommend.

It was prefect for our family

Cleanliness and good beds are important to me. Checked both of those boxes. Upon arrival, a few minutes before 4pm, cleaning super was there ensuring that a new cleaner did a good job. She was so nice and helpful and offered to leave immediately if we wanted that. Entire place was very clean. Location is minutes from Ark, and the front porch is perfect for hanging out and visiting. This is the perfect property for a large group visiting the Ark.

Very clean. Easy to find. Everything we needed. It was late when we got there and did not have time to stop for coffee to drink the next morning….it was there waiting for us!! Those little touches make a huge impact!! We really appreciated all they offered.

After Covid, we had a family vacation to Kentucky. We visited Noah's Ark and the Creation Museum. They were very convenient to our rental. The place was perfect for our vacation. Thanks we look forward to seeing you again.

I loved the home! It was spacious and clean. Jeremiah was easy to reach and communicate with us. Super host! The only thing i felt could be changed were the dishes, I just prefer not to use plastic plates.

We rented the property for our family on a trip to the ark. It is a very convenient location to the ark. The property is roomy and very clean. They do a very good job of keeping supplies stocked for you also. Plenty of tp, paper towels, soap, shampoo and coffee. ( That made it nice). We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the property.

We stayed in this house while visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and had all the space we needed, with six adults and six children, ages one to 13. The living room had plenty of space for all of us, and enough dining area for all. The three full bathrooms were great! And the bedroom layout worked perfect for us. The gas grill was in good shape and they even had a spare gas tank in case we needed it. The laundry room was great and they even furnished the soap. There was plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, and even some extra items you might need. We recommend this house and would rent it again if we go back.

The house accommodated our family of 14 very well. Lots of space, enough sitting room for everyone. It was clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Would recommend this house for a family vacation.

The house is a great space for groups. It is the perfect location to the Ark Encounter. It had everything we needed. My only complaint (and it is a big one to me) is that it was not clean. The back trash was overflowing when we got there, the bathroom sinks and mirrors hadn’t been cleaned, the floors were so dirty that our socks were black from walking around, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the drier was full of towels and sheets that hadn’t been put away... All of that to say, I contacted the property owners who were responsive, apologized for the inconvenience, looked into the issue (which was a new cleaning person at the company and it was their first day) and refunded us our cleaning fee. It was a bummer that the house wasn’t clean but I appreciate how the owners were responsive and took action to solve the issue. Hopefully this won’t be an issue for anyone in the future because it really is a great property!

St James was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very modern and clean. Very easy t locate property and when we called the host about propane tank empty and a missing coffee pot the situation was taken care of within an hour. We were a group of 14 and had more than adequate room for all of us. The children absolutely loved the home with plenty of beds for all of us in the 5 bedrooms. Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

This was a great place for our group of 17 (8 adults and 9 kids ages 5 and under)-especially the 3 bathrooms. There are many items in the house that wasn’t listed on the amenities description including: blender, rice maker, crock pot, pack n play, 2 extra twin beds, a grill (which had no propane), enough parking space for 4-5 large vehicles, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom and room darkening curtains in most of the bedrooms. There is a train that runs constantly near by but wasn’t loud enough to bother. The front porch was amazing with all the gliders and there was plenty of seating throughout the rest of the house. I definitely recommend!

Super clean and updated, this family friendly home is in a perfect location for a visit to the Ark! My husband and I brought our grandchildren along with my sister and her kids for a visit to the Ark and Cinncinati Zoo. This location was optimal. The Ark is less than 2 miles, while the Zoo was a short scoot up the interstate. Quaint towns close by and a great meal at the local Mexican restaurant. The layout of the house was exceptional for our large family group with multiple kids. Rooms were all very spacious and furnished without feeling cramped. The large laundry made our return home with clean clothes a dream! Can't say enough about how kind and helpful the owners as well as the whole town seemed!

This property provided plenty of space for 4 adults and 10 children of various ages. The sleeping arrangements and 3 full bathrooms allowed us all the privacy we needed. The 3 tables also provided enough seating for everyone to dine at a table. The hard floors throughout the common areas and the lack of breakable decor made the space child-friendly. The only problem we encountered was that the propane tank on the gas grill was empty. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would come again.
