We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday with a large party. The house was perfect. The owner thought of everything and made it super easy to find everything. The owner was responsive, easy to work with, and flexible! We can't recommend this place enough, and to top it all off, the location is perfect!

Spacious beautiful house and I loved the kitchen. We had a friends’ thanksgiving getaway and we cooked a lot and what a great gift to have everything you can think of in your kitchen.

Alternate my friends really enjoyed their stay at this very big house. Everyone has their own bed. The house is centrally located for Southlake Tahoe activities. The neighborhood is very quiet. The hot tub is awesome. The owner was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely read it again for groups.

The Chalet was as advertised and perfectly accommodated a group of guys for our 3 day golf trip. Location was perfect for our weekend events. The hot tub was easy to use and a welcomed amenity after running around all day. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to stay for a weekend in Tahoe to consider the property.

The only thing was the dinning room table. Would have liked a smooth surface. We play a lot of games.

The only thing we should mention was both bottles of gas for the grill were empty and the grill needed a cleaning. Well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time with our family and close friends at this place. Loved the different spaces for everyone to hang out in. The boys played their video games upstairs, the girls hung out in the nice cool bottom floor, the adults hung out in the main middle area, we hooked up to our Netflix, we cooked and bbqd, drank some good wine (there is a wine fridge!) and made our own cocktails. Would totally come back again! Couple of tips; bring your own beach towels if you are going to the lake areas, and bring mosquito repellent! There was a blender and crock pot, decent knives and pots and pans. Pretty much a full kitchen with utensils, and bowls etc.. They are having the air vent over the stove fixed, and the toilet paper roll in the master bedroom fixed, (super cool shower with two shower heads!) There was a lot of odd pine tree pollen? for us in early July.. not a deal breaker since all our people with allergies didn’t seem affected by it.. The property manager was really responsive and helped with the things we messaged about. Can’t beat the quality time of staying all together and hanging out. Also loved the pool table! Family gathering for 16, ranging in age from 5-85. House was lovely and well stocked. Owner was quick to communicate and resolved an issue with the hot tub quickly. Would highly recommend!

Would highly recommend. Everything is exactly as listed. Two minor issues with the property: - the hot tub was locked at 90-something degrees. It wasn't straight forward to override these settings so we had to reach out to management. - The top floor doesn't get much heat. Its fine for adults but we had some infants in cribs up there and it was far too cold for them. We had to move the infants to the lower floors. Otherwise the place was great :)

Great property for our annual boys ski trip of 9 persons. Very spacious w individual beds for everyone. I think there were 10 beds, possible more than the description. Helen, our property manger, was very responsive to any issue and showed concerned for us during a significant snow event. We’d definitely return if staying in South Lake Tahoe.

Came here with family to enjoy the winter season. Space was great for large families with kids. Management was quick with communication. House was clean and as pictured. Just a heads up management closely monitors property with cameras and noise monitors to ensure none of the rules are violated.

The house was beautiful close to everything you need and plenty of room to enjoy your family great times and memories. The host and owner were very accommodating. And worked with us on check-in time and checkout time due to severe weather. Greatly appreciated.

Great spacious home. Kitchen is very well stocked with cookware. We only enjoyed it for one night because a big snowstorm was coming. If we return to Lake Tahoe will definitely stay here again.

We celebrated my grandparents’ 80th birthdays by staying a weekend with the whole extended family. We were 13 adults, 1 child and 2 babies. Perfect size house for all of us. Three levels made for ease of napping babies and still having a common area for everyone to cook and talk. Backyard was fun for the 5 year old to make snowmen and play in the snow. Quick drive to town and Heavenly gondolas! Would definitely stay again.

My family had the best time in this home! The host was so helpful and quick to respond to questions I had. The home is very well stocked with cookware to make holiday cooking/baking away from home a breeze. The location is so close to activities that the whole family can enjoy. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. The layout was great for family game night. It really was the perfect home away from home for the holidays!

What a spacious yet cozy home! We rented the house in mid-November and enjoyed the Jacuzzi outside in the snow. The house was clean and our children enjoyed staying in their own bedroom/playroom at the loft level. The pool table was also a big hit with the guys. We will definitely return!

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was once again amazing! The house was well stocked, clean and big enough to accommodate everyone. Everytime I had a question I got an immediate response which was fantastic. I recommend this place hands down. Also very close to downtown and the casinos as well. Can't wait to go back!

This home was beautiful and it accommodate my family perfectly. It was 11 of us plus two babies and my 7 year old niece. We just wanted to enjoy Tahoe and have family time and this space allowed us to do that. Everything that we needed was there. The host was great especially with responding to our needs, (which wasn’t many) I recommended this place if you have a large group. Hopefully we can return soon.

This house was perfect! It is in a great location and absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. Highly recommended!

Pros: 1. Overall nice home and property, very clean and inviting 2. Easy check-in and check-out. Cons: 1. AC only on middle level (kitchen, dining & living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Bottom floor very comfortable, no need for AC. Loft/3rd level very warm and no AC; ceiling fans only. 2. Lighting inadequate for board game playing and reading, etc.; this includes living room and all bedrooms, as well as loft area where billiard table is.

We had 10 adults and 6 kids staying at this beautiful house for My husbands 40th. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill in the backyard. Quick drive to the beach. We will be coming back soon.

This home is the best! Chris is a fabulous communicator. The estate is perfect for large families & reunions. We had 7 grand babies and 8 adults and it was a perfect space for every one of our needs. We highly recommend this property.

We truly enjoyed this spacious rental home! Open floor plan ideal for large families or groups. Good seating around TV and pool table in loft area provided additional entertainment and ample room to gather. Well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen essentials. Double full-size washer and dryer was nice surprise. Deck, grill and hot tub perfect for outdoor gatherings. Great sleeping accommodations, and location is central and convenient! We would definitely rent again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as amazing this time as the first. Their communication is excellent! We will be back for sure!

From the moment you walk through the door it is obvious the pride that’s taken by the owner of this property. Home is well decorated and furnished and by far the most impressively stocked kitchen I have ever rented for vacation. Our use of the hot tub was not possible however owner was very accommodative to this. Beds were comfortable with ample linen as well as spare toiletries. My group had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to rebook this location.

Relaxing, cozy and well-stocked home. Great location and communication with manager. We loved our stay.

My entire family enjoyed every moment in this home. The property manager was available for any question, and all accommodations were perfect. Basement was a little chilly, but perfect for those who enjoy sleeping in the cold.

Our annual ski trip for 8 men (50's and 60's) used this location this year. We enjoyed our stay. Each person had their own regular bed and the kitchen was nicely equipped for preparing meals. Nicely located minutes from Heavenly and not far from Kirkwood. Very good communication with the host for questions.

The host was very responsive to any question that we had! My family had a great time and would highly recommend them to any friends and family for their next Tahoe trip :)
