Everything was perfect in this lovely house in a quiet little neighborhood with gorgeous views. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the quiet view from all the seating areas. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough if we chose to be there. We will be returning.

Spent a few days at this beautiful property over the holidays to be near family. The home was comfortable and nicely decorated with plenty of thoughtful amenities. The view from the home was awesome, especially at night. The dock was a favorite and was beautifully lit in the evening. Terry, our host was amazing. During our stay there were very frigid temps, which ended up freezing some pipes. Terry made a special trip to the property (on Christmas Eve) to fix the problem by installing a heater in the well area. We were so appreciative of his kindness! All in all it was the perfect home for our family and dogs! Close to local stores and restaurants in a quaint little neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

Great home, loved the open floor plan leading out to the property on the lake. Completely furnished with top quality bedding and towels. We will return wherever visiting family in the area. Terry was also a true pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating for our needs.

The accommodations and location cannot be beat! We had a wonderful stay and took advantage of the beautiful outdoor amenities as much as possible, including a kayaking trip out on the lake. The host was great to work and communicate with. We will be back!

The was our first time renting via VRBO. The owner was extremely helpful in the process and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Five stars all the way! The place is great and in a fantastic location near everything. It had a nice dock for swimming and just sitting having a morning coffee or evening beverage!

The house was clean and had a great view of the lake from inside and outside. The neighborhood is nice and the cove was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding. We plan on booking it again next year!

Very nice house. Very easy to check in with security code. House looks like it was JUST remodeled! Wall switches are labeled for their function, which is very thoughtful. A nice local guide is included with the house. Beautiful new dock with seating and docking hooks so we could dock a boat we had rented for two days there. Firepit as well. Had a great time!

My family and I had a great stay on Lake Norman. The house and property is updated and well cared for. Fully stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. We spent a lot of time on the deck and on the dock. My husband and son enjoyed the downtime fishing. It was pretty cold some of the days so I'm sure we would've taken advantage of the paddle boards and kayaks had the weather been warmer. The house is centrally located and only about a 30 mins drive from Downtown Charlotte. The surrounding suburbs, Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville, all had cute downtowns and really good places to eat (Davidson: Kindred and Pickled Beach, Cornelius: Barrel & Fork and Ositos, Mooresville: Alinos Pizza and Eddie's on Lake Norman were some our favorites). Terry was an attentive host and a great communicator. The house was ready an hour earlier than our check in time and he texted me to say that we could arrive sooner. We look forward to returning to the Lake Norman again in the future.

Weather was wonderful and we enjoyed the outdoor patios, decks and docks for relaxing . Perfect place our family to gather for a significant occasion.

The house pictures are very accurate. House was completely clean and all supplies needed were available. Location was very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very easy access to lake. Owner was available and assisted very quickly. Would highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a fantastic house on the lake. Will definitely be returning soon.

Well updated and extremely clean vacation home. Easy walk to the lake with a well maintained dock. Loved that they allowed us to also bring our fur babies. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Myself, husband and dog absolutely LOVED this property. The house is amazing and in such a great location right on the water. Terry was fantastic and very responsive!! The house is fully equipped with anything and everything needed for a perfect vacation/getaway. We loved the fire pit at night and being right on the water to fish off the dock. Great breweries in the area were great for my husband and mant great food options. Thanks for having us!

What a great house! Super clean, an open and welcoming floor plan, beautiful new bathrooms, and a fantastic backyard and dock. The house is in a quiet cove but very close to Publix, restaurants, and shops. The owner is easy to reach with answers to any questions.

This home was GREAT and provided us with everything we could have asked for or needed for a memorable family vacation. It was super clean, well stocked and wonderful location. Great shopping options were just minutes away, but while at the lake house, you were in a beautiful serene setting - the best of both worlds! We had such a good time at Terry’s place. It is a perfect setup, right on the lake in a quiet cove. Lots of fun stuff to do, loved kayaking, and so close to town for supplies and take out. We look forward to coming back again, thanks Terry!

Had a wonderful week. The property is beautiful, with a gentle slope down to lake with private dock. Open air design if first floor lends to feeling you are one with the lake. Sandy entrance to the water directly from the dock ensures swimming for all levels. Great place!

Great house, good location on the lake- 4th of July fireworks were incredible right in the cove. 100% will stay here again- it was the best week!

We wanted a beautiful lake house stay, with some space, swimming, a great dock, fire pit and that is exactly what we got. Our host made everything easy and the property was exactly as we expected if not better. Great location, lovely house couldn't ask for anything more. We will be back!
