We had such a great family vacation at Lake Murray, and this lovely home was a huge part of that. The convenience of a boat ramp and dock was a big bonus so we could bring our boat and easily get it in the water. We loved having paddleboards and noodles to have fun in the water. And everything in the house we clean, convenient, and labeled so it was easy to find what we needed. And everything we could possibly need was there! It was so comfortable too, and perfect for our family!

This property is located in a quiet cove. The boat launch for our fishing boat was the easiest we ever had. The house itself was wonderful; spacious, clean and comfortable with a lot of little extras that made it more special. When we needed to reach out to the owners they responded promptly. We loved staying here and would go back

Another summer lake vacation at our favorite lake house for my family was an absolute success! The views from the back yard & dock are breath taking. The house was spotless and accommodated everything we needed and more. The dock, boat ramp, and big back porch is such a big plus for us. We love to swim and go boating right from the dock. My two girls loved the big connect four game and my new favorite was the string lights in the back yard. How host was very friendly and on point with any questions we had.
It's always hard for us to leave at the end of the week.
I highly recommend the house and we will be staying again next summer.

We had an awesome stay at this rental! This scour 5th year coming to lake Murray and definitely one of our favorite properties. The house is clean and very well organized with everything you would ever need plus some. The host has meticulously labeled everything so it’s very easy to find things…even light switches! Lots of games for night time fun. My kids loved swimming off dock and fishing. We brought a small boat and really liked being able to use boat ramp. Great views from the house and back deck. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to comin back!

We've enjoyed staying at this location previously and we certainly did again. Inside and outside this place is great for everyone young and old. Well supplied, clean, spacious and comfortable are only a few words to describe this home which is located near Chapin on a lovely quiet cove. We look forward to returning soon.

Really enjoyed our stay. The boat ramp and dock were fantastic for our bass boat, so convenient. Property was very clean, great layout, beautiful lake views and lots of wildlife to enjoy. Had everything one would need to feel right at home. Fran was very accessible if needed even though we had no issues. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful long weekend get away! This property was very clean and well stocked not only in the kitchen, but has items to use in the lake. The kids really enjoyed the paddle board!! Extra beach towels was helpful for us not to have to pack so much stuff. We are hoping to return next year!

My family and I absolutely had a wonderful stay, again. We love the layout of the house, backyard, and new dock. Cove is quiet and perfect for my two young daughters to swim and paddleboard. Boat ramp in yard is a plus for us too.

We had a wonderful stay at Fran’s. The house was fully stocked and in a perfect location. We had some trouble with the fridge and Fran was so responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend the home and would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic time! The property is set at the end of a cove which is quite and beautiful. It has a new dock and the house has a wonderful view of the lake side. Ceiling to floor windows. Rooms were very nice. Our family had a great time here. We will be back someday.

We had a great time at this wonderful lake house! It is on a cove, very private, has its own boat ramp and new dock. The outdoor space was great and the house was very clean and well stocked. Fran was a great hostess.

We also stayed in this home in 2022. Fran is most pleasant to work with; the home is as promoted with a lovely lake view from the end of a cove. This now makes two memorable vacations to Lake Murray and Chapin area and we look forward to a few more in the years ahead. Coming from the Midwest we are discovering that SC is beautiful in April and this home along with its hostess make our time doubly memorable. Thank you for allowing us time in your lake home.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this wonderful home on the water at Lake Murray. The wooded landscaping and the beautiful view of the water were visible through large windows throughout the house. My grandkids loved the pool table and ping pong table. I like to cook and was impressed by the top of the line knives and Breville oven. My 95 year old mother was able to visit snd the large open sitting area was perfect for her to watch her great grandkids

We had our three grandkids with us, ages 8, 6, and 4. The accommodations inside and out were exactly as described. Kids had a wonderful time with the outside space for games, ping pong, pool table and sleeping arrangements. The numerous deer and boat rides we enjoyed made the week very special indeed. THE BEST AROUND!
This home was THE perfect place to take our kids and grandchildren for a little get a way. The location on Lake Murray was a secluded cove where we got to swim, paddle board and fish all within steps of the house. The house was pristine, comfortable and every amenity was provided. I struggle to find an adjective that describes just how great this property and how great Fran was to deal with. She has thought of everything, the Hilton could take lessons from her. Convenance, as boater location to the dock, having a great ramp, location to food and bomb island. You couldn’t find a better place.

8th annual girls getaway trip
This property was amazing! The house was the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. They had everything you could possibly need and everything was labeled. We so enjoyed the lake, floating around in our floats. Good resteraunts and shopping near by. Would definatley recommend this place to all!!J. Younglund

Stress free GREAT vacation
We had a great vacation. The house & property are comfortable and full of extras to make your stay enjoyable. We loved being in a cove right off the busier water. Fran is an excellent host…so easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions. Wish I was still there!!!

Perfect
Beautiful home in the best location, perfect for a family get away. The boat ramp and dock were just right for my 24’ boat. The fishing on lake Murray was excellent for striped bass. The location is protected so my kids enjoyed swimming and my boat enjoyed resting on the dock without any wakes. The outdoor space is well set up with every amenity you need. The owners are very responsive and will take care of anything you may need to enjoy your stay. I didn’t want to write a review because I want to keep this a secret. We love this place so much that we will return year after year as long as the owners are willing to share.

Nice location and property
Really nice location and property, quiet cove and neighborhood, having a boat ramp on property was fantastic. Home was well equipped though the weather was so nice very little time was indoors. Very relaxing, great hearing church bells each day. We look forward to returning again.

Great Place
Excellent home,location, and owner. Home was impeccably clean and well equipped. Three of us stayed five days and had a great time. We were there to fish in a tournament and the homes location and that it had a private ramp and dock in a protected cove was wonderful.

The Perfect Getaway
Fran couldn't have been a more gracious and accommodating host. She was very proactive and flexible when we had challenges with our travel arrangements. The house was perfect, really comfortable beds, everything labeled, and not a spec of dust. Plenty of water toys to use and a perfect spot right on the water!

We rent through VRBO all the time and this is the cleanest, most organized place we have rented! Not only is it beautiful and spacious but the owners have thought of and provided everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this property!
