We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous beach house directly on Holmes Beach. The house has everything you need and more, with all the comforts of home but in such a beautiful setting. The neighborhood was great with stores very close by, along with excellent restaurants within a short drive. The host, Dave, was super nice to deal with and easily accessible. Thank you again Dave, we had such a great time and hope to vacation with you again soon!

This is our second stay here and was even better than the first time. Such a beautiful house and the location is ideal for walking to the shops or to the local restaurants especially the beach cafe for pancakes or sunset Pina Coladas. We very much appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need.

All week during our stay we said, “This place is incredible.” The sofas & beds COMFY, fans for each room for those who wanted, kitchen well stocked, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, all you could need. The temperature of the outdoor shower was PERFECT. Then, we move outside and the decks and patio were GORGEOUS! Literally, steps from the beach and so close to the water. It was perfect, even BETTER than the pictures do it justice. David was so easy to communicate with and we are thankful for being able to stay at such a sweet spot.

This place is a beautiful beachfront tiny slice of heaven. With its glorious ocean views & peaceful sounds of the crashing waves, especially at night, you will find yourself feeling stress free and tranquil in no time. It is hands down the cleanest and most organized place I have ever rented (and I am a clean, organize and sanitize queen (lol) and I was impressed and very pleased upon arrival. It comes equipped with mostly all of your needs and if there is something you do need it’s location is prime and within walking distance of a few places you can get what you need in no time. (As well as in walking distance to one of the best breakfasts on the island….(I highly recommend La Creperie). David is a wonderful host who was very kind, attentive, informative and quick to respond to any questions I had. All of these reasons and more are the reason it’s our second year renting this place and why we will be back again next year. Thank you again David! :)

We’ve vacationed at AMI before however never in this exact area. Great location, very relaxed beach area, right next to Publix, Walgreens, and a host of restaurants. Comfortable house, good supply of small items such as trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. We did experience a hiccup at check in, but David was super responsive and smoothed things out quickly. We would certainly stay here again.

The house is amazing. The beach is clean and not as crowded as other beaches around us. The stairs are wide and very sturdy! There are groceries and pharmacies very close. The top floor gets warm, as a top floor would. We just loved it here♥️ And David is so friendly and helpful!

The family and I stayed here for a week. Its just a gorgeous view. If you want to just hang on the beach this is the place for you. The kitchen is well stocked and overall home is very comfortable. I most definitely will be returning.

Our family absolutely LOVES this house. The location is perfect! Walk outside the door and you are on the beach…literally. Beach chairs, umbrellas, corn hole and other beach necessities are provided which makes packing so much easier. The owner David is always quick to respond. We stay here every year and I cannot imagine a better place to spend our summer vacation!

There are not enough stars to rate how wonderful this place was. I have stayed at many rentals and this one tops them all. They have every thing you need and more. kitchen is fully equipped, the house is very clean., and the pictures do not lie. The owner was wonderful to communicate with, he sent me a message on the day, and told me we could check in early . The owner response within minutes.. This is a must day, and I already booked it for next year, thank you again, David.

This beach trip was amazing! The house is beautifully maintained, and David, the owner, was extremely helpful. My family and I take an annual beach trip each year, and we have been searching for the perfect home! Look no further, this is it. Convenient to restaurants and Publix,too.The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and it is located directly on the gulf. We look forward to coming back next year !

My family enjoyed a week at David’s spacious beach house with direct access to lovely Holmes Beach. We spent most of the week enjoying the excellent location and we barely left the property other than to swim and go for walks on the beach. When we needed to go to a store or out for take-out, we appreciated the easy walk to a variety of shops. A new, authentic French creperie has recently opened nearby, and it’s a nice breakfast or lunch option a short walk from the house. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, David! We especially appreciated the bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival.

This home is incredibly perfect in so many ways. The furniture was nice and comfortable, very clean as well as everything else in the home. The views are magical from anywhere in the house. Access to the beach is easy, and has everything you'll need to enjoy the day. Location was great, we enjoyed both eating out and cooking some nights to enjoy the sunset. We will definitely be back! David is very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed! I couldn't ask for more!

This is a beautiful home with grand views of the Gulf. Walking distance to Publix, CVS and some restaurants. For people who struggle with stairs- there is one flight to get to the main living area and another to get to the master bedroom suite- This was not an issue for us but might be for others. Owner available and pleasant. Can only think of good things to say about this rental.

We enjoyed every minute of our 2 week stay. The home is gorgeous and offers amazing views of the beach and sunsets. We loved being centrally located on the island and it was an easy walk to the free shuttle. The home had everything we needed and to enjoy our stay. The only disappointment was having to leave. David was very responsive to any of our questions and provided great tips to enjoy our trip. We hope to return.

This was a really nice house with beautiful views. Home was well stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. Vrbo failed to attach the check-in information but a text to the owner and it was quickly resolved. Many steps in this home which was a little difficult on these old knees, but worth it for the privacy and views from the master bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay - especially the third floor balcony area where the beach view in both directions went on for miles!

This property was in good shape and well supplied. A couple of minor issues were handled very quickly by Dave. We are an older couple so the stairs up to the main living area & stairs again up to the master gave us a bit of a workout. We felt the mast king bed is due for a new mattress/box spring. We loved the furnishings, the very short walk to the beach right behind the house and it's proximity to restaurants & entertainment. We would stay here again if we return.

This is a great place to stay on AMI. we’ve been visiting Ami for 5 years now and this was our favorite location. Even though it was cold rainy and stormy on our trip we loved the beach and watching the Gulf change each day. The house had everything we needed. Although age/wear and tear is beginning to show, this had no impact on the absolute fabulousness of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful week, excellent hospitality and our fave vacay ever!

Property was better than expected based on the photos. Beach is literally right there. Incredible amount of beach toys and chairs. Host was incredibly accommodating for our super special request. This was an incredible 2 weeks for our family. My wife and I will never forget it. Everything was perfect for our needs. The owner suggested some restaurants and while it is pricey the Beach Bistro was a major hit. Best food experience we’ve ever had. Ended up going twice. If you aren’t put off by the $150 or so per person, it’s a must on your stay. Not a single bad thing to say. Photos and description of the property undersell how amazing it is. This is the place to stay on Anna Maria.

What’s not to love?! Breathtaking sunsets, glorious balcony views, immaculate well stocked house with very tasteful decor. Quiet white sand beach, steps from the sea. Master bedroom and huge bathroom is the top floor with a large walk in closet hosting a spare single bed. V helpful host with great communication. Ideally located with v short drive to Publix grocery store and delicious Mexican and Chinese takeaways next to Walgreens. (Walking distance if needed). We ended up dining in most evenings as the house was just so divine and kitchen is very well equipped. Ideally situated midway on AMI - we hired bikes (only $35 a week from Beach Rentals!) to explore the island further. Saw dolphins from the balcony numerous times and I had 5 dolphins swim around my paddleboard right in front of the house much to my delight. Recommend the Anna Maria history museum on Pine Avenue- v friendly staff . Our teenagers loved the water park at Tampa (low season lack of queues a real bonus!). Rod & Reel on north of the island for fantastic low key fresh fish dining with a view, - great for lunch. Also Paradise Boat tours from Bradenton pier. And for those who just want to chillax on the beach then look no further- book! This was a special holiday for us travelling from the UK, and we were just delighted with the house and all it had to offer. The most peaceful holiday and a glorious 11 nights in heaven.

We absolutely loved staying here! The views are incredible from all three levels. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and private beach area in the backyard. Everything you would need is provided-chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. The host was so easy to communicate with, responsive to questions, gave great restaurant recommendations and left us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy with our sunset the first night. We will definitely be back again soon!

We had an incredible trip to AMI. David's property is wonderful, well appointed. It had everything we needed - not having to bring beach towels was excellent. It was the perfect location on the island. It was exactly as listed. We made lots of unforgettable memories. We will be back!

The house was amazing! Went with another family and there was enough space for everyone. Very clean and spacious, and the walk to the beach felt like two steps and you were there, Truly right in the backyard! Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, and games were provided which helped out a lot! Highly recommend everyone was happy and satisfied, no complaints!

I will make this short and sweet... Rent this house! By far the best house to rent on Anna Maria Island! David is a terrific host and a pleasure to work with. The location is perfect and the ocean views throughout the house are to die for! You will wake up each morning to the sound of the ocean and think you've died and gone to heaven. The house is beautiful both inside and out. Trust me, stop looking and rent this house now. I promise you'll thank me later for this review.

We had a wonderful stay at 3104 Ave F. The home is beautiful with ample outdoor space for dining and observing. The beach house is mere steps from the white sand beaches and blue gulf coast waters. The master bedroom has a fabulous view of the beach and water.

We rented the property based off previous reviews. Let me tell you, this property doesn’t disappoint! It’s BETTER than described. My husband and two kids (12 & 16) were thrilled when we first walked into the home. It’s beautiful. The decor is up to date and tasteful. The appliances, furniture, kitchen and home accessories are all in great working order and are all fairly new. A few things stood out for us. First, David the homeowner didn’t miss a thing!! He was very responsive and checked on us upon arrival and again when leaving. I’ve rented several beach homes and this one, by far, had everything you could possibly need and then some. The home included wood for your first use of the firepit and marshmallow sticks. Next to the grill was an extra propane tank in case it was needed. Some essential spices and kitchen things were in the home from left over guests and the must have items for the beach are down in the garage. It’s the small things for me that stood out. Maybe bring a wagon to haul everything down to the beach but by no means is it a must. You can walk back to the house in 20 seconds. The beds were very comfortable as well as the linens. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, grill, all super easy to use. The sunsets were the star attraction each night. Beach goers would trade in their daytime beach gear for long evening walks with loved ones to witness the show. The distance to the beach is AMAZING! It’s a shorter distance than you can imagine. We would lay in bed at night and watch the lightening storms out at sea pass by and light up the sky. The master bathroom shower was awesome and fun. The teens thought the shower was super cool and we found them using our bathroom more often than we liked. We rented a golf cart for fun. If you want one, reserve early when you book the house but it’s not needed. Everything is within walking distance. Lots to do in the area. We rented jet skis one afternoon and had a blast! Went off the island one afternoon to watch a movie. Overall, we had an amazing trip and will absolutely be back and we’ve told others. We drove 18 hours each way and it was worth every mile. Like others, we talked about how to move to the island and get a home like this one. Ha! This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable trips we’ve had. The property was spectacular and didn’t disappoint at all. Do yourself a favor and book this property for your next summer escape. Thanks, David!!
